Do better with your service and drop the attitude. She ignored me and started to talk to her coworker, as I said thank you, no acknowledgement. Sad, I can tell people don't like their jobs. This is the last time I visit this low budget location, parking is a nightmare and people are rude, homeless asking for money, cars are rude to pedestrians. It stressed me out just going over to pick up one item from here.

Hasan then explained that they had run out of cups because "people came and took them all," and that I was not allowed to use any other cup they had available. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I found it unacceptable that a promotion had just started and there were already no cups available, with no alternative solution being offered. What made the situation even worse was that instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Hasan became argumentative, and another customer joined in, leaving me feeling verbally attacked. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied with the customer service. A promotion should be properly stocked, and customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism when problems arise.

Because customers use credit cards, debit cards, and EBT cards here, this is something I believe management needs to take extremely seriously. I would strongly recommend checking the card reader carefully before inserting or tapping any form of payment, monitoring your account afterward, and using extra caution at this location. The attendant (a younger man) snatched my card out of my hand after I denied inputting all the info onto the system. He took upon himself to take down the information for himself after I refused. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable using a card or EBT here EVER and would avoid this location altogether.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and just recently they changed Everyone employed there, I don't recognize anyone anymore, I use to pick up my medicine & my wife's medicine & they knew me on site & called me by name. Today I went in because the drive up window was closed and the lady at the counter whose name is Victoria, was very rude to me because after she gave me my wife's medicine, I said I also have medicine for myself & she rudely says "You should have told me you were picking up for 2 people " Excuse Me? First of all ,I'll speak as I choose & it makes no difference, you still have to get one at a time!! What is wrong with people?? Nobody wants to do their jobs these days. It's not like she waited & asked is there anything else or is there more? No, they take off so fast and only Half listen to you anyway it's ridiculous!!!! How dare you then get an attitude because I need you to complete my transaction & actually give me my medicine now after giving me my wife's medicine So sorry to require work from you! I miss the old staff they were kind, courteous & never Rude. While I'm sure the staff is doing their best I have consistently had issues getting my prescriptions. I transfered all of my prescriptions from another CVS and this store has flagged every single one of them even going as far as adjusting them without consulting either of my doctors. One particular staff member behind the pharmacy counter, Dulce, was rude, curt, short, and didn't even allow me to talk about any of the above issues as she not only raised her volume above mine but spoke over me. After I point out the fact she was refusing to allow me to speak she walked away and insisted on another staff member helping me. This kind of unprofessionalism and impatience does not belong behind a pharmacy counter or any front facing position for that matter. I've avoided her at all visits since then and will likely be switching pharmacies due to the former issues and to further avoid her hostility. read more

I would refrain from shopping here as an employee who works here by name "Joyce" was making homophobic remarks and when confronted she was defensive and said "if you knew me you'd know I'm loving" what she said was that she does not understand why people are gay and said the only thing that makes sense to her is that when someone's mom/dad doesn't love them they go looking for that love from someone else (as in a girl turning gay because her mom "didn't" love her) People do not just "turn" gay. Being a loving person doesn't mean invalidating someone's sexuality and projecting your own insecurities onto them. read more
