This chevron is located just off the 118 freeway. Prices are fair and you get a discount of a lowered price when you use the Chevron application five cents up to 20 percent for your rewards it's can get crowded during work hours but for the most part it's easy breezy. read more

Always love coming to this local gas station, it seems to have consistently low prices compared to the other chevrons in the valley. It's in a safe neighborhood, I feel comfortable getting gas late at night. The place is always well lit, and people are not loitering around on the outside vicinity. Today in the morning while getting gas, I thought to myself: "why haven't I ever written a review about my favorite gas station" so here it goes... It's located on Rinaldi and Balboa and there are 2 other gas stations on the same intersection, but this one is my favorite why? 1.- It's so spacious! Like specially for people like me that struggle to get in a spot and backing up. This one has an easy entry and exit I love it. You will never get stuck behind cars. 2.- The store is super clean and organized...lots of snacks and fully stocked. 3.-Prices are very competitive. 3.- Great Customer Service. The ladies are always nice and in a good mood. 4.- Great selection of coffee, tea and coffee creamers... I love coming here in the morning and pick up my fresh hot coffee. Worst employees EVER! I've been coming to this chevron for twenty+ years and have NEVER experienced or seen what I experienced and saw today. Employee on the phone sweeping an already clean lot with his back to the pumps where one nozzle was not going back into the cradle. I honked a small honk when he turned and I waived and called out for help. After many attempts of trying to get his assistance ... This went on for an unreasonable amount of time and my honks and waives got progressively more ... another customer said she'd send him over as she was driving away while the employee was continuing with his back continually to the pumps. As the cashier came out to assist, she had no professionalism or customer service skills or intent or concern about the pump issue. Ignored the fact that the defiant sweeper was irresponsible and probably hiding out away from the camera range... instead the thin long haired blond middle aged lady began to YELL at ME! Appalling! Rude! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Not smart at all. I give great reviews of restaurants and other worthy businesses and this one unfortunately is worthy for all the wrong reasons. Yelling! Jammed/broken pump! Irresponsible employee(s) and the best customers ever. Thanks for the community observation and cooperation. Thanks for putting in more effort than the people getting paid. I hope the owner takes a look at the footage and trains their staff to be responsible and at minimum not accusatory and blaming. I'll take my premium gas purchases to another station!!! Happily!!! I'm happy today I had to come here and use my Apple pay but the older or senior male didn't know how it works and the lady in her maybe 20's or 30's had no idea either. Please teach them. Good, clean Chevron location. Gas prices here look to be a little high for the valley, but I don't live out here anymore so I can't really speak to well for them. They have a nice big station and food mart. The mart has good selection of snacks and drinks and I think they even have some hot foods. Grab a drink from the fountain and hit the road. read more

I never thought I would be reviewing a gas station but here it goes: Honestly, I fill up here more than I would like. It's not because I want to but it's the closest gas station and easiest one to turn into from my home. I would say 4/10 times there seems to be a technical issue. It's pretty frustrating especially when you are in a hurry in the morning to get to work. I have had to run inside and pay because the credit card machine is not working or I can't fill certain gas because pump has checked out for today so I have to move my car to next pump. I noticed they were doing construction today so hopefully, they will fix all the little problems. Plus, the owner or he seems to be the owner could smile from time to time....just saying. :) read more

They close their bathrooms at night. That, to me, is definitely bad customer service and possibly cruel and unusual punishment. Avoid this Chevron. The 76 across the street had ab working bathroom and the same price for gas. read more

This chevron is always clean and staff are always friendly! They have a large selection of snacks, drinks and whatever your Heart desires lol. Not the cheapest gas around but in my opinion it's pretty convenient. read more

I know it may seem weird to write a review about a gas station but so had to. This one is superb! The staff is super friendly and accommodating! The place is sparkling clean and even the bathrooms are super clean and smell lemony fresh! I really appreciate that! The minimart is great and has a huge variety! Even the outside and pump area is nice and clean and spacious! I would have given it 5 stars but the gas prices are a bit high. I just can't say enough about the rest though. This is the cleanest gas station I have ever been to. I was passing by and I have never been there before. All I have to say is wow. It might be a little expensive but the customer service defiantly makes up for it. Kat and Matt were the two people that helped me and they were so nice and friendly.
