There's only a record if you don't pick up the telephone when they return your call. That is ridiculous. I was promised a prescription last Saturday, even though it was a few days early. When I arrived in fact that was not available, nor was the record of the conversation that I had with what I thought was a pharmacist. The app today told me my prescription could not be filled until the 14th. So I had to go in and I was basically told that I have so many prescriptions that the app isn't reliable in so many words. I can't wait to change my drug plan beginning January one and I will never deal with CVS again. The pharmacist today was very helpful. The above is accurate of my experience until today. I still give them a one star.

I found parking easily in the lot this store has and it shares with Bank of America. The photo department is toward the back left of the store. They had some item behind a locker case so be aware of that. They were slow when I came and went to the photo department. The best addition they added was a button to press so it alert the whole store that help is needed at a certain department. It still took awhile for someone to come out to help me and then she asked me to go pay at the cashier in the front instead of the cashier right there.

The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? I will say though besides all the common sense issues, the staff and pharmacist are all really nice. Parking lot is big, drive thru for pharmacy around back.
