We've been to the Walmart super center up in Santa Clarita but we come to this Walmart every now and then just for some quick checks on stock. We're figure collectors and were very surprised to find some new figures. Typically they sell out quick, especially the location by us. Stock on the Pokémon Jazwares figures were nice, lots of dupes but still, stock is good! We were surprised to see some of their new cityscape sets as well. We were here just for the new Jazwares Harry Potter sleeping plushies and were very surprised to find them since they just came out! Figured people would've already been all over them. Glad to find a bunch of new figures and plushies for our collection and looking forward to visiting again. IG: @ammysalamii

This is a complaint for the manager or the pharmacy, whomever controls the schedule. It doesn't make sense to shut down a whole Department so everyone can have the same lunch... the other departments don't shut down everyday at the same time for lunch. They wouldn't shut down the tech section or they could miss out on a tv purchase, but apparently people getting their prescriptions isn't as important. The manager, or pharmacy needs to figure out how to schedule different lunch times, there's many people in this section at a time. There's at least 3 people always in the pharmacy... only 1 needs to stay. Please make the proper changes, because people can't walk around the store and wait for everyone to get off lunch to get their medications. Thank you. Time is important, if you go to Walgreens or any other store with a pharmacy they don't close the whole department for lunch.

I of the manager and sales associate that did not care to help me. Just wanted to see how many times they can say: "NO"

It's incredible that a Walmart in Santa Clarita doesn't have, but only two handicap carts for the whole store.

An average of 15 minutes waiting on a Saturday afternoon. The dressing room was a negative experience. Racks are filled with unwanted clothes. You have to hang your clothes on a rack for the associate to count them. Penny, according to her name tag, was rude. No greeting and inspecting my items like I'm trying to hide something within them. Changing room stalls were filled with dust and hair particles. When leaving, penny was still there. She caused a back up demanding everyone (those exiting and entering) put items on the 1 rack so she could count them. Also emphasizing that the cameras are watching us. Seems like penny needs training on customer service or to be kept on stocking duty. Such an unpleasant experience with her that I didnt want to bother trying on some other outfits I found. So, may update what the return process is like. But happy with the cost and quality of the items I found. 4 office pants for less than $90

I have come to appreciate stores like Kohl's and our local Kohl's in particular. Why? In every way, Kohl's makes getting whatever you need easy, fast, and reasonably priced. Recently, I needed an item same day and I didn't feel like going to the mall to get it. Kohl's popped into my head -- it had rarely done that in years -- so I looked at the website. Not only did they list dozens of that item in a range of price points, but they had the very ones I wanted, in the required size and color, at the local Kohl's just two miles from home. And! They had it ready for pickup in one hour at a clever cubby station for that purpose, easily accessed right inside the store. We blew in and out quickly, on a Sunday (check out the amazing hours), and were so happy with our purchase that I could have slapped myself (if I were the slapping type) for not thinking of Kohl's sooner. From now on, Kohl's is in my top shopping differential, believe me.

The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. When you do find someone they are less than pleased to assist. Wish I could say nice things about this location but they make it hard!
