North Hills, California…read more Halloween just passed and Walgreens have a good sale going on with the chocolates. Unfortunately, not all the stores have them like this one. They have plenty of selection but the deals weren't worth it. So I didn't buy anything. The store is well stocked, organized, and some part isn't well lit though. The employee greets you upon entering the store which is great. Parking is plenty that is shared with other businesses. Location is a little bit on the down side area. Holiday decors are on display.

Do better with your service and drop the attitude. She ignored me and started to talk to her coworker, as I said thank you, no acknowledgement. Sad, I can tell people don't like their jobs. This is the last time I visit this low budget location, parking is a nightmare and people are rude, homeless asking for money, cars are rude to pedestrians. It stressed me out just going over to pick up one item from here.

It's really confusing having 2 CVS locations across the street from each other. (though I have a suspicion that once the stand alone location is done with their renovation, this location will be closed & the staff migrated over). The staff here at the Target location is great. They're very friendly and helpful and really know their stuff. I've never had any issues with them and if my pediatrician's office calls in a subscription, it'll be ready within 30 almost guaranteed. I really like this location. I do hope that if it does get closed down that everyone comes over to the other location. They have some of the best pharmacy customer service I've ever had.

Thinge have changed because they gotten way slower and has less workers working in the pharmacy. I scheduled an appointment to get my covid booster shot and for my parents to get their flu vaccination. Their mobile check in QR code didn't work because it couldn't find my reservation. Then I had to wait in line to check in with someone. The person was working the drive thru pickup line and also the in store window so it took some time. After I checked in with her and give her all the info, it took an hour before we could get our shots. The photos area is slow at times too but they brought back the button to announce on the PA that you'll need assistance there which will help speed someone over there.

I also browsed around prior to forming line and found the "Hispanic" skin care section, if you know, you know. They also had a cool sticker stand by the line which had pretty unique CA stickers amongst other options. Also noted, this location has a security guard at the front store.

Especially because I usually come here to just quickly pick up over the counter medicine. I always know that I am not going to have to spend a long time waiting in checkout. Or roaming the aisles for that matter as things are laid out in a very well thought out and labeled way. My main issue with this location is the parking lot. While it seems like it has a huge lot outside, it's in desperate need of upkeep. Mainling the spot markings. Things are so faded that there's basically no markings at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. CVS Pharmacy is completely out of control…read more The lines are absolutely ridiculous--wrapped through the store, packed shoulder to shoulder, and barely moving. There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. Do better.
