I stopped by this 7 Eleven location to use my TMobile Tuesday rewards through the 7 Eleven app. I came before lunch time because this store is in a small plaza with limited parking spots. I got the parking right in the front when I came. When I walked inside, I went straight to the soda machine. I saw they had mountain dew code red as an option but when I pressed it, nothing happen. So I selected Cherry Coke and what came out did not look or taste like Cherry Coke. So I went with the standard Cola. The lady working the counter was confused on the rewards through the mobile app so the owner had to come help her. My reward was also for the big bites hot dog too so I got one. This location is different because you do everything yourself which all the other stores I been to, the worker did everything for me. The hot dog buns and container is on the bottom of where the hot dog is, you grab the hot dog you want and put it in the bun. My drink was great and tasted like cola unlike before at another store. 7/11 slurpee on 7/11 day with my friend from way back when in middle school. really nice reunion, but the staff here was so lost when we asked about the slurpees. They just denied us at the door because we were not remembers, so not until we pushed them to change their mind and let us enter did we get slurpees that we were okay to pay on our own! heinous. slurpee was nothing special. just a cup of sugar. melted sugar that gave u a brain freeze. but, that is what makes a slurpee a slurpee! this 7/11 store was stocked on foods, but gosh was the slurpee area poorly maintained. So I went to 7-Eleven today and my kids found it there were giving free slushies so we went to go grab some. When we went inside we asked and they said that there machine was broken or that it didn't work. This is not the first time this has happen to me. One of the Indian guys their that was working is one of the biggest most dumbest scammers ever. I walk in to buy some chips and i used my card to pay when i used it, it said "did not approve" something like that. So i ended up paying cash. When i got home I checked my bank account and it showed that i was charged so i head back and i show him. He tells me he is going "inside this room to see if i was" but for a fact did not see anything. So he comes out after 6 minutes of thinking what to say he tells me the bank will refund me the money in one month. I can't believe the pettiness of the people who work here . After our hike at O Melveny Park, I wanted COLD WATER. I wanted WATER not park water that has been touched by every animal, insect, and human. This 7-Eleven is a childhood memory. I remember coming here a lot with my dad, but today...both my friend and I were dehydrated. Both my friend and I walk in a got ourselves 2- 700mL Arrowhead Bottles (2 for $2). The total was $2.10 because the CRV. Blasted CRV tax. As I was about to Blink my transaction, the cashier said, "It doesn't work." So, I Blinked my card anyways and shocked the cashier...LOL. I disproved his answer. I love my Blink Card and no one shall stop me...MUAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I left the store proud...lol. Unfortunately, I had a battle with my water bottle since I didn't know how to open the cap. Damn that water was cold...felt like it froze my lungs. I had a coupon for a free small coffee and I decided to visit this location to redeem it. I've used these free coffee coupons many times in the past, and have never once been charged any fee. At this location, the cashier told me, "this isn't free," and charged me 69 cents. Upon looking at the receipt, I noticed I was charged for the cup. I felt this was just petty. I visited a 7-Eleven in Santa Clarita this morning and tried out another coupon and the coffee was free without a charge for the cup. It's not even as if I was paying tax because there were two charges on the receipt- one for the coffee and one for the cup. read more

This is the worst 7-11 I've ever had to suffer through. I live down the street and was excited by the convenience of it till I realized two particular employees are completely rude and incompetent. I'd call em out but they don't even wear their nametags. Over the two months I've gone here I've learned to dread my visits, and expect something to be messed up. The younger guy is rude, always on his phone, sold me a powerball ticket with the wrong date on it, overcharges when he's not paying attention, and treats any customer that comes in like they're a hassle. The older guy is just as rude, lazy, surly, and inefficient. I'm happier just driving anywhere else. The franchise owner should clean house. read more

This stores employees are some of the rudest employees. Today I was at this location(6pm) and the employee on duty skiped over me after waiting 5 minutes. He acted as if I wasn't there. He began to help the lady behind me with her 3 children; getting them hot dogs . When I questioned him about why he skipped me - he yelled at me and told me I had to wait. I stopped at this 7-11 to get a 12 pack of Pacifico and a pack of gum. The guy helping me was obviously new and when he rung me up he was having difficulties as he was obviously flustered when the other guy game over and helped him and gave me two hot dogs. I asked why he was giving me them and he said free with purchase of beer. I paid with my debit card without really paying attention thru the confusion and later when I looked at my receipt I saw that he charged me 18 something and gave me the hot dogs because he felt a little guilty. I went in and bought 2 starbucks iced coffees in the glass bottles. One of them had the top already opened, as it pops when you first open it and it did not pop. The coffee that had been opened was sour and smelled like dog $hit. They told me i opened it and made it sour myself because, "they wouldn't open it themselves" I left the coffee with them and told them to drink it and now it looks like ill be looking for somewhere else to get my morning drank on. But in other days I ask him for the price of somthings and then he says what and when I repeat he turns around and talk to someone else as if I was'nt there he would neglect me. I like this 7/11 location. It is kept organized and clean and the employees are extremely friendly. this 7/11 is walking distance from me so I come here all the time when everything else is closed. The cashiers are always friendly and say hi. I love getting donuts here, they actually taste pretty good! The glazed donut is a lot better than ones I've tried at local donut shops :) I was also surprised to find vegan cookies here! They have a bunch of flavors actually, more than I've seen at health stores and Whole Foods! The best are macadamia nut and lemon poppy seed. Drinks like sodas and water, gatorades sometimes go on sale or have discounted deals when you buy 2 or more. Beer sometimes does too. Slurpees are always delicious and so are the nachos and the tacquitos! Coffee is good. Everything is pretty good. Parking is kinda annoying because it's a small plaza and spaces are so close together you have to be careful.
