My new go to smoothie shop in the valley :) we came by for a late noon pick me up and were blown away with the best smoothies ever ! Tata was so kind helpful and accommodating. We got the apple pie and peach cobbler smoothies. U just have to try for urself, trust me u will NOT be disappointed! Very cutely decorated inside w a wall of pet Polaroids. This is my no 1 local smoothie shop and my son demands it almost daily! I can't say enough about the high quality ingredients in their bowls and smoothies and I know he's always getting the nutrients not some trashy snack hah! The owner Tata is so warm and welcoming and even keeps pics of all the local pets on the wall! Decided to check out Fruttomania because I was craving a smoothie and saw their great reviews! Had to check it out for myself. Yes! Nothing super fancy in here - but what matters is, quality and affordable smoothies! Both found here! Woohoo! Decided to go with the Pitaya and it was delicious! There wasn't a line so it all moved pretty quickly, and it was not pretentious feeling in there either! Sometimes that happens... It was clean inside, cute photos of all their pup visitors on the wall, and they had some locally made snacks and other drinks available too for purchase. You may miss it cause it's just a small storefront on Ventura, but it's just enough that you will be glad you stumbled upon it! I highly recommend this smoothies shop. Nice quality little spot. The service was very friendly and the menu had lots of options. I struggle with Acai bowls since I don't want hidden additives in the Açai part like sorbet which is very common and really just means concentrated fruit juice. So I loved the this place is natural as it gets. I liked the ambiance and feel of the place very simple and fresh, matches the menu nicely!! I do wish the quantity of toppings in the bowl was larger. My wife and I come to FruttoMania several times a week, and it has become one of our favorite local spots. The smoothies are outstanding--fresh, perfectly blended, and full of real flavor. I'm so glad I tried this place and a little bit sad that now I'm gaga for this stuff every day. Excellent old world style customer service. Nice seating area outside while you wait for your smoothie or just chill and enjoy your smoothie. You can call ahead and they are honest about how long it will take them to prepare the smoothie. Some mornings are super busy which means they're a great business But call ahead if you're expecting a five minute turnaround sometimes it can be 15 to 20 minutes, which is just fine with me for the product. Or if you just wanna sit outside and scroll and order on site that works too! So far, I've tried to very strong about four times ;) and I'm gonna try the chocolate matcha I'm probably not saying the right name but I'm gonna try that one today! read more

Charming little juice and smoothie bar with incredible customer service!!!! I was looking for a new place that serves protein shakes, smoothies and açaí bowls in my area and Yelp lead me to Fruttomania on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks! What an absolute delight! I tried the Super greens smoothie first and loved it so much, I came back the next day and got 2 different açaí bowls to try; Tropical and chocolate protein! Both were yummie but the chocolate Protein bowl was my favorite. Not only are the items delicious but the owner herself and employees are so so very kind and friendly! They also have non dairy and gluten free granola for toppings! If that wasn't enough they are dog friendly and have Polaroids of all their customers fur companions on the wall inside! This place is amazing, the owner is awesome. Just moved into the area and this is absolutely a labor of love establishment. All the grab and go options are made fresh daily with great ingredients. I've had the gainz protein shake, the pitaya, and the blue sky so far and all of them have been amazing. Definitely come here if you're looking for either a great berry or protein style smoothie! There's also bowl options and juices/juice shots PS: bring your dog(s)! She loves to take a picture of them and put them on her wall inside her shop. read more

This is probably the best healthy cafe food I have EVER had, wow!!! I had the tropical bowl and one of their prepped meals (couscous, zucchini, pepper, tomato, garlic, parsley, lemon dressing) and both were out of this world. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and helped me choose an order. The couscous dish was extremely flavorful, perfectly cooked veggies and fresh greens. You can tell everything is 100% homemade. I had a moment of silence after finishing this to really let it sink in lol. The bowl was way bigger than what I'm used to, a pleasant surprise. This is by far my favorite smoothie shop in all of LA. The pina kale-ada green smoothie is the best smoothie I've EVER had. Their smoothies and bowls always taste so fresh and great quailty. The owner is also one of the sweetest humans I've ever met and is always so friendly and welcoming. Another plus- she is a huge dog lover and always gets so excited when I bring my dog in. For a $15 bowl I expected more fruit and more toppings. It felt more like a smoothie than a bowl. And if you are going to charge $1.50 for almond or peanut butter topping, at least give more than a small drizzle. I'd rather pay $20 for a full hearty bowl than feel like I'm being nickel and dimed. read more

If you are adventurous i strongly recommend Tatta's soon to be famous cold Green Soup...its both light and creamy and may be topped with Tatta's home made croutons. I work up the street and have been walking by here everyday for about a year. I finally made it a point to check it out and I am sooooo bummed I didn't come in sooner. The quality of their ingredients is obviously so much better. They offer a banana bread and it's good! I got a Tuna sandwich that I'm excited to eat later. They're also very friendly. Vegan wrap with couscous, very tiny bell peppers, shredded carrots and other stuff. Wrapped tightly in a soft, easy to bite kale wrap. So delicious. Tastes like heaven. Confession: I've come in just for this 4 times in the past 8 days. Og shot had everything I needed to calm my inflammation. My asthma was making my chest tight so I decided to order an OG shot consisting of: Oregano oil, ginger, lemon, and I believe cayenne? I down it. It's spicy but it relieved me of my tightness and was able to walk without feeling like I was about to faint. Yay to pure, natural ingredients. I just discovered this place, so I've only been able to try their Gazpacho (I like mine cold, so I let it sit in fridge for a few hours), Hummus, and Homemade Pita Chips, and they were all fantastic. I can't wait to try their other food. I've been back now a few times and I can add the Gainz Protein Smoothie, and the new chilled Green Soup, which I now buy along with their amazing Gazpacho, and amazing Hummus, to bring home with me. Service is lovely. However, I must confess that my driving motivation for going to FruttoMania is their amazing Gazpacho Soup (chilled, of course). It's not on their regular menu, but it's sometimes on the blackboard inside. Although, she will always make the soup when I order. It's so delicious & refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. Oh! Their smoothies are better than Erewhon. I practically live at Erewhon so just know I'm speaking the truth. Love their ingredients, love their quick bites on the go. More Life It was founded by two business partners. One had Son cancer life-threatening. Everything they have is the best! All clean products and they make their own almond milk! They donate money to organizations in need, especially like the cancer society. This is my favorite juice bar I recommend to try them out! It truly is awesome!

My Acai was delicious and cold, but all of the ingredients on top were not! I would think the fruit should be cold too? When I had a bowl from another location recently, the fruit was so crisp and cold so I was disappointed today. I picked the bowl up pretty quickly after I ordered it online so it wasn't like it was sitting out for very long. I also got a spinach empanada today and it looked a little under baked. Very cheesy on the inside and delicious nonetheless!
