Do better with your service and drop the attitude. She ignored me and started to talk to her coworker, as I said thank you, no acknowledgement. Sad, I can tell people don't like their jobs. This is the last time I visit this low budget location, parking is a nightmare and people are rude, homeless asking for money, cars are rude to pedestrians. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I found it unacceptable that a promotion had just started and there were already no cups available, with no alternative solution being offered. What made the situation even worse was that instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Hasan became argumentative, and another customer joined in, leaving me feeling verbally attacked. Because customers use credit cards, debit cards, and EBT cards here, this is something I believe management needs to take extremely seriously. I would strongly recommend checking the card reader carefully before inserting or tapping any form of payment, monitoring your account afterward, and using extra caution at this location. The attendant (a younger man) snatched my card out of my hand after I denied inputting all the info onto the system. He took upon himself to take down the information for himself after I refused. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable using a card or EBT here EVER and would avoid this location altogether.
