The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. When you do find someone they are less than pleased to assist. Wish I could say nice things about this location but they make it hard!

I've only ever come to this location to grab photo prints but you usually have to wait for someone…read moreas they always seem to be short staff on the main floor. They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? I will say though besides all the common sense issues, the staff and pharmacist are all really nice. Parking lot is big, drive thru for pharmacy around back.

I was actually surprised ho organized and polite at this store employees were. They guided us to find items we need, helped to pack things well, offered they can find us anything else. In this stressful time, this was actually the best and nicest customer service store, wit well organized fresh department section. We will b back to this location more often at anytime now. Great staff. Wonderfully renovated store. Offers many clinical services, including FREE health screenings (until further notice) which include cholesterol screening and blood glucose screening. If you are tired of mass retail pharmacy, give this pharmacy a try. read more

I have a chronic illness I was born with that can be very stigmatized, and I have had some terrible experiences at pharmacies throughout my lifetime (mainly pharmacists treating me rudely/like a criminal/as if I'm lying about my condition because I "look healthy" and look really young). I just moved to the area and initially when my doctor called in my scripts to Ralph's pharmacy the pharmacist was unsure if they could take my insurance, but my doctor's office had closed already and I needed my pain meds for the weekend. So, I told her I would pay out of pocket since I couldn't have my doctor send the script to another pharmacy on a Friday night (controlled meds can't be transferred easily, and paying out of pocket for pain meds is better than going a weekend without them and potentially ending up in the hospital). When I arrived, the pharmacist was very kind and told me she called around to other Ralph's and figured out that they did actually take my insurance! A lot of pharmacists would've just left it at "we don't take that insurance" without even checking for my unusual insurance. Since she had originally thought I was paying out of pocket, she had also found me some sort of discount code to apply to the prescription. This also was happening about an hour before they closed. So within an hour of the script being called in, I had my medication in my hand, and for cheaper than I normally would pay (because I still got to use the code even though my insurance was covering most of it). It was filled super quickly too, even though the pharmacist said they were backed up with perscriptions. I've filled multiple medications there since, and they are always filled within 2-3 hours. They also are nice when my boyfriend picks my meds up for me and don't give him a hard time (also something we've experienced). It's really nice having kind, trustworthy pharmacists who don't make me feel bad about my condition. I don't normally write yelp reviews but this is a really, really good pharmacy and I want anyone else with chronic conditions that have had similar experiences as me to know that you won't be disappointed by this pharmacy. I wish I knew the name of the nice pharmacist I'm referencing in this review. She is friendly, has long black hair, wears glasses, and is Asian. Thank you Ralph's pharmacy!!

I made the mistake of coming here 5 times, only because it's closer than a real Post Office on Lyons and I was on crunch time. I try to come here to save time but ALWAYS end up wasting more time than just going to Lyons. Of the 5 times I've been, I never once left satisfied. The first time I went, there were two people in front of me and it literally took 15 minutes for me to come up. Normally when the customers need to fill out extensive paperwork, the worker sets them aside and helps new customers while they're filling out the forms to make things more efficient but they lack the know-how to execute even simple tasks as these. Second time I went 25 minutes before they were suppose to shut down and the girl tells me that she already closed the cash register so I need to come back tomorrow. I told her I still had 25 minutes and she just told me she closed early thinking no one would come. Wow, just wow... Third time I went and no one was at the post. There was a pharmacist there telling me someone would help me soon but it took about 15 minutes for someone to show. BTW this wasn't even their lunch time. Fourth time I went to send a package and they told me they ran out of confirmation slips so I couldn't send my package with delivery confirmation. I told her "how the hell can you be out of a slip people use so frequently?" her response was the fucktarded "I dunno." Fifth time, final straw was today... after vowing four other times to never come here, I once again gave them one more chance and failed bigger than W. I go in and no one is at the station. There's a sign that says "we are not able to give postage however we are still collecting pre-posted mail" meaning that they can't do shiet except receive mail that has stamps on it. Wasting precious time and in need of sending out a vital package today, I hurried myself to Lyons and ended up being 5 minutes late for work. This is a wake up call for USPS, shut down La Votre post office before it gets shut down by the disgruntled customers that are for once, non-postal.
