There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. Do better.

My son recently tested positive for flu and was prescribed Tamiflu, which as it turns out of out of stock at every major pharmacy (Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS) and needed to be back ordered, which would take days. I called Five Star, which not only had it in stock, they got it ready within an hour. Michelle, the pharmacist, was extremely helpful and gave detailed instructions for use, dosage and store. It's really confusing having 2 CVS locations across the street from each other. (though I have a suspicion that once the stand alone location is done with their renovation, this location will be closed & the staff migrated over). The staff here at the Target location is great. They're very friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. I've never had any issues with them and if my pediatrician's office calls in a subscription, it'll be ready within 30 almost guaranteed. I really like this location. I do hope that if it does get closed down that everyone comes over to the other location. They have some of the best pharmacy customer service I've ever had.

They have plenty of selection but the deals weren't worth it. So I didn't buy anything. The store is well stocked, organized, and some part isn't well lit though. The employee greets you upon entering the store which is great. Parking is plenty that is shared with other businesses. Location is a little bit on the down side area. Holiday decors are on display.

The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.
