I am very satisfied with the service provided. The pharmacists are careful to advise me on every new prescription and fill them as quickly as they can. Prices are a little higher than a Walgreens however, they have a very wide variety and very well stocked especially for cold and flu season. I stopped by this CVS on my way home from work to drop off my UPS package. This CVS looks pretty outdated and not kept well maintained from the outside. I was able to find parking in the plaza the store is in. When I walked in, I saw the store wasn't that busy and that they had 2 checkout station now. The photo area is where you can drop off your UPS package which is in front of the store when you walk in next to the self checkout area. By far the laziest cvs in this area. Has 1 manager and 1 associate? Stood in line to add money to a card and watch the manager do 3 individual orders for one person and talking like it's her lost family member. So I have one person in front of me. Then she finishes and the lady goes up to get her deoderant and leave the front to go get that lady stuff. Takes 10 mins to come back and finally someone comes out to ring me up. The worker seemed very slow and after I already gave her my debt car and ID? She asks me for it again and I'm like you have it? Gives a dumb look and finishes my order. The manager ain't doing her job at all and to see how fake she sounds doing a job that makes it seem worthless. Robots will get her job very soon. Do not use the pharmacy in this location! First of all, you can't directly call the pharmacy, you have to leave a voice message and hope they call you back( they usually don't.) I had declined the three month supply in my profile but EVERY single month the cvs asked my doctor for the 3 month supply which he would decline and i would have to call them and straighten it out. WOW WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I i've been using the pharmacy for over eight years pharmacist had come and go ! I got a weird call from Gina Ochoa the manager of the store proceeded to call me at my home to tell me a customer called in to the store and said I was talking poorly about her on her day off I said no I never talk poorly about you I've been coming here for over eight years ! Then it's getting really messy because then she went to the pharmacist CHI LEE THEN OUT OUT BLUE SAID CHI LEE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ONE CERTAIN MEDICATION AND LEGALLY DOES NOT HAVE TO TELL ME WHY ! My doctor put a complaint on Chi Lee for discriminating me against my medication and then Chi Lee turns around and puts a complaint on my doctor this is spiraled out of control ! Now I have to find a new Pharmacy and you're not always guaranteed to get the amount of medication you need I've been shorted medication the last four times ! I don't know where they found SUPERVISOR JAMES and his boy wonder, but I ordered a "same day" canvas picture around 9:30 AM. I got the, "Your item is ready" message around 11:30 but decided to wait a little longer since they day before when I bought one, it wasn't ready. I show up around 1 or 2 and what do you know, it's not ready. I live in Porter Ranch and they don't offer this service at my CVS or another closer one. Mind you gas is $6.50 a gallon. They tell me it's printed but the canvas isn't mounted. I come back in 15 minutes, and they are mounting it. James showing boy wonder how to do it. They finish it, show me ant they mounted it so crooked that there is a black triangle at the top and part of the picture stretching on to the bottom part of the frame. I said, "What is this?" It's all crooked and the black frame is stretched over the picture. Supervisor James says, "It looks OK, you can see where it says Chicago." I said, "You know I'm going to complain about this right? They offered to make another and James say, "It'll only be 5 minutes." I have groceries in the car so I want to sit with the AC on. 15 minutes later I go back in to finally get my picture. They both see me and I sit for 15 more minutes waiting. I finally ask if my picture is ready and they say they can't figure out the machine. Supervisor James starts blaming the morning crew, but I saw HIM mounting the canvas crooked. I go home and plan on returning before they close. I drive back here from Porter Ranch at 7pm and they tell me that the machine is broke and they can't do anything. I said, "Well of course you sent my project to the CVS down at Nordhoff where they also do the service." Boy wonder says, "Did they tell you they did that?" I said, "No, but that's the logical thing to do since you have my phone number and didn't call me." This is the bad customer service I see at no skill jobs. I said, "Your machine broke, you have my number and you didn't call me!?" I said, "Well give me the original one." James took it out of the box and I took it and started to leave the store. James said, "You have to pay for that" I said, "I'm not leaving my painting with you so someone else can hang it on their wall! I spent 40 hours working on it." I didn't want it, I just didn't want my original piece out there. So I took out my key and sliced the canvas to hell and gave it back. Again the customer service thing to do would to have been to let me have it until I can re ddo it. Now I race home to my computer to prepare another order since I need this by tomorrow. I did notice her putting helium in the balloons, so I waited patiently. Her eyes already told me she was bothered. The firs thing she said ,"you could use self check out". I come to CVS at least twice a week. Why?! Makeup of course! What I like about this CVS versus other locations is that it is fairly clean and organized. Also, they are pretty well stocked. Every time I'm on the hunt for the latest drug store makeup line either it be Maybelline's summer collection or Essie polishes, this is the place to go. Today I found the limited Maybelline Color Tattoo eyeshadows that have been sold out at Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc. Service has always been friendly. This is the only CVS where I have been asked, "do you need any help?" Impressive. Pharmacy: I've only been to their pharmacy once, to get a flu shot. The line for the pharmacy is like a line for a roller coaster. You get in line, wait about 20 minutes. Then you're told to come back and line up somewhere else. What?! There's no "fast pass"? j/k. When I did get the flu shot, it was pricier than Ralph's Pharmacy (just around the corner), but the pharmacist was very nice, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and that I may feel a bit of discomfort for a few days. I bought a visa gift card for my daughter's bday present valued $150.00 on Friday 5/12/17, activated it on 5/14/17, went to use it in the afternoon, not funds, I called the 1800 number on the card, someone had gone to Costco in LA and used it. I went to this cvs, since I bought it there, this rude "supervisor" with a creepy look and high pitched voice, told me that I need to speak to a manager, then he said no manager available til Tuesday. Communication is key! I was told last week that my ex was refillable fro Friday and this morning I called and they said to show up in 30 minutes. I called for a lift and was on my way and get a call saying I have to wait till tomorrow! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give them a negative rating if I could.... the manager on staff Carol, consistently pulled down her mask when around others and alone RESTOCKING items when clearly on CVS website apart of their COVID protocol for employees and customers is to wear CDC approved masks. In addition, her co-worker Kym was also pulling down her mask and touching her face with her gloves on. The sign on the door clearly says mask required so how do you expect people to follow that if you can't even do that yourself? And then kym was checking out a lady who no longer wanted her items and when the girl walked away to put them back herself she was like oh I was supposed to wipe those, but didn't choose to follow her and get them items. GREAT JOB! Even when other older women came in (one without a mask and one with a mask pulled down) they said nothing and checked them out, also without a mask. Disappointed in management is an understatement. Such a bad role model. To top it off, when I checked out with my friend, I kindly asked Carol to put her mask on while she was checking us out. Worst pharmacy. I feel like no cvs is amazing. They all have something. But this pharmacy is so slow. Always a very long line to pick up/drop off anything. There is usually only one or sometimes 2 people working. So if your trying to drop off a prescription when there is even 1 person in line, good luck. It's minimum a 10 min wait in line no matter if your picking up or dropping off. Today there was 2 people ahead of me in line. Only 1 person working and it took 20 minutes to pick up my prescription.
