This employee does this deliberately every day, not wanting to help customers. It states in the 7-11 policy that the store may be cleaned between the hours of 12 midnight and 5 AM. Not 6-7am.

So we went to pump 7 and I didn't want to take the risk of a card skimmer so I paid with the cashier. You can pay outside so that's what I did. If you have the option to go to another gas station then I would recommend that but if you need gas asap then this place is an option since it's near CSUN as well.

We come here for sports drinks before going out to the soccer games, it gets the job done... I filed a complaint with the health department about this store. When I went back in, instead of apologizing for the state of their store, they were upset they had to clean it up and the manager, Onesimo, asked me not to come back. Outside of the discrimination and retaliation complaint I will now be filing, it just goes to show you where the priorities are here. They asked me why I didn't voice concerns and I told them I did repeatedly, tried calling the store, tried calling corporate and even said it was ok for the owner to call me. They never did, so I filed my complaint. After speaking with the health department inspector, I was told that their fridge unit was not working properly and that all their milk products were below temperature and had to be thrown out. They went back out and reinspected after they replaced their fridge unit. To top it all off, the owner called me and told me to go "f*** myself" DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE, SEND HIM OUT OF BUSINESS OR FORCE THE SALE

For how viciously classist the employees are here, I'm trying to figure out how they missed a homeless African American male carrying out CVS merchandise for free. This person never checked out at the register but had a CVS item in his hand upon exiting the door. I also found it circumspect that Michael left the register unattended for a few minutes before this person entered and stole merchandise. Michael exited first and the alarm went off. Generally staff does not carry unpaid merchandise out of the store. And Michael wasn't on a lunch nor 15 minute break. So I'm trying to figure why he would leave the register and then quickly return after the theft was allowed. I wasn't aware staff had legal precedent to give people they know free items from the business they work for. This was about a week and a half ago, of August 2026. Don't feel safe at a location that participates in petty theft nor callously allows it.
