This is the Walgreens I come to when I have to do photo prints or get my vaccinations shots. I have seen when this Walgreens used to be good in their customer service and also fast at the pharmacy area. Thinge have changed because they gotten way slower and has less workers working in the pharmacy. I scheduled an appointment to get my covid booster shot and for my parents to get their flu vaccination. Their mobile check in QR code didn't work because it couldn't find my reservation. Then I had to wait in line to check in with someone. The person was working the drive thru pickup line and also the in store window so it took some time. After I checked in with her and give her all the info, it took an hour before we could get our shots. The photos area is slow at times too but they brought back the button to announce on the PA that you'll need assistance there which will help speed someone over there. read more

For pharmacy: Drive-thru line here is insane and easily grows as the service is slow. Literally pulled up around 815pm and left the pharmacy at around 9pm, my dog was with me and she was getting super anxious as we would barely move along in line. read more

I been getting my pain medicine from Walgreen for a while till now they told me they won't longer fill my prescription because I'm young to be getting opioids and I need to do a plan to get rid of my pain. I didn't know you can be young and not have pain at all and I'm getting procedures done yet I'm still in pain. They said they wanted more info and I told them of course I'll tell my pain management to send info from all the procedure I been getting then they told me they still wouldn't because I'm getting my stimulant from another pharmacy and not them I told them why does it matter and they told me they'll have to talk to my psychiatrist and I told both my psychiatrist and pain management know what I'm taking. I got put in a pretty bad spot by the pharmacy Sunday night. I called in a refill over the phone, but after driving the 30 min to get there, I was told they were out of stock. They could've sent me text or called or something during the 3 hours between me calling and driving to pick it up, but instead I received 0 communication. Even more annoying is that there is an alternate formulation of the same exact medicine (pill vs liquid) that they wouldn't give to me as a replacement. This is a pretty important medication that I'll just be stuck without for a day. They suck. read more

ER Dr orders prescription here cause it needs to be taken asap leave ER at 9:30 PM get to pharmacy and told won't be ready until 11:30 pm I live 20 minutes away so said I'd get it in the morning. I went to pick up a prescription tonight and the line was very long. I still waited patiently for about an hour. I never said anything, never complained. The person in front of me finally finished his transaction at the counter and left so I moved forward to the window. The lady pharmacist in the white coat with curly hair turned to me and, may I say VERY rudely told me to move back until it was my turn. Again I want to re-iterate that I was very patiently waiting and did not even utter a peep. There was no need for the rudeness because I would have politely moved back but this lady decides to embarass me in front of many other people waiting in line. So, to you lady, I only wish that no one treats you the way you treated me lest you feel as bad as I felt when you did it to me. By the way, the male pharmacist was really nice. WORST WALGREENS EVER!!!!!!! Before going I called and the pharmacist lady told me all of my prescriptions were closed. There was no way they were all closed, so I went to the pharmacy anyways because I knew for a fact that she was wrong and I've been getting medications for years. On a Sunday night why did I wait in line for 50 minutes?!!!! 1 person on register and it took him almost ten minutes to figure out the prescription I needed filled even though I showed him on my phone. The only pro is that it's a 24 hour pharmacy other than that find another pharmacy unless you don't mind spending almost three hours standing in line and waiting for your prescription. After waiting two hours and told that my prescription was out of stock the Pharmacist Harry tried blaming me and coming up with excuses as to why they didn't notify me. Walgreens have a computer transaction problem, they have these big beautiful machines that look really nice, but takes a long time for transaction, every Walgreens that I've been in. Have long lines, and it's not the customer service, it's not a representatives, but it is the cash register machine that they use, it takes so long for processing, transactions take so long for processing. I don't know who came up with the concept over there at Walgreens headquarters, I don't know who idea it was, but it is horrible, because it is that way in all of the Walgreens locations again, it is not the customer service, it is the machines itself. read more
