Side note: if you do go at your own risk make sure to check the price of the work by the people who do it, a long time ago the man who seems like he's the one in charge/organizing everything tried scamming my mother and I once by charging more than what we got. My mom knew the math wasn't adding up and asked to see the receipts when he cowardly backpedaled and charged us the correct price.

I really enjoy coming here to get a pedicure because unlike other places they do a really good job. The problem is their time management. I called to check their availability and the lady on the phone told me to show up and hour after I called. I did and they still had me waiting an additional 45 minutes after the time they gave me my appointment. They rushed my nails. My whole process took about 15 mins for a mani/pedi. I had a matté top coat I brought and she but it on at the end very sloppily and missed the edges as you can see from the picture. read more

She then says okay, soaks my feet for less then 1min and proceeds to cut my nails, this lady clipped my toe nail that had acrylic without putting any acetone or further soaking it... my toe nail then breaks almost half way and starts to hurt like hell, I immediately let her know to which she responds "no worry, I do it for you With acrylic" with attitude as I was upset and in pain I tell her "I wanted the acrylic removed not filled or for you to redo it with acrylic" she ignored me and proceeds to do the other big toe nails and does the same thing! Once again I ask "why would you do that without soaking it in acetone first" now she wants to put acetone after the fact, as she's putting it obviously it starts to burn and I let her know as I pull my foot a lil. Of course she doesn't care continues then tells me "I fix both nails for $10" at which point I was upset and didn't want to be rude so I didn't say much beside "it burns and this is not what I wanted" her not caring shortly after continues to trim the nail with 2 different clippers.. then remaining toe nails she did not clip what so ever instead she filed, mind you nor did she clean under the nails. For the remaining of the service it's burning/painful and I'm letting her know yet I'm being ignored. When she proceeds to put on the polish it's running everywhere and she take forever. Before leaving I did tell her the acrylic doesn't feel right, and obviously she did not care. I paid and left, and yes I did not tip! Today 10/11/25 I call with the intention of going in and having them remove everything as it's been hurting all night. When they answer I ask to speak with the manager, the person who answers asks "why, what do I need" I simple said "I need to speak with her, I went last night and the service wasn't good, my number is..." to which I'm interrupted by her saying "I have your number, who are you, what do you want" I simply respond with "can you please have her call me back" the lady says "okay" I then asked "when can she call or when will she be in" she then says "I don't know" I say "okay what's her name" "she says "my name Lindsay" I said "okay, but what about the manager, I can come in when's she in or I can hold on the line for you to contact her and ask when she can reach out to me or will be in" she says "no" and starts to go off on me. I again ask for the managers name and she says "I am the manager, you want to keep secret from me I keep secret from you, you can make a scam" I'm like "what?!?!? If your the manager why are you denying to speak with me, it's in regards to a service from last night that I'm not happy with nor was it healthy" this lady is not listening nor. So I'll be going in! Pics posted will show the big toe nails being cut wrong, look at the other toe nails and see how they are long enough for her to have done a good job on my other toes oh and how on my 2nd toe of my left foot she added acrylic to another split toe nail without consulting or even asking if I wanted that part trimmed .

I've experienced a lot of…read moretrauma from nail techs who would unnecessarily file down my nails, even when I was getting soft gel -- which doesn't require that. That over-filing would wreck my nail beds for months. So when I first met Rebecca, I voiced that concern. She seemed to totally understand and validated my experience. I was so relieved -- I thought I'd finally found someone I could stick with. Let me be clear: her nail work isn't the issue. I've always loved how my nails came out. The issue is her total lack of professionalism when it comes to communication -- and more importantly, how she handles client concerns. The last time I saw her, I got a French tip. After seeing the final result, I mentioned it looked a bit too stark white, so I kindly asked if she could add a chrome coat on top to soften the brightness. She did, and I sincerely told her I loved the result and thanked her. She never indicated that there was a problem. But less than 24 hours later, one of the nails started cracking. I sent her a photo and this exact message: "I know it's your off day so no rush in response til you're working but my ring finger nail the nail polish is cracking " (Photo attached to review for reference) She replied: "Hi Azelin. It looks like your nail was bended and cracking. Sorry I'm on my day off I can't fix it now." I responded kindly: "It's ok! I know you're off! Literally no rush I didn't even expect a response until Tuesday lol. I hope you're having a relaxing day today!" I later followed up to try and get it fixed, but our schedules didn't align -- so I just let it go. What I didn't tell her is that in the following days, all of my nails began chipping and lifting. But I didn't say anything because I didn't want to complain or make a big deal out of it. I simply decided that I probably wouldn't get French tip again, and I moved on. A couple of weeks later, I reached out to schedule another appointment -- for myself and my sister. I let her know my sister had hard gel and asked if we could do back-to-back manicures. Suddenly, she was "fully booked" for days and then... completely unresponsive. I texted again to schedule something for my birthday, offering multiple dates, and followed up -- still no response. It wasn't until my friend (the one who referred me) got her nails done that I finally got an answer. Apparently, Rebecca told her she was ignoring me on purpose because she felt I was "complaining" about my last set. She also said she didn't want to do my sister's nails because they were hard gel and she assumed I'd be upset about filing -- even though I've only ever objected to unnecessary filing on soft gel, which I had clearly explained to her from the beginning. She never asked or gave me the courtesy of a conversation -- just assumptions and silence. This is wildly unprofessional. Not once did I raise my voice, act entitled, or even ask for a fix. I've praised every set she's done. If a client can't even mention that something chipped -- kindly -- without being iced out, that's not a healthy dynamic. That's walking on eggshells. Rebecca may be talented, but she clearly lacks the communication skills and maturity to handle even the most basic client feedback. Her behavior is passive-aggressive and unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone who expects to be treated with respect and transparency.
