There's only one or two pharmacists who are nice and helpful but don't expect much from the rest. CVS pharmacy has never been helpful and always had delays and if you try calling, good luck! You'll get an AI robot and you can basically never speak to a real person. I was having an issue with one of my medications and the pharmacy said my doctor has to resend the prescription. I called my doctor and they said they sent it. I called the pharmacy back and they said they still don't have it. I asked the pharmacist to give them a call and speak with them because I don't know what the issue is. The guy was getting frustrated with me and said "WELL ITS UNFAIR! ITS UNFAIR! WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO CALL" and it was extremely unprofessional. I understand he might be frustrated but his frustrated shouldn't have been geared towards me. I am also frustrated because I wasn't able to get my medication. He refused to call and it was frustrating. Now, I'm trying to transfer my prescription from CVS to an independent pharmacy. The new pharmacy called them and CVS didn't transfer it over. I went IN PERSON to CVS to ask them to transfer it over and of course, they said someone else has to call THEM. It is so idiotic. The lady I spoke to said, "It's not a good day for us as our system is backed up and I can't guarantee anything". like lady what ?? I need my medication transferred over so I can not deal with this BS (excuse my language) anymore. I have never had an easy experience with CVS, so if you can, AVOID THIS (or any CVS for that matter) PLACE AT ALL COSTS! read more

I tried to get a passport photo. The lady said she could do it, but then said the camera wouldn't turn on. I asked if the battery was dead and she just kept saying it has batteries. I said, Are they dead, does it need to be replaced. She said, it shouldn't be and there was no attempt to change the battery. The other guy said it hasn't worked for a few days. Why wouldn't they ask for a new camera if that's true. The only solution was to try another location and they said there was no manager to talk to, the camera just doesn't work. No help at all. They had the passport photo station set up so it was probably laziness in not wanting to try a different battery. read more

This is not the first, second or third time I have visited this location and received such rude service from the front cashier .This older male employee was chatting with another customer as I waited for him for a several minutes - they were talking about vacationing in the Bahamas, and referred to him as a buddy. When it was my turn to pay I asked if I can use my a CVS coupon and he said " I don't have time for this and told me to wait for a manager. He then said something to the lady next to him the continued to helped the next customer, and the next one after that he was so rude to that I just decided to leave. It's so overpriced. I feel bad for the staff, I've seen people yell and harass them but strangely I never see a manager in those situations. Everything is just so ridiculously expensive, it's not worth it. There's literally stores around it and plenty close by that it just doesn't make sense to shop here for anything else. Provender: this review is only for the minute clinic inside the CVS. The staff usually rotates, but in my experience they have all been friendly, helpful, and professional. You can get a wide variety of vaccinations here, ranging for the flu and also for traveling. Prices: depends on if you have insurance, but most prices are reasonable. Parking: ample parking sensors located in a huge shopping center. There's also Ross in the center so you can go shopping afterwards for clothes. People: good for both young and old. Perks: I recommend that you schedule appointments online even though they accept walk-ins. You usually get a confirmation to email which you have to use when you check into the kiosk. read more

This isn't a bad cvs, the layout is however a hot mess... Some sections towards the back stay low to empty that aren't staples like the dollar item and home goods sections. I'm not sure if they've had a high theft problem... Though I guess this women had just ran out 5 minutes before me and got caught shoplifting makeup... but most of the spirits section tends to be blocked off or one entry point only.... So they do troubleshoot and care about customers and safety The clerks are pretty chill and they do have great deals. I've noticed they've highlighted some of their gluten-free, vegan and healthier snacks as well as beverages towards the front half of the store and their season sections get shifted thoroughly, however tend to remain low for a few days to weeks after getting shopped very hard. Honestly if the layout wasn't the most unnecessary maze I've ever seen (lol truth) this would be a four star... I hate having to ask for help unless I absolutely need it, but you'll probably need it if stopping in for the first time or even fourth time. Don't forget your endless scroll of coupons...they come in handy. read more

Pharmacists have no clue what type of vaccines they're administering. I asked a few questions about the flu shot and they weren't able to give me an answer. Not to mention they were rushing me since they were behind on appointments. I left and will not be coming back. read more

