I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied with the customer service. They looked and looked and couldn't find it. I showed my email to confirm I did pay for it and if this was the correct CVS. They were both super helpful and accommodating. Ultimately we couldn't find the photo and I had to reprint it but Albert assisted me the whole time. Great customer service! I will be back to this CVS moving forward.

This store is the worst Walgreens I have ever seen. The pharmacist and technician are laughing and making jokes over the patients. A female tech. who called Evelyn took my prescription and immediately told me they do not cover my father's insurance. She even didn't check her system about it. Another girl that seemed to be new there was taking care about it and she showed attitude to her.( why she is helping me. ) This is very rude. I got my father's medication from the same pharmacy as they found my insurance is ok and they were out of the patient to taking care of his medication. Never try this Walgreens pharmacy unless your medication is not available in other pharmacies. read more

If I could give less than 1 star. I would. I've been trying to get my daughter's ADHD meds for over a month and I called last month and they said that they had it in stock and my doctor's office didn't get the prescription over fast enough to fill it before they went out of stock. I call today and suddenly they can't give that information for a controlled substance over the phone? Like I literally just called a few weeks ago. I worked for Walgreens years ago and we never had anything like this. This entire company has been circling the drain for decades now and hopefully they'll go out of business sooner rather than later. read more

Area is not great, but it's around the corner from a great hospital where I got my first covid vaccines so street parking is possible. Once I checked in, they told me it was a 20 minute wait. No problem processing my insurance. Surprisingly, there's also a yelp check in offer! Not only did I leave with my prescription filled fairly quickly, but also with a tote, pen, and calendar.
