Do not use the app to purchase items at this location. The lady working there completely ignored my receipt after I ordered for pick up on the app and wanted to double charge me. She did not want to let me leave with the items that I paid for. She was also staring at me throughout my visit at this location. Left the items at the counter and reported to my credit card company.

It is 5:41, WHY IS THE DOOR LOCKED. I am so upset as this never happens and the worker did not let me in. I work at 6 and I always come in the morning for a coffee.

I stopped by this 7 Eleven location after my doctor appointment down the street. I needed to get a coke and chocolate to consume after my blood test. The parking here is kind of small compared to other 7 eleven location. The soda are on the left side when you walk into the store and the snacks are on the right side. There wasn't that much customer insider the store when I went. I been to this 7 eleven location before when I was a CSUN student but haven't in a long time. The lady working the cashier was friendly and I was able to be in/out within 3 minutes. I wore my mask inside and mostly everyone inside wore theirs as well.

I was craving soft pretzels, so I purchased frozen soft pretzels and Tostitos Cheese Sauce. Delicious combo. Super Pretzels Soft Pretzels & Tostitos Cheese Sauce

Very dirty and says 24-7 but won't open until 6:30-7am. Disrespectful to just about everyone. Don't go!

I always stop my for Slurpee's as my daughter is addicted. Not the friendliest but it's decent for a quick run in and out.

Not much to say about a 7-11 besides good service and the fresh wings are surprisingly very good and juicy.

It's not the best 7-11 I've been to but it's a decent place. Walking distance from CSUN if you're looking for a cheap coffee before class.

If you haven't been to one, 7-Eleven is really known for snacks but most of all, it's about the BIG GULPS & SLURPEES!

What a wonderful and helpful convenience store and gas station I really enjoyed how clean the store…read morewas but I was exceptionally grateful for how courteous and kind the clerks were... I seriously would drive 10 miles out of my way just to buy gas here these guys are amazing

Thee WORST customer service EVER!…read more First off, I only stopped at this raggedy gas station because I was almost out of gas and was unfamiliar with the area. Wack extra fee for using my ATM - but that was not the worst part. I paid, pumped, and happened to notice that there were 2 cars behind me waiting to pump gas. So being nice, I pumped quick and moved to a spot out of the way so they could pump. The spot I moved to was near their sign which was being changed by an EXTREMELY unpleasant looking and sounding man in an Arco shirt who proceeded to yell at me that I could not park there. I opened my window to explain to the man that I was not parking, but had stopped for a second to fix my money. He yelled at me that he could not hear me and didn't want to but "JUST MOVE YOUR CAR!" I got out and explained that he did not have to yell and that I did not intend to stay more than 2 minutes. He continued to yell at me. By the way, I did look around and there was no indication that I could not park there (curb was not red, no sign, and I was nowhere near him). So I got back in my car, shut my window, moved to a pump, parked and decided to write my review while sitting here at his pump - which was a very pleasant experience btw because there was no more yelling involved. I have been here a good 10 minutes now, and you would have thought he would be more upset at the loss of sales at this pump but I did not hear a single peep. Go figure... Needless to say, I was not a fan of Arco before, and definitely will NEVER spend another penny at this one...

One of the best matcha and hojicha I've had so far! Perfectly creamy, with a good balance of sweet…read more We waited around 20 minutes to order, there was quite a long line. Parking was easy to find, they have a lot and there are several surrounding free parking lots. The cafe inside was clean and well designed with several tables - by the time we got out drinks, a table had cleared up and we sat down. We ordered the matcha einspanner and the hojicha einspanner. The matcha was high quality, very rich and strong. The cream added a nice sweetness, but it wasn't overall sweet or bitter either. I love hojicha and always recommend it as an alternative to matcha or coffee at cafes. The hojicha here was chocolatey and smooth, absolutely amazing! Very well balanced and well made drinks - and they are absolutely photogenic as well ;) Highly recommend!

Parking: This coffee shop is right off Reseda next to CSUN so it's a busy street with lots of cars…read moreand people walking. They have a small and limited parking lot behind the coffee shop as well as some street parking open on Reseda and Dearborn. There's a Trader Joe's and Chili's across the street with more parking as well and I have parked behind Dave's Hot Chicken and the Habit and there is always space there. Ambiance: This coffee shop is quaint and feels a little cramped when you finally get inside and through the line. There is a counter top with some chairs as well as one couch and desk where one can study although, I personally never would. It's clean and bright with a minimalistic vibe inside. With it being cramped, you basically just get in, order, and get out. It's rare to find seating inside and it can feel overwhelming just sitting there trying to enjoy your drink with so many people around. Drinks: We've been there multiple times and you can always expect the same- mid, slightly overpriced, oh- getting some post purchase clarity. But it's the type of slightly regretful decision we continue to make every time. We've gotten the matcha einspanner on several occasions, vanilla iced latte, caramel latte, and the most disgusting Americano known to man. Whether you get the dark or light roast Americano, you will not run away from the burnt and bitter flavor. Service: The line moves quickly, they take your order and get you in and out without a long wait. They also offer stamp cards, buy 10 get the 11th free. What a steal! Gimme 10 more! Overall: All this to say, it's oddly grown to be a valley staple, and represents some bordering LA values- overpriced, overhyped, but for some reason addicting in the fact you always seem to go back. I would say 3.5 but it doesn't allow it, so I'm feeling generous today.