This place has gone so downhill. My last FOUR experiences at this pharmacy have been frustrating and unfruitful. Twice this place has sent me texts notifying me of prescriptions being ready, and then not had them when I showed up. Just now, I went in to get a prescription that was called in over a week ago, but cvs did not notify me at all of what was going on with it. I went in there, was asked to "wait for the pharmacist" after already waiting in line for 15 mins, and then waited even longer only to talk to the very unhelpful pharmacist. She told me they didn't have my meds. Then told me they didn't know if or when they would ever have them. Then she had the nerve to tell me I should call their manager who "buys" Meds and convince them that they should order the right medication for me, as if that isn't her literal f*cking job as a pharmacist. Why is it my responsibility to convince the store manager to buy my meds? This pharmacy has been where I have gone for the last 14 years, and I hate to say I never wanna go here again. The lady at the counter proceeded to tell me that it was picked up and I would have to pay out of pocket. She was not helpful, not apologetic at all. This review is for the Minute Clinic. I came here with my other half to look at swelling on his finger from doing some weeding around a 'fire poker' succulent near the driveway. We arrived at 5:05 on sunday. The hours on the website, on their phone recording and in store said that they closed at 530. But there are signs on the exam rooms and every one of them said they were closed. My other half got in line for the pharmacy to find out what the story was- and the staff person said to just knock on the door on the otherside of the desk. So we did. Inside was the person that was suppose to be working....and when my other half asked him about it...he said 'well, we'll be closing soon.' My guess is he was either in the room catching up on his dating app, watching a movie or taking a nap. He didn't want to work...but he DID want to get paid for his time there. Somebody needs his hands slapped. And a manager needs to walk the floor more often to see if management is getting what they're paying for. Come on you guys....you can do better than this. read more

Aw man you got to get your stuff together at this location. Ordered photos on Saturday expecting them to be ready in an hour. No email? Cool no prob probably taking longer than expected and being the holiday weekend. Went in yesterday due to not receiving an email and getting worried only to find their photo machines were down. Expected to come back up the same day. No worries, figured I'd call the next day as suggested by staff. Did that and somehow ended up in a 10+ minute call by a clueless associate who got my name wrong multiple times despite spelling it out clearly. All I wanted to know was whether my order was ready and they couldn't figure that out. So I hung up and came in...only to find that the machines were still down. Come on y'all, you're a large corp and better than this. Staff is friendly enough, but you know you can do better than the runaround with comms here. read more

Went in to pick up a prescription today, and I asked if there would a problem changing the phone number where they notify me my prescriptions are ready. I tried explaining as to why I was unsure if I wanted to switch the number as I'm not the only one in my family under that same number and the cashier named Claudia, started waving her hand at my face, giving me attitude and cutting me off mid sentence not wanting to hear or help with what I had to say. She clearly wasn't expecting me to give an attitude back. She wouldn't even look at me after and went to hide in the back. The day i had the flu i had went into cvs and got pills for them. The service compared to the other locations they have was amazing. The day that i arrived was the day i knew the unique of this place. It was very quiet and the doctors in the pharmacy were nice and cool about the wait specially in the corona virus. This morning I went to return an unopened Covid test kit with my receipt. The receipt stated the date to make the return by is 2/24/22. With the release of free Covid test kits CVS has changed their policy! Covid test kits are no longer returnable. They charged 23.99 for this kit, shows on receipt it is returnable from the time I purchased it and now will NOT take it back. They told me to contact the manufacturer, not them. Crooks! I work for a dental office across the street, we will no longer call prescriptions to CVS and will alert our patients to the downfalls of going to CVS and recommend they go elsewhere. I went for my regular prescription which I pick up like clockwork at the same time of the month. The worthless cashier named Claudia filled 3 months of a prescription which A. I wasn't accustomed to and B. Was way much more money than I expected to pay. Midway into bringing this issue up to Claudia (the cashier) left me mid-sentence very rudely, cut me off and basically told me to call my insurance and to simply go away and continued to assist another customer. I was left completely ignored and shamed, luckily the lead pharmacist heard the transaction and decided to help me, the lead pharmacist identified the issue and VERY easily solved it. Claudia should be dealing with customers in any capacity. read more

I can see why this CVS location has poor ratings. I dropped off a prescription after a dentist appointment and was told that it would take an hour and a half to fill. No big deal, so I waited in my car. After that hour and a half, I was told that it would take another hour to fill because the pharmacist stepped out for lunch. I was also told that I'd get a notification when my prescription was ready for pickup. One hour later, no notification, so I followed up. If I hadn't done so, I would've been waiting all night for my antibiotics and painkillers for my tooth infection. Stay away from the pharmacy if you can. This is a poorly run CVS. read more
