Amidst all the glowing (rightfully so) reviews about Olive Tree Pharmacy, it's challenging to add a single compliment that hasn't been given already. On many occasions the entire staff has shown me kindness, patience, friendliness and determination to resolve complicated issues diligently and quickly. A lot of those times my health and well-being literally depended on it! After establishing a mutual understanding i would say that i completely trust these lovely people, feel treated respectfully and most importantly- humanely in every regard. For the very first time I don't dread the visit at a pharmacy. I have been a patient to the adjoining medical center for close to 14 years & have found this pharmacy to be the best for both customer service & convenience!! Although it's a distance from my home, I prefer not to go to a big chain pharmacy due to so many issues with customer service & so many mistakes repeatedly. When I walk into Olive Tree Pharmacy I am always greeted by several of the staff by my first name, it's so welcoming & friendly. I pick up prescriptions for both myself & my grandmother. I never have issues getting refills processed & they are always ready for pick up promptly. I had an issue with my insurance pop up & Gonzalo took the time to sort it out by phone & resolve the problem, which he didn't have to do as they were a bit busy, but he went above & beyond to help get the matter taken care of. Sooooo professional, so prompt, so personable. 1000% SO MUCH BETTER THAN RITE AID & CVS! Greatest customer service, & if u need to call, someone actually answers phone (no holding for indeterminable minutes, no press 1 for blah blah blah) and they know who u r after 1st visit! Truly a neighborhood pharmacy who still does it right. They have always had every medication ive needed in stock, & fill it immediately! No "come back in several hours (or days)" while plopping ur script on a pile. Pray they never sell out under pressure from big drug store chains where ur just another number & getting the run around is status quo. Olive Tree Pharmacy is a gem. I would first like to tell everyone that this place is amazing. William the pharmacist, is a genuinely a nice person but also dedicated to his job. After going to 22 places in one day; I found this pharmacy. However, since they were brand new my insurance wasn't set up. Instead of leaving me in a bad situation; he was willing to work with me, so I could get the medications needed. I like to support small businesses and you should go here. One last example of how great William has been. He charged me 2.51 for one of my medications instead of my co-pay. It's nice knowing there are still honest people out there not full of greed. Olive Tree Pharmacy was the only place the could fill an emergency temporary prescription I needed filled on a Saturday morning, when my visit to LA from out of state was unexpectedly extended a few days. I guess I wasn't aware that pharmacies existed outside of the national chains, but what a great introduction to independent pharmacies! The staff was extremely friendly and I actually had a fun conversation with the pharmacist while I waited. They worked with me so I could purchase a smaller amount of the medication, since my insurance wouldn't cover it so soon after I'd last had it filled (I'd left most of the medication in my home state). If I ever move to SoCal I'm definitely coming back here for pharmaceutical needs! read more

The absolute best Pharmacy I've ever been to!!! I had in issue with another pharmacy but Sara at Olive Tree came to the rescue. She called the other and worked it all out. While, calling me back a few times in the process. Sara was Awesome. Great customer service, professional and went above and beyond. These good people would get more stars if I could. They really fight for the patients and get you what you need. I have never dealt with such genuinely nice and helpful pharmacists in my 30 years.
