We have been using CVS for years, but recently my wife and I needed to get a 90 day supply of maintenance medication and my insurance wouldn't cover that amount. I decided to use an app called Good Rx which if you don't have you should download. We saw that both of our meds were around 80% cheaper with a 90 day supply than CVS was with a 30 day. We called the pharmacy and set up our profile and switched the prescription then a few days later came in. It is not difficult to find on the left side of the store as you enter. We waited for our turn, with one person in front. I told them who we were and picked up the meds showing the code on the app. Now I don't have to hassle with that for 3 more months and when I come back I will just do the same. This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I came here yesterday to pick-up medication for my mom. It's right in the middle of the store, so you don't have to go all the way to the back like some other pharmacies are. Customer service was awesome. The prices of the medication was good. One of the medications wasn't covered in my mom's insurance, but the price was still affordable. I would definitely use this pharmacy again when needed. :) read more

The worst experience I've had in the pharmacy! I had to file a complaint with California Pharmacy Board. I came on Friday, January 9 around 10:30am to get my flu shot. I asked the pharmacy staff about VIS and information on the vaccine. Both the pharmacist, Michael Guiguis, and the pharmacy technician Stephanie Montoya told me they don't keep that information because "nobody asks for it." Ms. Montoya tild me the name of the manufacturer and said "go in google and find the information about it." I tried, but there was no cell signal at the location. I mentioned that and the pharmacist laughed and said "yeah signal is bad here." He then said he would give me all the information AFTER i get my shot. I replied that I wantesto aee it before and that by law he had to provide it. He then told me to sit down and started talking care of another customer. After than he asked me if I was going to get the shot. I again said that I needed the information about the ingredients and side effects prior to getting the shot. Mr. Michael Guiguis said, "I will have to do extra work just for you to find it." I noted that tgey have to have VIS available and he said again, "Nobody ever asks for this." Then he told me he wasn't going to give me the shot. I had to get store manager involved in order to obtain the information I spent 30 minutes asking for. Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were rude, unprofessional and refused to provide information about the vaccine until after the store manager got involved. read more

You will have to wait a few days for your medicine. They never ever get the prescriptions on time. At first I thought it was my doctor who always forgot to put the order in but then my kids pediatrician as well, then all specialists and lastly the new pediatrician too... so my conclusion is they are really busy and need time so if you can wait it's ok, if you have sick kids and you were able to get them checked and need the medicine soon, please don't go there. On top of that, the guy that works there was disrespectful to me as I was contacting the doctors office and they asked me for the pharmacy's number to re-send the prescription, he yelled I had to move from where I was to protect another persons privacy... as if I was some sort of threat to whoever was next. read more

It would be so nice to be able to access wifi in this Ralph's Market. I have to most expensive and best cell service (Verizon. - the 1 Bar network) and in barley works in the store, if at all. Would love to be able to call home sometimes while shopping, or have my "better half" be able to call me to pick up additional items I may have forgot . I've been told by the Mgr that I can go next door to McDonalds, but what a pain... it doesn't cost that much to set up a wifi system in the store... it's not like people are going to bring in their laptops and sit on the floor and use them. We all want 'in and out' with ease and have everything needed the first trip. That being said, the pharmacy peeps are fantastic and most of the time the store has what I'm looking for... decent store over all, just please... ADD SOME WIFI... it's the 21st century!!! This pharmacy is so messed up, we just moved here 3 months ago and transferred my Mom's medication and they still can't get it right! They always give the same excuse that the doctors haven't transferred the referrals , but for 3 months we've picked up medicine here and they don't know what is going on at all, they're so clueless and will let you go home without medication. Absolutely the worse! Also gonna report them to Medical for their negligence. read more

The most helpful pharmacy and everyone is super friendly. I got fed up with Walgreens in Castaic and couldn't take the loud and aggressive pharmacist who embarrassed me and stressed me out so much that I still can not get my pain under control. Anytime I'm stressed to that degree it effects my body. If your sick of Walgreens for any reason, like not having the medication you need or tired of having the pharmacist with an attitude every time you see her. Then please go to Ralphs Pharmacy and give them a chance. So far so good. read more

I have been coming here over a year now. I was referred to it by my sister and boy am I glad she did. Every time I come here, I am NEVER disappointed. They are always nice, welcoming and quick. I am hardly there for more than 5-8 minutes. When I usually go I am always there by myself, I hardly have to wait and when I do (which happened only twice) there is always someone to help out.
