Lisa took the time to talk with me and really made sure every detail of my nails was perfect. I could tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend her if you want your nails done with care and attention to detail!

I've been seeing Lisa for several months. She takes a lot of time on my gel nails and my regular pedicure. Lisa has been doing nails for a long time. She is super friendly, works hard at getting my nails the way I like them and her pricing is very fair. The salon is clean, bright and I've never had a problem parking here. I've sent three friends to Lisa and they are as happy with their nails as I am.

Just left from a pedicure with Lisa! She was friendly and did a great job on my nails. Since I was a first time customer she gave me the $35 pedicure vs the basic $25 at the basic rate. Took off a ton of dead skin I didn't even know I had! You don't get the fancy massage chair or water jets but what you do get is quality, friendly service, which in my opinion, matters more. Don't recommend. I didn't like the way she cut my nail or the nail polish she used. It also wasn't the cleanest she used a bucket to pour water during my pedicure. I even asked for $10 back since I had to go to another nail salon to get it fixed, which cost me $20, but she refused. She was a sweet lady, but I wouldn't go back. I left crying. read more

After reading the wonderful reviews on here, I decided to try this place out. I came here several days ago for a spa pedicure that I made an appointment for. The gas station has changed to an Arco station and you can park on the Arco property if you are going to Lovely Nails. Lovely Nails is located inside a salon, which is called The Beauty Shop. When I arrived, the place looked closed, but soon Lisa opened the doors for me. She took me back to a little area of the beauty shop where she has a manicure table and spa pedicure chair. She was polite and sat me in the chair, but from there it went horribly wrong. She turned the massage on and that was nice, however, when it came to soaking my feet in the spa foot basin, Lisa put a container (it looked like the rectangular ones from a hospital) full of soapy (dish soap?) water and had me soak my feet in THAT. No jets, no relaxation. I could have done this myself at home. I find out that portion of the chair wasn't working. Wonderful. So now, Lisa is working on my feet. The tools she used looked worn, the sand files looked used, and she cut me 4 times. I was so ready to walk out, but my feet were still in the soapy water. She didn't apologize, but kept working on my feet, then going behind me to eat something. Mind you, I am the only client. Couldn't you nibble on something when I'm not there? She did give me a "free" salt scrub, but when it came time to rinse it off, she had to go outside with another pail and get water to rinse my legs and feet off. Now, she's ready to paint my toes after applying hydrogen peroxide to the cuts. She uses a napkin that was lying on the manicure table with a dental flosser on top of it. Do I know if she had used that flosser? NO! She tears the napkin and now places it between my toes. She applied the 4 coats of polish and did a good job with that. She was polite, and yet all of these other things were SO unprofessional. I would never come here again and I hope she can remedy the situation with the chair. How can you charge for a "SPA PEDICURE" when you have no spa? read more

I really enjoy going to the salon because the owner was extremely sweet and I loved the service. She was kind and had a nice conversation with me. Lisa is AMAZING!!! She actually takes pride in her work. She goes the extra mile to ensure you're happy with her work and is very reasonably priced. I came to her for the first time with a broken nail in the middle of my thumb and she saved me from having only half a nail on my thumb. I'm so thankful I found her on Yelp because I won't have to go to anymore dirty salons that all they care about is getting as many customers in an out the door every day. She's tucked away inside a super cute beauty salon and works alone so appointments are better unless you don't mind waiting but I'm sure once you come,you too will become a regular. read more

This place is a hidden gem! Lisa is amazing. She's so patient and willing to go the extra mile to make your nails perfect. I haven't had my nails done in a couple years but needed them done for an event and wanted to find someplace local. Lisa is GREAT and prices are reasonable! (That's always a plus) First off, the sign says "The Beauty Shop". I drove by it the first time! The location is tucked away beside a Valero gas station. So be sure to go by the address and not the signage. Lisa said that she kept her old business name when she moved to the new location so her previous customers could still find her. Lisa is normally closed on Sundays but she opened up her shop inside The Beauty Shop salon just for my family of 5. She worked on a set of acrylic nails, two manicures, two pedicures and one manicure with buff in 3 hours all by herself. She was very accommodating and multi-tasked so that we didn't have to wait too long. We are very pleased with her work and her prices were reasonable. Thank you Lisa. Highly recommend going to Lisa for your mani/pedis. It's been a few years since I've had my nails done and I found her through yelp. I came in showed her a picture of the shape I wanted and she pulled it off perfectly. Lisa makes sure to take her time and makes sure you like her work and that your satisfied before leaving. I found one that does nails I assumed it was that one. She wasn't there. Another lady that works there said: "idk what her name is, vanay... or vinaaay... idk she comes whenever she wants. You can take her card." But get this, she doesn't answer her Phone I've called her 3 times in the past hour and nothing. I'll just find a new place

New chairs and design is nice. I recognize a few regular employees. My service was seriously lacking. Gel x mani was 55 and four days later one nail popped off. Pedi was rushed and my toes still feel rough. At no point did anyone trim any rough skin or cuticles on either fingers or toes. Maybe this is how it's done now? Will never go back.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for probably 15 years now. I really should have written a review a long time ago. But better late than never! I have been going to Lisa monthly to get my nails done so my nails are always painted and polished. I love Lisa - She talks alot! I usually get a full set and a pedi. Sometimes I just go in for a quick fill and color change because I love changing up the color based on the season or my mood. Sometimes I'll get a French manicure when I have a wedding or party to attend. But basically Lisa hooks it up - My nails always look amazing! read more

It was my first time coming to Lisa, and let me tell you she took her time. She told me everything she was doing and how thick I liked my acrylic nails, which I have never been asked anywhere else, and left my nails to the size I actually wanted.
