She responds "no" I asked again if she's sure, because this is done by most if not all doctors who perform Botox. "It won't be covered by insurance" yes genius. I know that. I didn't ask that. I asked if she's a medical professional. "Hold on" then someone else picks up. I ask what her position is "I'm a medical assistant" uh you're still not qualified to answer any medical related questions. A medical assistant is literally a receptionist/phlebotomist who paid way too much to get a degree and get paid minimum wage. I ask her also and she just said "no". How about asking the actual doctor to confirm? The unprofessionalism and horrible attitude was enough to deter me far away from this place. I'd bet anything if they actually asked the doctor there he would say they do do Botox for headaches. Whatever. So many reputable places. On to the next!

I mentioned to Keani that I was very anxious at the time, and she brought out a lavender-infused oil. This oil is known to help make people calm down. Service like this is not frequent anymore; I appreciated the fact that she made that gesture to make me feel more comfortable. She educated me on how to take care of my lashes. I came in telling her that I would like something that looks natural but highlights my eyes. She did exactly that. As you can see in the photos, I was feeling myself. In one of them, I don't have eyelashes at all or anything on my eyes so you can get an idea of how well of a job Keani did. I had shopped the same prints around and were being charge 2x to 3x the regular price of Walgreens. Getting a coupon was just a plus. I am really happy with the results and with service I received.
