I was shocked to discover that the pills I received looked similar to the ones I had been taking, but the encryption on each pill did not match the description on the bottle. St. Mary's pharmacy in Northridge is hands-down the best pharmacy I've dealt with in over 10 years. Not only are the staff friendly, but they are extremely knowledgeable about the different types of medications that I take and I'm sure all the medications that are distributed through this pharmacy. I've been going to this pharmacy for approximately a year now and as I mentioned the pharmacy and the pharmacist are so helpful and nice. On top of giving you a detailed explanation about the medications prescribed, they are just so nice about how they handle themselves with patients. The pharmacist I typically deal with is named Beshoy, and he is absolutely wonderful. I wish I knew about this place earlier so I didn't have to deal with other pharmacies judging me and or refusing to fill valid prescriptions for reasons that go beyond my comprehension. If you're having a hard time finding a legitimate pharmacist that is extremely knowledgeable friendly and professional, I would highly recommend giving St Mary's in Northridge a shot. Beshoy (the pharmacist) just recently opened this pharmacy (or should I say wonder store!) I went in as a new patient,and was greeted with nothing less than educated answers for my questions and hospitality for my lonely soul. I have problems getting Pain medicine from CVS even though its totally on the up and up. They are just a pain in the ass. They don't stock and will not order till date of prescription. So I'm always out for a few days. Those few day don't mean anything to them , BUT I suffer and they don't care! They just ignore me. St Mary's was recommended and with good reason. This is an old style Pharmacy. They are there to help you in any way possible. And so nice! What a find, I think I will be a long term friend with this group. Beshoy who is the pharmacist is so kind, friendly and very knowledgeable he always takes his time on explaining my new meds, the staff is very welcoming. my son had a ear infection and he filled the antibiotics right away and called me said it was ready for pick up.
