Every day the employee who works there Blocks the door and starts mopping the floor and has customers outside waiting. 7-11 at this location is 23 hours. This employee does this deliberately every day, not wanting to help customers. It states in the 7-11 policy that the store may be cleaned between the hours of 12 midnight and 5 AM. This review is for the employee working at the Northridge 7/11 off of Plummer Street on 1/30/25 @ 6:15pm PST. She purposely gave me the wrong change as she thought I wouldn't notice. I asked her kindly to provide me the correct change and she smiled and then opened the register. Then, she proceeded to give me the remaining balance she owed me. Mind you- she handed me the exact remaining balance without even asking me how much or what I meant. She knew exactly what she was doing. She also proceeded to smile as she gave me the rest of my money. I personally, wouldn't give that much care but she tried to play someone not having the best day. Told her to not do that, as she might catch someone who wouldn't be as polite. It's more about the character than the cash tbh. I stopped by this 7 Eleven location after my doctor appointment down the street. I needed to get a coke and chocolate to consume after my blood test. The parking here is kind of small compared to other 7 eleven location. The soda are on the left side when you walk into the store and the snacks are on the right side. There wasn't that much customer insider the store when I went. I been to this 7 eleven location before when I was a CSUN student but haven't in a long time. The lady working the cashier was friendly and I was able to be in/out within 3 minutes. I wore my mask inside and mostly everyone inside wore theirs as well. read more

I thought all 7-11 store never locks or closed .But this one had there doors locked! I went to this 7-11 store on Plummer and Reseda at 5:00 am to get some Coffee and there's doors were locked. An employee was inside but totally ignored me so I thought maybe they were having issues. And went to another 7-11. This was a couple days ago. This morning I went for coffee again at 5:30 am and the doors were lock again. This time I saw the worker sweeping the floor and didn't even look up when I knocked on the window. So this was probably a regular routine. Too lock the door while cleaning . I've never encountered a 7-11store close their doors even while they were cleaning. 11:15pm 07/06/2021: I went in to ask for a pizza but employee A was off the clock so was unable to attend me ( Understandable) . He told me to please wait for other associate to come in. Employee A had wonderful customer service a young guy and I thank him for his service. Employee B comes in and I ask for a pizza but I asked him if he can please check if they have any because some places usually run out. He told me "yes but pay for it." I asked him nicely to please check again and employee B was forcefully insisting me to pay for it and that if they didn't have it, he will return it. It sounded very scam like or something with a catch you know. The worse part there was NO LINE!! At the end of this I was extremely unsatisfied with his service I ended up leaving not getting anything. I won't be returning and I will be spreading the word of how unprofessional this individual was. And I know for a fact no one from corporate of 7-11 will read this nor it's owners. It's sad that they won't take ownership on mistakes like this. I really hope they teach this employee how to treat future customers. I have to pass this 711 twice everyday and there is always happy people coming out of it. Very convenient Citi ATM in the store, that charges Citi members no charge. And they always have several coffee pots, with all sorts of sweets, like syrup, sugar, creamers, and marsh mellows for their different coffee blends. A 32 oz coffee runs you about $1.65. My favorite thing about this location is that it has a redbox, so I can conveniently rent and return movies. read more

This is my favorite 711 hands down I don't know where they find a guys to work here but then they will manage to have 10 people in the store and talk to everyone of them as if they're the only customer. it's the highlight of my Day to stop by there after work. so quite honestly, when I come to this location, it's only for the Red Box right outside. Everyone that lives in Cali has experienced 7-Eleven. I have many good childhood memories. If you haven't been to one, 7-Eleven is really known for snacks but most of all, it's about the BIG GULPS & SLURPEES! Over the years, as I got older, I discovered the coffee. They actually have very good coffee. I do know that this location does make a fresh pot every time. They also offer flavored creamers which is a plus. My local 7-Eleven. I mostly just stop in here for water from time to time, or to use the Red Box outside. Being the massive chain that 7-Eleven is, I would guess that most expectations are just simple convenience, which this 7-Eleven supplies like any other, no frills. The customer service is terrible. The cashier's will have you waiting in line forever. Every time I go here the line gets super long because the clerk has no sense of urgency, sometimes she would be off mopping the floor or stacking shelves while there are like 7 people in line waiting. The last and final straw I had in an experience here was being in line 15 minutes trying to get my lunch, I saw two employees in the back talking almost as if they were ignoring the line of people at the counter there were 12 of us in line by the time anyone came to help us, the lady who normally worked there was talking to someone like a friend in front of the door and wouldn't come help us. No one came to ring us up and I was almost late returning from my lunch break for this reason. Many times they will keep you waiting in line forever and then try to push you to buy other things. I work nearby this location and have been coming here for years on my breaks. The only reason I still go from time to time is because It's convenient, but I'm over it now, be ready to have your time wasted if you go here. I'd give this a 0 star but 1 is as low as it gets. I coke here every time for the last 8 months and I loved their employees, but until today 2/5/15. Since I live by here I know who works graveyard shift, and I would always talk to him every time I stopped by, he was cool, or as I thought. So me and my roommate decides to get iced coffee, and instead of the "Large" cup, we used the double big cup to get the coffee since it's not big enough and we had a test the next day. Thinking that he should charge us twice the amount, I mean after all, it is TWICE the size, he charged us 4 times the amount! We were almost paying for a large Starbucks! If we knew we were going to pay that much we would've stopped by Starbucks instead, but we decided to go to 7 eleven. We gave 7 dollars and obviously it wasn't enough, so he decided to just give us one, but we're not satisfied, he then yelled, "Give me money" and as soon as he said that I was just horrified.
