The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.

I had two prescriptions to fill today and this pharmacy had both of them. Sometimes Walgreens takes a few days to get in certain items and that's why I went to this particular one. I had a third one that they actually didn't have in stock but they told me "we'll call you when we have it and if your insurance will cover it."

TOP SHELF CUSTOMER SERVICE & GREAT DEALS Serko is the most…read moregenuinely caring pharmacist I have ever encountered. I was unable to find the version of the medication I needed (the one my insurance still covered, that didn't make me sick to my stomach and that actually worked). I was calling everywhere for hours on end and was getting the same response, "We don't carry that and we don't know where else you should look."' When Serko's assistant heard my plight, she was very polite but said that their pharmacy didn't have the medication, either. To my surprise, I received a call back about an hour later from Serko saying he knew why I couldn't find what I was looking for and that he had ordered the generic that was covered by my insurance and that worked (!):; further that he'd go ahead and offer it to me near to his cost. He explained that he had gone ahead with the order on his end because he had found two months worth of what I was looking for and that he had found that it was sold out or on back-order everywhere else. I was shocked! He and his team had gone out of their way to search for my medication because they knew no pharmacy was going to be able to discuss availability with me. Talk about customer service! When I went in to pick up my prescription there was great music playing and the atmosphere was totally chill. The space also felt and still feels well-ventilated and very clean. I couldn't believe that people had gone so far out of their way to help me even when there was barely any profit involved. Sadly, when I recently called in for my refill, Serko let me know that once again my insurance had changed and that I would have to pay 4-5 times the copay at his pharmacy than what I'd have to pay at the chain that was affiliated with my insurance. He said that he was sorry to see me go but that paying $10 vs $40-$50 was just a no-brainer. I'm hoping that when you read this you'll choose to make this pharmacy your own so he can continue to offer excellent customer service and great deals to the community.
