Do better with your service and drop the attitude. She ignored me and started to talk to her coworker, as I said thank you, no acknowledgement. Sad, I can tell people don't like their jobs. This is the last time I visit this low budget location, parking is a nightmare and people are rude, homeless asking for money, cars are rude to pedestrians. It stressed me out just going over to pick up one item from here.

Thinge have changed because they gotten way slower and has less workers working in the pharmacy. I scheduled an appointment to get my covid booster shot and for my parents to get their flu vaccination. Their mobile check in QR code didn't work because it couldn't find my reservation. Then I had to wait in line to check in with someone. The person was working the drive thru pickup line and also the in store window so it took some time. After I checked in with her and give her all the info, it took an hour before we could get our shots. The photos area is slow at times too but they brought back the button to announce on the PA that you'll need assistance there which will help speed someone over there.

I asked to speak with a supervisor because I found it unacceptable that a promotion had just started and there were already no cups available, with no alternative solution being offered. What made the situation even worse was that instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Hasan became argumentative, and another customer joined in, leaving me feeling verbally attacked. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied with the customer service. A promotion should be properly stocked, and customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism when problems arise.

The attendant (a younger man) snatched my card out of my hand after I denied inputting all the info onto the system. He took upon himself to take down the information for himself after I refused. I have come to this Food 4 less several times as it's close by and in a convenient location to me…read more Parking is plentiful but there's a little bit of concern by some of the people who hang out in the parking lot, sometimes I've seen some possibly shady behavior on the side of the building. Inside the store is very clean and the shelves always stocked with everything I need. I feel like the customers here are friendlier than at other stores, people don't seem rushed and they actually smile and move their carts if they think they're blocking you from something in the aisle. I do feel though that frequently the lines are long and it's a little limited on how many they have checking people out. Allot of the cocktail cabinets are locked now, so when you want to purchase something for a cocktail you have to push a button and wait for one of the limited employees to be able to come to help. However other things like Beer are not locked. I don't remember seeing anything else locked in this store. Food 4 less shares the lot with some restaurants on the other side and a gas station, be careful when leaving the lot as the traffic on parthenia is always zooming by and it's sometimes hard to get out of the lot.

Food4Less is one of those stores I always forget about but when I come in I always think 'why am I…read morenot coming here more often?' there are so many great deals on every day items that it's a great place to come to get essentials. I will say their produce is lacking (in my opinion) but for packaged goods and basic meats, it really is a great option. Don't sleep on it. The interior is really a no thrills kind of place. You're not really coming here for the decor though. I also find the checkout process an area that could be improved upon. Often times it gets backed up with the checkout people just wanting to get you through there without any concern for the previous customer who, more often than not, is still trying to get their items bagged up. But once again, you're coming here for good prices. You need to understand that there are going to be 'sacrifices' in other areas.
