I immediately informed the girl at the counter about the mistake, as my family was having dinner next door. However, she insisted that the drink was correct. When I explained that it tasted like salt cream coffee, she turned around and told her male co-worker, who then remade the drink for me. The three-star rating is solely because of the male co-worker's effort to correct the issue. Unfortunately, the female employee's attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

No greeting, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. The cashier just stood there doing absolutely nothing until I finally had to use the self-checkout. The SECOND another customer walked in, the cashier suddenly remembered how to do their job. Interesting. After that, they rushed my order like they were overwhelmed, even though the shop was literally empty and I was the only person there. To top it off, I ordered bread with banana slices and peanut butter and it was so rock-hard my teeth could've fallen out. Between the terrible service and the inedible food, I was genuinely in disbelief at how bad this experience was. Completely unprofessional. Never again.
