I paid $36 to overnight something on the 4th. It got there in 3 days - the 7th at 2:30p.m. The man pointed to the sign that said 2 days. On the 4th the lady never said it was counted as the next day since I came after 3:30 p.m. When I had asked him on a previous visit, he said I needed to go to the Post Office to get a refund. At that time I didn't have my paperwork. I went to the Post Office today and they said the mail room at the Knollwood Pharmacy is a 3rd party, so they could not give the refund. Their computer system would not allow it. They told me to go back where I bought it. If this man owns this business , that's probably why he would not give the refund. He lost my business. He should not be representing the USPS if he really isn't part of them. Evidently he can take money for the USPS , but not refund it if they don't live up to their end of it.

I pay $13 for a particular drug through Mark Cuban's pharmacy--whereas it is $150 through my prescription plan. Go figure. I called multiple times over the following weeks and was repeatedly told that the "billing department was working on it," but no one ever followed up or resolved the issue. By 11/3 -- three weeks later -- the situation was still unresolved. Because of the overcharge, I couldn't afford to refill my regular medication and am going through severe withdrawal symptoms. When I called again for help, Jasmine said they'd send an emergency supply but that billing was still working on the issue. I was told someone would call me "by the end of tomorrow," but at this point, I'm not optimistic. I switched from CVS and Walgreens to support a small, local business, hoping for better care and personal service. Instead, I was met with indifference and even had a staff member hang up on me mid-conversation when I tried to explain what happened. I had to call back and was treated with attitude and zero compassion. Pharmacies are supposed to care about their patients' wellbeing. In my experience this pharmacy also has cheaper prices that the chain pharmacies. This pharmacy also offers same day free delivery. I cannot recommend this pharmacy more. My previous experience with pharmacies has not been great. I have worked with multiple pharmacies prior to this including the biggest chain as well as an online newer pharmacy. I tried to get my prescription filled at multiple pharmacies. The big chain started charging delivery fees with no notice or warning. The online pharmacy took my prescription over promised a next day delivery then postponed my delivery 3 times over 3 days before finally cancelling stating they didn't have the medication (they should've never even took the prescription transfer and wasted my time if they knew they didn't have the medication in stock). Onto poly-med pharmacy. I called poly-med at 11a (as a new customer), my prescription was at my door by 7pm. Liana answered the phone when I called, then called my previous pharmacy and had my prescription transferred within 15 minutes. She then followed up with me to let me know everything was set and I would get my medication same same day. My medication cost significantly less than it did from the big chain pharmacy just 2 weeks ago. As someone with a good deal of experience with pharmacies, I recommend this pharmacy.
