The new pharmacy called them and CVS didn't transfer it over. I went IN PERSON to CVS to ask them to transfer it over and of course, they said someone else has to call THEM. It is so idiotic. The lady I spoke to said, "It's not a good day for us as our system is backed up and I can't guarantee anything". like lady what ?? I need my medication transferred over so I can not deal with this BS (excuse my language) anymore. So if I needed a prescription for antibiotics like when I caught pneumonia, mine was filled very quickly. Then after I got married and had children and they would get ear infections in daycare and pre school Fred is the one I would go to. Then he bought his own Reliable pharmacy and it still is the same. You never wait longer than 10 minutes. Fred is a Doctor of pharmacology which means he knows what every drug will do for you or to you. He gives out sage advice and talks to everyone as though he would talk and look out for his own family. He really cares about his patients! The name Reliable is a spot on name for this store because for every aspect done in this store, whether it be giving vaccines, or helping people to decide which vitamins to take or asking questions about a procedure they are thinking of having done or a drug to consider taking, he weighs it heavily with much thought and wisdom and gives you his answer. Also he will catch drug interactions and quickly call your Doctor up and say "I can't give them this drug because it will interact with what he or she is taking which in the ends keeps you safe. He's on top of it! His store is always clean and sanitary. They also sell nick nacks as well as jewelry and all holiday items. They have Brown Bag sandwiches which are really delicious and nutritious. Most hospitals buy these for their patients in case they get hungry in the middle of the night. They also sell baby items there, toys and ambulatory supplies as well as bandages and some His staff are amazing!!!! Mina has been with him for years and does a variety of right hand stuff for him. In other words she is competent, gone to school, got her degree and takes care of everything. I have seen her very , very busy and yet she just smiles, is kind and warm and makes her patients feel as though everything will be okay. If anything is wrong in the price for your drug or the prescription, she will catch it and correct it right away. Jay is another great employee! She is always smiling, and works hard. She is not ever idle. Her warmth and charm will light up a room and draw people in. This is my favorite pharmacy and I will be a forever patient.

The staff informed me that my medication was not ready and wouldn't be ready until 2:30 or 2:45. After the pharmacist break. Cool. I'll come back in an hour I guess no problem. That was on me for coming right over after the e.r. Went home came back at 2:45 gave them until 2:50 just incase. walked in to my surprise the gates of the pharmacy were closed. Gave them until 3 am just incase. Come 3 am still nothing. Asked staff if the pharmacy was closed. She informed me they would open back up at 4 am. Now why wasn't I informed of this when I was told medication wouldn't be ready until 2:45, after the pharmacist break. Common curtesy to let someone know "hey we're actually closed from X to X" But neither the staff that was helping or pharmacist bothered to mention "we're closed at x time" Update: returned at 9:45 am. Only to be told it was still not ready and would take another 15 min. Good luck if you are coming from the hospital past 2 am. And if you're not from the area. I get that they are overwhelmed with orders but also let people know if you'll be closed.

I try to wait at least an hour so that it gives them time to fill it. Once I arrive, at the drive thru window, they say about a 10 minute wait but really it's more like 20-30 minute wait. I really miss having the doctor send a prescription to rite aid. They were always friendly, happy, and by the time I arrived, the medication was already filled.
