Thee WORST customer service EVER! First off, I only stopped at this raggedy gas station because I was almost out of gas and was unfamiliar with the area. Wack extra fee for using my ATM - but that was not the worst part. I paid, pumped, and happened to notice that there were 2 cars behind me waiting to pump gas. So being nice, I pumped quick and moved to a spot out of the way so they could pump. The spot I moved to was near their sign which was being changed by an EXTREMELY unpleasant looking and sounding man in an Arco shirt who proceeded to yell at me that I could not park there. I opened my window to explain to the man that I was not parking, but had stopped for a second to fix my money. He yelled at me that he could not hear me and didn't want to but "JUST MOVE YOUR CAR!" I got out and explained that he did not have to yell and that I did not intend to stay more than 2 minutes. He continued to yell at me. By the way, I did look around and there was no indication that I could not park there (curb was not red, no sign, and I was nowhere near him). So I got back in my car, shut my window, moved to a pump, parked and decided to write my review while sitting here at his pump - which was a very pleasant experience btw because there was no more yelling involved. I have been here a good 10 minutes now, and you would have thought he would be more upset at the loss of sales at this pump but I did not hear a single peep. Go figure... Needless to say, I was not a fan of Arco before, and definitely will NEVER spend another penny at this one... read more

Nothing really spectacular,just another gas station in the Valley in the heart of Northridge.They are probably the lowest prices of gas throughout the valley. There is a service charge for you to use your Debit card of $.35 cents. So you have to say to yourself.if the gas is 3.61 per gallon and don't forget to add the .35 cents to it.You do the math.If you use your debit card. Tip,pay cash to get the lowest price. Oh thank goodness you're here. I'm so glad that your pumps are in good working condition, that and the fact that your pump areas are nice and clean. I love that everything is in good repair and that the simplest supplies are stocked and available. I had just left a family function when I noticed my fuel light came on. I had NO clue that I had so little gas. Whew. I didn't think I was going to make it to the gas station. I was able to make it here and I'm so glad that I did. The worker was friendly and helped me out right away. I was able to pump gas without any issues and be on my way. I don't like the 35 cent charge on my card transaction but it's what I expect. It seems to be the case with almost all Arco AMPM's that I have been to. No matter. With the amount of money that I saved at the pump, I could afford the 35 cent fee. Thanks for being a wonderful convenient store and pump! Literally this spot was a life saver for me. I wouldn't have made it home otherwise. read more

The prices at this station are always as low as possible and I appreciate that. They used to charge a fee of 45 cents for use of credit card and dropped it to 35 when the economy crashed. A few times, I have bought items from their market and let me echo the other reviews about how overpriced they are. They will take you for every cent they can get. They price gas lower and make more revenue on coffee, cookies, cigs, and chew. Fun times. As long as their prices for gas are low, I will keep returning. Oh btw, don't use the bathroom there, it's pretty dirty. read more

They have a lot of pumps compared to other ARCOs in the area. Also, it is a very convenient and easy location to access. The AmPm is pretty big too and has an assortment of goodies inside. The staff working inside were okay nothing too spectacular or nothing bad. I would say that overall it is a good experience. read more

Didn't have enough cash for cash back, system wouldn't accept my card for no reason, gas pump 'hold' mechanism wouldn't work so had to hold the handle - which kept stopping every 30 seconds, and the pump didn't ask if we wanted a receipt (we did). Not a big deal but just a lot of inconveniences that you'd think would be pretty basic things for a gas station. read more

Thieves! I stop every other day and buy my smoke for $7.99. Today i stop there and the cashier ask me $9.99! Shocked i asked him is there was a rise on cigarettes and he said no, its the same price as always. He said no its 9.99 and i said to him, sir are you calling me a liar or to i look stupid. He said to me, take it or leave it! So i said to him, you are thieves and walked out of there! I am sure they dont care if i stop again but someone has to stop them of ripping of people. read more

Honestly, it's cheap and convenient that's about the only thing it has going for it. They have a prime location for making money so why would they care if they have good service. It's smell awful in side like something has died, they seem to always have gas tank issues and then close them down too. They also don't offer pay at the pump and it just says go inside of this tiny little gas station and stand with 50 other people at 6pm. It's a nightmare to get in and out. Also, the customer service is horrendous. I would say don't go here, but it's literally the only gas station between work and the 118. Shame. read more

Don't go to Arco unless u wanna risk getting ripped off. Either Arco or some type of hackers wait til you leave and steal ur info and fill up with your card info. I just went after avoiding this place for months, because before the male employees had been very aggressive and pushy flirting, I avoided it for a while. I went in thinking maybe it would be fine this time, and the male employee working late Thursday refused to let me check out unless I gave him my information. I kept telling him I wasn't interested and he literally refused to check me out until I gave a phone number. Another person came in and he rang them up before me still, insisting he helps that customer first (to get me alone again I'm sure) then when the other customer walked out, he proceeded to ask me for my home address and apartment number, I was so insanely uncomfortable I kind of froze in the moment, I didn't give him that information of course but I felt as if I was one step away from being sexually assaulted. I will absolutely never go back into this place again and I hope that man is fired! He is a sexual predator and I was literally in fear and frozen unsure of what to do. There has been a formal complaint filed and I'm not sure what will happen, but please avoid this place at all costs, especially if you're a woman at night when it's empty. Okay, so let's face it, we all usually need gasoline, so why not make that experience even less of a hassle. Yes they have a 35 cent fee charge. It's better than other gasoline stations that charge a whole 10 cents more per gallon for using a credit card. I like this gas station in particular. It's not too crowded and it's relatively easy to drive out of this station. The people who work in the AMPM are very nice. They always remember me and ask how my day is going. read more

They have a lot of pumps... very good. But when I paid for my gas to the cashier, there were so many obstacles. Once, I paid for my gas, the pump wouldn't work even after I pressed the Regular 87 button. The most annoying part was that there were 4 employees that couldn't help me well, that they kept passing me to the other employee. I just had enough, I got my money back and went to the Arco at the corner of Wilbur and Nordoff, which had less pumps and only one employee. Never getting my gas there again. read more
