I really was happy with the services. I needed poster size pictures and they were able to get them done in the spot. They usually have a few hours turn around time but the photo tech was REALLY helpful and got it done on the spot. He made sure we were happy with the results. There was another gentleman that helped with the Walgreens app to get the photos uploaded. I also loved that the day I needed the pictures printed they had a 60% off coupon so my portraits were more than half off. I had shopped the same prints around and were being charge 2x to 3x the regular price of Walgreens. Getting a coupon was just a plus. I am really happy with the results and with service I received. I will definitely recommend Walgreens for all your printing needs for a fair price. read more

The pharmacist are all over the place. It takes them a whole day to get your prescription. So do your self a favor and pick another pharmacy that has a sense of urgency. Clearly these people don't. read more

I love the Pharmacist! My issue is with your pick up online orders. I had an item substituted - the Noxzema CREAM. They substituted it with Noxzema PADS! How do you substitute a cream with pads. I called the customer service for online orders - they said, I have to call them back once I pick up the order for them to give me a refund, I could not return it at the store when I pick it up. This is the first time I tried the online order. They offer 20% discount on online orders ONLY. If you order online and ask for replacement you risk getting something totally different. And now you have to call and go return to get your refund. AT NO FAULT OF YOURS. Very inconvenient! read more

They have a shit photo center that only notifies you your photos are ready a week after they've been done. And by that time they deleted the digitals from their systems so I couldn't even get that. Their pharmacy is ass too. Long wait times, a simple phone call turns into 30 minutes. Go literally anywhere else. read more

When attempting to speak with a pharmacist or technician to check the status on a refill that needs a prior authorization, it's super difficult to speak to a live person. They pick up the call, automatically put you on hold without asking you a question...then you're holding for another 15 minutes to get disconnected. Then you repeat it again. The lack of customer service needs corporate attention! It's a disservice to the elderly community who rely on getting their prescription filled. Avoid this pharmacy! read more

Needed passport pictures and a friend mentioned that Walgreens offers this service. The convenience of how close it is to where I live is the main reason I came here. They were understaffed and I had to wait a while to get my pictures taken, but the gentleman that took the picture was very nice and apologetic for the wait. I wasn't in a rush, so it wasn't a big deal. The store itself is very clean and organized. The price for the pictures was a bit much in my opinion ($16) for 2 tiny pictures so definitely I definitely recommend browsing for other options if you're coming to Walgreens for passport photos. read more

#QuarantinedReviews It wasn't until last week that I realized that this Walgreens Pharmacy is a drive-through! Perfect for lazy folks like me who don't want to get out of the car after an hour-long commute in the rain! I picked up my prescription within ten minutes and it only took ten minutes because it was supposed to be 3 packs of my medication instead of just one--simple misunderstanding due to my doctor's prescription. I didn't get the name of the pharmacist or pharmacy technician who helped me but she was a very kind lady! So sweet and so patient after a seemingly long day at work. I used to get my prescriptions at the Glendale location, however I easily switched my Rx to be prepared at the one by my house here since I no longer work in Glendale. The transition was very, very simple. I highly recommend this pharmacy for your needs if you're in the SF Valley. PARKING Plenty available in the lot read more

Walgreens - Drugstores Near Me - San Fernando, California

The pharmacy waiting time is too long even with appointments. Pharmacy staffs were extremely reluctant to administer my polio shots without a valid reason and just because most people take the polio shot in childhood. I needed that polio shot for my CNA class. The BMO ATM inside Walgreen does not even have cash deposit option. What is the point of an ATM if there is no cash deposit option? This store needs better ATM and more efficient, more staff and less judgement at the pharmacy. read more

terrible customer service that left my friend and I unattended after asking for assistance multiple times.

I wish Corp would go in there and see how these woman are preforming when the male delivery comes in. These woman were thirsty for him. I found a similar product for which I was looking for and made a purchase. I stood in line and wasn't greeted before or during the transaction. I said yes to the bag and the cashier ignored me completely. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The main worker jared, has horrible customer service. I explain to him multiple times. This is our first time coming here the original place we always go to was out of stock of the medication and he didn't seem to comprehend that. He was looking for the medical record number when he didn't even ask for it and made me wait three extra hours for the medication then, made me wait till closing to actually get my medication. From his own words Don't switch your original pharmacy. it makes it longer for me. obviously he doesn't hear correctly Because I told him my original pharmacy was out of stock and the medication I needed. This is my second option because I was in pain. He needs to go back to school for customer service and understanding what people are saying do not come here because they will make you wait for your medication, even after explaining the reasoning. read more

The woman working there today 3/16/21, who professed to be the manager was EXTREMELY condescending and unhelpful, refusing to even attempt to do her job, and showed absolutely ZERO respect for the health and safety of others by not wearing a mask whilst we are in the middle of a pandemic. This is not the first experience we've had with this girl, who was obstinate, rude, and unapologetic after being proven wrong on a previous visit. How she still has a job is beyond me. read more

