My only real complaint about this location is that it is located in a very busy shopping center with narrow parking spots and people love to park horribly in them. Because of that, you're probably going to have to circle around a bit and/or park a bit away and walk to the location. This definitely is not a quick in and out location. Unless you are coming on an off time and you get lucky and find a spot right out front. The store is kept very clean. I really appreciate it. But it is also small so there is limited space to sit and enjoy your drink/food (or work if you were planning on working there). I will also point out that the last few times I have been, the bathroom has been out of service. Hopefully this is a temporary thing but I am just pointing that out not to prepare yourself. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They do a great job of giving you wonderful service and get your drink out quickly. I really appreciate that. read more

I stopped by this Starbucks today to get my wife her iced chai latte since I was next door picking up my lunch. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is located in. They were not busy so I was able to put in my order right when I walked inside and they made my drink. I got my wife the Venti iced chai latte and asked for light ice which they did. Starbucks is over saturated now and because of it, this location is not as busy as it use to be. There are so many better coffees out there and yet I keep coming back to Starbucks and look forward to their seasonal drinks. Starbucks has kept up a good image for their brand and has done a great job of how they market their products. Barista's are always so friendly at any Starbucks you visit. This is my go-to Starbucks based on proximity. There is plenty of parking and next door to Jamba Juice, Western Bagel, Coldstones and a pizza joint. This make this location attractive for the variety. The inside of this Starbucks is relatively small. Can probably sit up to 10 people inside with smaller tables. Outside there is plenty of seating as they share a common seating area with other businesses. The service is courteous and customer first. The baristas never miss with my drinks, they're consistently always crafted as requested. read more

Workers here are rude and unprofessional if you don't like your job and don't want to make coffee and work in hospitality than quit.

I normally have a simple sweet interaction here as I usually place a mobile order. The workers usually still great or say have a nice day with a smile as I pick up my order! This morning 1/28 there was a girl a bit on the heavier taller side, I simply asked her if they had the pistachio cold foam at this location because on the app it shows unavailable, and I received so much attitude her saying "shouldn't be maybe you should check again" in such a way that it came off as " not my problem" and then I went on to let her know that I did check it, and it says unavailable And she was still giving me attitude, saying she would check it in the most unhappy voice. No one wants to start off their morning this way with someone givingthem such attitude for simply asking a question about the business. read more

Worst service I've ever had. The cashier appeared to be angry at me for no reason. I simply asked for the name of the tea that people order when they have a cold and she gave me the worst attitude and gave me a dirty look. It was horrible. Ordered 5 items here today. I was surprised one of the workers said that's how it comes when you ask for no ice with any drinks. I have been ordering a iced caramel macchiato with no ice in all Starbucks and get the drink filled all the way to the top. When I ordered a different drink I get less than half if I ordered no ice?! So I'm guessing if you guys are just standing around not doing anything while your customers is waiting, you should be paid half? Seriously the best Starbucks around town! I come to this location literally 5 to 6 times a week and sometimes twice a day. All the employees are always super friendly. I order my same drink everyday and its always on point! One thing I love about this Starbucks is that it is consistent with the drinks. I've been to other locations and it's like a hit or miss with the drinks I don't get it. Anyways this is the best one around if you ask me never been disappointed. I usually come here regularly, usually most of the staff is friendly and very helpful and I love coming here. The drinks are always delicious, however, today when I ordered, even though I wanted my food item warmed, it even said it on the bag, it was just pure cold and unpleasant to eat, but I was gone and already took two bites, that I decided to not go back in and ask for it to be warmed..so I stopped two bites in just so I can microwave it at home... COVID 19 Review: I was in the area picking up something at Northridge malla when o had a sudden craving.my sister reminded me of this Starbucks location. It's on the side next to Western bagel, Jamba juice and freshii's. There was parking right in front and curbside pickup was easy. I ordered ahead and picked up vía Mobile order. There were a few customers before me that ordered with the staff member for takeout. It takes longer but whatever works right? The order went through smoothly without issues. Staff are rude, unfriendly and not personable. A few of them don't respond if you say "good morning". They often are out of items or their machine is broken. They also put tons and tons of ice in their drinks. You are pretty much paying $4.25 for less than half a cup of coffee. read more

Service is not good consistently, they always make drinks wrong no matter how simple they are. In addition, it's very strange that you order for drinks, and the girlwould rather take up all the room on all the rows, then just pack it in a holder for you I strongly suggest using another Starbucks, I'm an every day customer and I can honestly say this is probably one of the worst customer service based and drink consistency a Starbucks that I have to go to at times. In addition, they refused to put the stoppers anywhere we're a customer can get them and then when they're too busy and you have to stay in there and wait for five minutes and grab when they tell you not to take it. Pretty standard Starbucks in terms of food and drinks but the staff is exceptionally friendly and always smiling! This is a place where you can sit for a while and work (with their free wifi!), though there isn't that much indoor seating and the chairs aren't relatively stiff. It can also get crowded. read more

I had a great customer experience here with Moira. I stopped by for a cold brew but they were out. I've never been a fan of the regular iced coffee. I told her about my relationship the iced coffee and my past experience with the Americano....how it was very bitter when I tried it. Moira offered to personally make my drink for free. She went above and beyond my expectations. I was actually going to walk over to the bakery and get my coffee there instead. I've always been an iced drink kind of guy. I've been to this location a few times. I love Starbucks and even after mess ups I'm still in love, but I'm done with this location. Second time I have ordered the same drink and it's made incorrectly. I ordered a iced Carmel macchiato upside down. It tasted like sweet milk. The first time the barista apologized nicely and instead of making a new one I just offered to put an extra shot in and it tasted somewhat better. This time AGAIN it was like sweet milk. I ordered 2 and 1 was ok the other was the sweet milk. I told the barista and she was pretty rude at first even my boyfriend agreed. She made a new one and it tasted better. Like actual espresso. She said "oh well when I made your drinks I used both machines and maybe 1 is pulling more espresso and the other isn't" umm?? Ok I guess that could make sense, but that means this problem happens often. I'm not going to be coming back to this one anymore. read more

Starbucks!!! Who doesn't love coffee. I know this may sound too much but what I always order is a Venti Caramel Frap with 4 pumps of mocha blended into it. With whip cream top and bottom with extra Caramel Sauce around the cup. Whheeww!! And that's exactly how I say it. With that being said.. They always get my order right! I always leave a happy customer. And even if you don't like how you drinks were made.. The plus side about Starbucks is.. Just let them know what's wrong with your drink and they will always fix it. :) The lines can ofcourse get a little long. C'mon people understand that your not the only one wanting a coffee fix. I never write reviews on chain fast food restaurants because the best service isn't usually expected, but I had a especially bad experience today at this Starbucks. I placed an order of an iced and a hot latte, bacon egg bites and bagel bites and had my boyfriend drive over to pick up. He waited in that store for at least 20 minutes before getting the full order. The egg bites that I ordered were out apparently so they gave another kind, which I understand. When I opened them one of the bites was 1/2 the size as if half the bite had stayed in the plastic when they were taking it out before it was baked. Both lattes were super pale and tasted only like tinted milk; they obviously did not have the correct number of espresso shots in them. I don't know if there is a bunch of new people making the food and drinks but as a former Starbucks employee, I know these are the serious basics. Will not be returning to this location read more
