They are extremely courteous, very punctual and they actually care about the patients that they are having to fill Medication's for. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The clinic I use sent my prescription to them and they called me to go over everything. First off, the clinic got my address wrong, which Exigency corrected for me. Then, the clinic messed up the prescription which could have caused a delay but they were all over it and got it corrected almost immediately so it didn't delay my order. I contacted them several times today to make sure it was still in transit and they responded promptly and sent me the tracking number and I am happy to report, the prescription was just delivered. Exigency Compounding Pharmacy went out of their way in helping us with medication for our cat. Diagnosed with congestive heart failure, our boy now requires multiple medications 2x/day. The liquid versions of the medications which we were originally prescribed, had to be given by syringe. Other pharmacies kept trying different flavors but nothing worked. This became a traumatic experience for kitty and for us. Luckily, we went to Exigency, and they suggested we get all meds in pill form, so we could crush them and put them in his favorite foods. This did the trick, and has been literally a lifesaver in getting all these meds into kitty. Azi at Exigency Compounding Pharmacy has been a real lifesaver! My mom has some specialty medication she needs. Because its a custom formulation, it was always a little difficult to arrange but not impossible. Well, for some reason the big box pharmacies stopped wanting to deal with someone like her who needs medication compounded specifically for their unique needs. After spending a few hours calling every pharmacy in a 10-mile radius (with no luck) I searched for custom medicine compounding and found Exigency. Azi was so nice and easy to deal with. Exigency pharmacy has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The pharmacist (Menoosh)has answered my multiple questions every time I have called. They promptly reach out to the veterinarian when I have needed refills. They send the medicines for no extra charge. When I first called them my cat was taking a drug that cost $90 for 30 ml. Exigency pharmacy charged $75 for 90 ml. That's triple the amount for less money. I have found that all of the medicines have been cheaper. I order my BHRT from Exigency and their pricing and service are excellent. The medications are delivered directly to my door, often the very next day! My questions are answered in detail by the pharmacists themselves. They are more than happy to work with you regarding the base cream/oil in which the BHRT is placed. When discussing my options I never felt as if they were annoyed or inconvenienced by my need for a different base oil (I have a few allergies). Both Azi and Mehrnoosh are lovely people to work with.