I have many things to say about this Walgreens. First, it's mainly the pharmacy that is the crippling part of this place. The drive thru takes forever. You would think that you're at an IN N Out drive thru with how long they take for simple prescriptions. Why even open one up if you're going to take so long? Second, when I called for a prescription the day of my referral for the medication the pharmacist had let me know it would be ready in an hour. I confirmed the time and would pick it up. I gave them an extra 3 hours before arriving. When I arrived the attendant told me that it wasn't available. The order was placed for 1pm and would be open tomorrow. I informed her that this wasn't disclosed and they stated it would be available the day of. I just wanted her to apologize but instead she was short and rude, "Well that's what it is." So I cut the conversation short and called in. When I called I told them my concerns calmly and wanted to see what was wrong. All was said is, "Were you just in the drive thru?" And I can hear in the back the attendant who helped me say, "Ugh she was just in the drive thru and I told her ...." I confirmed I was that person. Finally, they gave me the same excuse but no apology. So I said, "Okay, what I'm understanding is your pharmacist just had a miscommunication with me. Thanks for your help, have a good day." I'm back the next day at the drive thru and waited over 20 minutes. I rang the call 2x for the attendant until finally they arrived. They also disclosed my personal health information through an intercom. She gave me hurried directions and at the end cut me short before I could ask any questions. I don't know why they would even open a pharmacy if they aren't going to truly help and be mindful of the people who come here seeking medical help. I'll be changing my pharmacist pickup location. No wonder this place has 2 stars. The dates I went on were 08/09 and 08/10. read more

Pharmacy: We had to switch to Walgreens from CVS due to insurance. my only regret is that I didn't switch over sooner. The pharmacy manager is absolutely awesome. yes they have some people that need training but they acknowledge it and when you go back they have new people well trained the pharmacy section wait time is never as long as most pharmacies they have convenient drive Thur. I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy. Store: I agreed with other reviews regarding the rude girl I absolutely know who you're talking about! They really need to get rid of her she's horrible not to mention the coupon system is not the best I would've given them a 5 star. I Avoid the store completely due to unprofessional rude conduct from this clerk. read more

"Security walk the floor!!!" This location really harrases their customers by saying "security walk the floor" every five minutes, they'll profile you the minute you walk in to the store, so if your black or of brown complection get ready to be ask a few times if you need help with something or have the store manager or staff follow you around pretending to be adjusting the merchandise on the shelfs. read more

Since Mari, the former pharmacy manager left her position there, the service declined to zero. The current pharmacist named "Narzi" and the pharmacy manager named "Romella" are terrible and incompetent at best. I never had issues refilling my pain medications when Mari ran that department. Mari was sweet and always went beyond my expectations to meet my needs for few years. Not to mention, she had exceptional customer service to top it off. It's beyond my comprehension how an incompetent pharmacist became the manager there. Narzi is very rude and possess zero customer service skills. Romella the manager is impolite and condescending. What a shame. read more

Manager Shawn M. Showed great customer service. He went above and beyond with helping me.

Walgreens in San Fernando or anyplace I've been so far like Reseda are great. They sure beat CVS pharmacy unfortunately. There's ever hardly a line or long wait. Not like back in November after a late night at urgent care at the CVS in Arleta... long , long line... about 45 minute wait in line at 9pm. Omg. That's when I attempted to try Walgreens because of the drive thru and at the actual counter. So far so good. read more

I only come here because it's near my home. Well came here because I cannot deal with the RUDENESS And the lack of professionalism at the pharmacy . And honestly they did this to two customers ahead of me too . Not helpful AT ALL. read more

I was visiting from Arizona for the weekend, and felt a cold coming on. I went to Walgreens to purchase some Theraflu and was asked for my ID (No big deal right) well I was told from the employee checking me out, that I COULDNT PURCHASE the item because I didn't have a California ID or Drivers License!! mind you, this was not an item that i had to go get at the pharmacy either. I've been looking online to find where this law is at (since she also told me, that it was a new law in California) and I cant find anything... I really hope this isn't true, or else every person VISITING the state is screwed if they get sick, and if it really isn't true, then Walgreens needs to do a better job at training their staff. read more

This Walgreen's has by far the WORST pharmacy in the area. The manager, Romelia, is rude, slow, and could care less about the customer. When I needed to inquire about my insulin and I asked her to repeat the instructions she told me "I already told you what to do. Why don't you go to another pharmacy if you don't like this one". I whis I could go to a different pharmacy but this is the place my insurance has a contract with. read more

I went inside today to pick up my pics that I ordered the day before . I had an hour to kill so I decided to attempt to get more pics. Printed out . I have never done it before but I thought it should've been that hard . I follow the directions on the touch screen monitor and when I plugged my phone nothing happened. Waiting a few minutes still nothing happened. I get up since I saw a employee working on the photo area and asked what should be happening after I plugged in my phone she said should be downloading my pics . Obviously it wasn't so I sat there for a little while longer and then got up and left . I didn't get her name but she was young looking with dark hair and wore a lot of makeup. Miss you need a few classes in customer service. Very rude person. Never going here again . And if I could give a negative star to you I would . read more

He didn't have any type of customer service skill whatsoever. after i purchased my drinks and i didn't get thank you or have a good day!! read more

If I can give this Pharmacy 0 Stars, I definitely would. Horrible experience this visit in particular was waiting in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes for someone to help me. Hours later, I still do not have my prescription. read more

I don't have a problem when dealing with the pharmacy, I had a bad experience with the store itself. One of the managers is a jerk, he needs to take a course on customer service.
