Very ridiculous! Prescription was sent at 3pm and I assumed at 7pm my daughters prescription would be ready, ( 4 hours ) waited the line like an idiot just so that the girl in the front can tell me "give us 2 more hours" like wtf! The pharmacy staff was very helpful this morning. I had a new prescription to pick up. The technician who assisted me was friendly and competent. After handing me the med she asked if I needed help with anything else. I told her this is the first time I'm using the med and I had some questions. The pharmacist heard me and immediately came over to assist me. She went over dosing, use and other important information. She answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with its use before I left. Thank you for a job well done. read more

This pharmacy is awful and full of incompetence. Their staff is about as worthless as tastebuds on a butthole. They are unhelpful, abrasive and downright nasty. They think everyone who has spine surgery is a Narcotic abuser and makes them jump through extra hoops and wait an addition 6+ hours waiting in pain while they "verify" the prescription because, oh, imagine that, someone has a pain management doctor who helps them not suffer and this Pharmacy staff wants to increase suffering in anyway they can because they hate their job? I live right next to this Walgreens and I'm not always here cause target is better however I come here to pick up my prescriptions and they take soooo long I mean honestly it doesn't take that long to get your medicine!! I asked him for something and he ignored me.. so I rang the bell again and he took forever to answer and when he did he got what I needed and rang it up and put it in the box for me to grab it without a bag.. when I asked for a bag he rolled his eyes, grabbed 2 and threw them in the container for me to get. So I went to the store ready to print my picture and the store manager says "We actually can't print 2x2 unless we take the picture ourselves. It's against our policy". This is a review for the Walgreens Pharmacy. We have been coming here for years. The service was a lot better before. It is super slow now both at the drive-through and inside the store. They used to have 2 lanes open at the drive thru. Now they only have one because I assume they are understaffed. This is ridiculous and should be addressed! This is the absolute worst pharmacy. The pharmacist (a woman in her 40s with 80s hair) and the pharmacy tech were both horribly rude and unprofessional. if i could give this pharmacy 0 stars i would. this asian lady pharmacist was being super rude while my brother was trying to get my medication. all she needed was my birthday from my brother but she was acting so dumb asking for my last 4 digits of my phone number, asking for my insurance. and even saying i had to pay for my medicine when i have insurance and don't have to pay!! she made my brother wait almost 25 minutes just to get my prescription when she said it would be ready in 30 minutes. mind you my brother came to pick it up HOURS after she had said to wait 30 minutes. this place is a total joke. the pharmacist is a total joke read more

Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and uneducated staff. Blatantly and recklessly gave me incorrect information regarding the pricing for a printing job over the phone. I even double-checked with the employee to confirm the pricing before heading to this location (I live quite far). To my significant disappointment, I learned I traveled all this way to learn they wouldn't even accommodate the simple job I needed at all! I escalated the issue to management and was essentially told I was SOL. Good luck with your poor communication, lack of accountability, and horrific customer service skills, Walgreens. As you may have read I Love Walgreens. This Arleta location is a huge store and is always SOoO busy. Seriously I understand the connection. Lots of friendly staff espeically in the photo dept ask for Gio or Top or in Cosmetics where , let's face it, I always visit the makeup counter. Maria or antionette always hook me up with coupons!! This placed has saved me from middle of the night munchies (the walgreens brand frozen pizza is surprisingly good) and 24 hour prescription needs. This is a reliable 24 hour Walgreens with a 24 hour pharmacy that also has a drive-thru! Awesome. I've had prescriptions filled here in the middle of the night that took no time and meds filled at peak busy hours (6pm) that only took 15 minutes. They get 4 stars instead of 5 because when you come here the middle of the night/early morning you have to physically go find someone to cash you out otherwise you will stand there for 15+ minutes waiting to pay and no one will be there. They also do not sell alcohol here. read more

I called back twice and she did the same thing she would leave me on hold and then hang up she did it twice. I went to the pharmacy here, and the pharmacists there were very helpful and caring. My daughter pediatrician messed up and forgot to send in her prescription so the pharmacists at this pharmacy seen me on hold with the doctor for a good minute. And so they took the initiative to call the office and get through faster which was great help. So i was able to get my daughters meds.
