On Memorial Day weekend, the Walmart Auto Service team provided me a quick and fast oil change. I was the only person in line at that moment so I expected it to be quicker than usual. Let's say customer service is horrible!!! I was returning a Keurig Duo with a receipt, purchased with my Walmart CC, 2 weeks ago, however not it the box. Initially was told by the manager(Valentina) that it could not be returned because there was no box. Then she said the serial numbers don't match( receipt and item), which was not true, when I corrected her she said oh "shi@", your right. Then she asked me how much I pod for it, excuse me the receipt is in your hand!! She then noticed that I purchased the warranty so told me to call and deal with them. So if you are looking for good customer service you will not find it here. Not a problem, I made a call to corporate while in store and will continue to follow up. This Walmart is a joke. No one answers the phones at the customer service dept, and if you ask a person a question to a person on the floor, it's a drag for them to check for an item. I had to drive to this location twice for an item since they never answer and i am not walking distance. And one guy that did help me check, stated they had 24 items in stock and couldn't find the pallet that had the item i was looking for and I had to wait for the manager in the toy department to be in and he was off for a few days. The car service center was soooo bad! They couldn't even remove a skid plate on a 2021 Lexus GX 460 for an oil change. They said that it was placed on too tight. I brought the SUV back to Pep Boys and I watched them remove the skid plate with EASE! Do not get an oil change here. The Service Manger gave me some bullsh*t excuse that he couldn't take off the screw on the skid plate. He said, "I'm 61 years old and I've been around cars my whole life". I usually go to this Walmart pretty often for weekly supplies; and never really have had an issue except for today. I experienced the worst customer service from a sales lead by the name of Chey who claimed to be the "manager". When speaking to Chey I requested to speak to someone higher in authority and she stated she was the highest manager there which was not true at all. I reached out to HR and Customer Service and even other Walmart locations who explained to me that if the price online from Walmart.com is cheaper than what the price is in store that per policy they should be able to price match unless sold by a third party. Chey did not want to price match an item that was listed on their Walmart website with the in store item; after several attempts letting her know I spoke to HR and Customer service she would cut me off and said to me "im still not going to do it" with the most disgusting attitude. We were able to speak to a higher manger on duty after several attempts of requesting to speak with someone in higher authority who was able assist us with no issue. Chey did not follow any form of code of ethics and or policy; and was very unprofessional. I will be writing a formal complaint to HR about the situation as well. I really hope this does not happen to any other customer. Overall sales associates are very helpful and nice. read more

I'm at the pick up area in the parking lot, and the phone number to call goes straight to voicemail. Doesn't even ring. It's STRAIGHT TO VM. I've called 12x now. What's the point of having pickup when the number posted isn't actually managed by anyone ? So I try to check in by downloading the app. The check in button doesn't work. So I try calling Walmart customer service. I reach an offshore call center. The guy tells me that to pickup the item, I have to GO INSIDE, find the customer service desk, and show them my confirmation email. So I told him that wasn't the email confirmation I received. And read the email out loud to him. And he said if there's no one outside, I have to go inside. I asked to speak to his manager and he said to talk to his, I had to go inside the store and find the customer desk. In summary... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one manning the pickup phone line. No ability to comprehend the problem. FALSE ADVERTISING. Walmart purports to have pickup service when they don't. read more

I was asked twice to move so employee could put go backs away and stock while I was looking at merchandise. Obviously, that is more important than me selecting merchandise to purchase. Auto center wasted out time. It was getting late on a Saturday, and I was looking to get an oil change because I was leaving on trip the next day. I called several places (including the Canyon Country location closest to me) and everyone said they were full till closing and couldn't take anymore cars in (which I understand considering the time of day). I called this Walmart location and they told me if I could get the car in by 6:00 they could do it. I booked it across town and arrived at 5:50 and was told that they were full and couldn't when on my car. When u explained that I called ahead and drive from Canyon Country he just shrugged and said sorry, we don't have time. If this was a risk of happening, they should have never told me on the phone that they could do my oil change. This was a huge waste of my time for nothing. Customer service at its worst. read more

Wow. What an awful experience, the staff here are so rude and unhelpful, especially the blonde british woman in the garden center. All I needed to do was exchange a propane bottle, they just shout at you and walk off, no one in the store can be bothered to actually help you, or try and solve your problem. This store has the worst staff and customer service imaginable. They lock some of the tools up in a glass case understandably. There's a button you push that alerts a staff member that there's someone in need of assistance. So I push the button and in 10 minute nothing. So i ask the nearest sales associate if they could open it for me. He goes he doesn't have the key, i than ask can you call some he replies he doesn't have a radio. So I ask the next associate I see. She replies I'm not on the clock at the moment. So now I'm 15 minutes in. I ask the next person who is polite but says only a few people have keys to the tools and he'd find someone for me. Long story short I waited for a total of 20 minutes and gave up. No one ever showed up to help me. All the while you can hear on the over head speakers that assistance is needed in tools. read more

I wanted to share a heads up with Walmart customers-specifically at this store. I purchased a sealed box of baseball cards. They were the wrong ones so I went to return the sealed box. I was told I couldn't return since there was a "policy between Walmart and Topps (card company) that did not allow returns. This was not on the item nor on the receipt. When I asked for a manager- his response was that "their return policy was on their website". He actually said " there are a lot of items listed that can't be returned". Am I expected to look up the website and check every item as I shop - before I purchase? He didn't answer. I have tried contacting Walmart via the website and chat and no response. I won't shop at a business who misleads their customer. Redirect your business to Target or Amazon. read more

Ordered for curbside pickup... don't do that here. They claim to close their service at 8PM but when I parked in the appropriate stall at 7:45PM and called their pick up number, no one picked up their line. Went inside to their PickUp doors and was told I had to go to the front of the store and ask a cashier or another associate. Walked up there and the 3 associates I encountered told me they couldn't do it or help me. I'm assuming they're just lazy. I walked away and asked the greeter at the front door if they could get a manager for me. They helped me more than the 4 other workers I just talked too. Joseph was able to help me out. Interesting how that works out. Hopefully he gets on the cameras to see who I talked to cause this was a shit show. read more

Two stars only for the competitive prices. The store itself makes me fee like I am going to get COVID as the aisles are small and social distancing is impossible. Always long lines and mostly self check out. You cannot get many of the items in the beauty and health section without ringing the bell for an attendant and then having a big plastic case to take to checkout for something small such as mascara or a razor blade. A little ridiculous way to deter shoplifters. Also today, the teenage greeters at the door started laughing and talking about me right in front of me, super unprofessional. If Target were a little closer I would definitely go there and pay a bit more. read more
