My Acai was delicious and cold, but all of the ingredients on top were not! I would think the fruit should be cold too? When I had a bowl from another location recently, the fruit was so crisp and cold so I was disappointed today. I picked the bowl up pretty quickly after I ordered it online so it wasn't like it was sitting out for very long. I also got a spinach empanada today and it looked a little under baked. Very cheesy on the inside and delicious nonetheless!

It was very soothing, refreshing, creamy and tasty. I will save my appetite next time when I go back for some Empanadas. Now I know what the hype is all about. They also have dairy free & vegan options. Metered and residential parking in the front and on the side streets! They also have a gender neutral bathroom. One of the staff members, who had an accent, came across as unfriendly and was stingy with the toppings, which made that part of my visit less enjoyable. Overall, I appreciated the warm welcome, but I hope future visits have a more consistent experience with all staff members. 2 stars for consideration.
