I don't know all of their names, but Arin is especially earnest and helpful. The team at the counter is courteous and determined to give customers the attention they need. Rajee is very conscientious and a good problem solver. The pharmacy processes many prescriptions a day. But the space is too small to accommodate the volume of orders. Bags of filled prescriptions end up stacked high above, on top of each other, and staffers have to climb up a ladder to retrieve them. CVS needs to expand the footprint of the pharmacy to give its team a safer, more efficient space to work in. As for the drive-through, I jot down my name, DOB and medication on a slip of paper and slide it through, and that helps everything go more quickly. I'm glad to have this CVS as my neighborhood pharmacy.

I wasn't sure if he was talking to me, so I just kept walking. This isn't the first time I've had an uncomfortable experience here. The last time I came with my family, we all felt like we were being watched the entire time. It's unfortunate because the store really does have some great and unique items, but it's hard to enjoy browsing when you feel uneasy. The girl at the front desk is always kind and helpful, but if the store is dealing with theft issues, I think there are better ways to handle it without making customers feel uncomfortable.

The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. When you do find someone they are less than pleased to assist. Wish I could say nice things about this location but they make it hard!

There's only a record if you don't pick up the telephone when they return your call. That is ridiculous. I was promised a prescription last Saturday, even though it was a few days early. When I arrived in fact that was not available, nor was the record of the conversation that I had with what I thought was a pharmacist. The app today told me my prescription could not be filled until the 14th. So I had to go in and I was basically told that I have so many prescriptions that the app isn't reliable in so many words. I can't wait to change my drug plan beginning January one and I will never deal with CVS again. The pharmacist today was very helpful. The above is accurate of my experience until today. They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? We have been using CVS for years, but recently my wife and I needed to get a 90 day supply of…read moremaintenance medication and my insurance wouldn't cover that amount. I decided to use an app called Good Rx which if you don't have you should download. We saw that both of our meds were around 80% cheaper with a 90 day supply than CVS was with a 30 day. We called the pharmacy and set up our profile and switched the prescription then a few days later came in. It is not difficult to find on the left side of the store as you enter. We waited for our turn, with one person in front. I told them who we were and picked up the meds showing the code on the app. Now I don't have to hassle with that for 3 more months and when I come back I will just do the same. The staff was pretty friendly and informative.

One of the medications wasn't covered in my mom's insurance, but the price was still affordable. I would definitely use this pharmacy again when needed. :)
