Had a lovely experience getting a smoothie here! I got the Sunny Malibu Smoothie and it was delicious and so refreshing on a hot day! It was both decadent and healthy and the ingredients used were very premium and high quality. I love how it's not too sweet. The service was very friendly and they did a great job of making the smoothie quickly yet still blended it thoroughly so there weren't any chunks. The inside is bright and cheery and they have some seating outside on Ventura Blvd. Parking is super easy in the surrounding neighborhoods or at a meter out front.

I've made several trips to this location as a post-workout pick-me-up. I like the Muscle Builder (blueberries, banana, almond milk, almond butter, and plant-based protein) and the Flax Power (Amazonian açaí, flax powder, coconut water, banana, maca, cinnamon, and plant-based protein) smoothies the most. The Wake Me Up with dates and coffee is also pretty good. The drinks are excellent, but the service can be real hit or miss. There's been improvement since it seems they've added more folks to their team, but a couple of times I've gone in, there's no acknowledgment of customers at the till. I get it if you're busy and making drinks and working the till, but you have to at least acknowledge folks who walk in and say hello, and that you'll be them in a moment or something. I'm glad they've added more folks to the team, because it can be a lot to man a till and also handle the drinks on your own. The interior is nice, and clean, and there's some seating outside, but doesn't seem like a place people come to hangout at - just order, grab, and go! Tip: there's free parking in the rear, via an alley!

Original Acai - Classic Bowl

I can't tell enough how much I live their classic acai bowl. I've tried it in multiple places, but it the taste is just not the same! I only wish they get some seating area, so I don't have to think where to eat it. Other than that, I really love their place

I will definitely take more photos as to I come here at least once a week, if possible twice a week. Get the silver cup ! That's the best one because it has dates and I love dates. I just tried the muscle builder and it was so yummy. I love their protein shakes, they don't feel heavy and don't taste chalky. Of course their açaí bowls are so yummy and extremely generous serving with many options. They also sell these cauliflower puff chips are so yummy, my son loves them! Last but not least, yes there are juice places everywhere but hands down the best service. Everyone is so nice, always greet you and big smiles! The biggest reason I enjoy this place is because I receive excellent customer service! I'll take more pics

i love this place!! i work next door so it's rlly convient and delicious. i always get summerland and you can taste all the flavors so perfectly. the almond milk, and acai, the cinnamon, chefs kiss. everything is so fresh and good and the staff is so kind.

Agreed!

After a busy day at work, I was craving a treat that reminded me of summer vacation, so I stopped by searching for an acai bowl! The base contained Amazonian acai, vanilla protein, and banana while the toppings included almonds, strawberries, bananas, almond butter, and walnuts. I wanted to enjoy it at home while watching an entertaining show in a relaxed manner and that is exactly what I did.

Dude, let me tell you about Juice Crafters... A modern well lit smoothie/acai health bar with a layout that semi mirrors Happy Days Cafe next door... with white tile walls and rustic post modern styles throughout... Aesthetically it's like all those Pinterest boards where everything feels hand made or repurposed.... You know the ones... With the lights in an old jug... Definitely that vibe... and the vibe is warm and inviting much like the customer service. Everyone behind the bar greeted me with a hello upon entering... I've walked by a dozen times a dozen times and always had it on my stop here list... I frequent Ocado, Happy Days and even Urban Outfitters monthly all on the same block... All great and only mere feet away from the amazing JC... I went bold with a Dragon Fruit Reboot... this pink perfection had me in a good mood all day (and frankly most of the week). Vegan menus for the win! Take that 2020! There is patron parking outside aka seating in the form of three benches as well as street parking throughout the area... get it while it's hot and your Juice Crafters while is fresh fragrant and cool. I've had the pleasure of sampling a few things here and there over the years from friends such as the Green Guru, Cleaner #10 and bottled juices and kept telling myself to go in person to try this place... I'm only 3 miles up the way... I'm glad I finally did and highly recommend. They have a rewards program and I'm falling hard into this treasure trap for deals deals deals! This is a true plant based paradise for any and all! Great health practices and procedures! Rarely too busy! AMAZING!

Great morning shake to start your day. Visited there this morning and really great smoothie I had! Try out the crunchy monkey. Place was very clean and welcoming. Service was fast and great. Definitely great place to start your day. Will he back

Cracked straw. Unusable. See how the crack goes the whole way up? They're all always like that.

I order from here. A lot. I know what I'm in for and why my smoothie is $11 and I am ok with it. Smoothie is always delicious and pretty consistent taste- wise. Why 3 stars? Their straws are always broken. Every time. I appreciate the effort for biodegradable straws. But it's useless if I can't drink with them. It's happened 8 times in a row. I have to pick up my drink and take it home and use my own straw. Please fix this Juice Crafters and I will happily update my review to 5 stars!

Dragon Fruit Bowl
Stephanie G.

First time here and I loved it! I tried the Dragon Fruit Bowl and bought the Tropix smoothie for my mom, and they were both delicious. The bowl was a bit pricey compared to other places but it was much fuller! The smoothie consistency was kind of watery but it tasted great. I will return to Juice Crafters for more.

Each time I've come the waitstaff has been super friendly, and the food amazing. So, when planning a little birthday lunch for my mom's 81st birthday, this was one of the first places I thought of. My mom lives in south LA and we live in the valley, so after picking her up, we wouldn't have to travel far to eat. Although we planned to arrive to the restaurant at 2, traffic was horrible and we arrived at 230pm. After looking for parking, I dropped the fam off at 2:40 so they could sit and look at the menu while I found parking. I get a text from my husband saying they closed at 3 so hurry. This was news to me, as I thought they closed at 5. I found parking and rushed in at 2:48, to see my family outside the restaurant. Perplexed, I went in to ask if we could still eat, as it wasn't yet 3pm. No wait staff came to the front to greet me, so I walked in a bit and asked the waiter if it was okay to eat. The waiter said we close in ten. I said I thought the website said you closed at 5. I must have read it wrong. I understand, but it's not 3 and we came a bit of a distance and it's my mom's 81st birthday. The waiter, whose name is Jack, offered to ask the kitchen if they would still make food. I said yes please would you ask? While Jack was asking, another waiter asked me if I had been helped. I told him yes, that Jack was asking the kitchen if we could still have lunch. This waiter says, we're closing in 10. I'd like to have lunch too. And walks away. Yes, with shade. Jack returns and says it's fine as long as we can order within a few minutes of getting the menu. I say great and we all come in. The 2nd waiter takes our order with the least amount of personality he possibly can, and the whole lunch is slightly awkward and we're not able to truly enjoy ourselves with the feeling of "we better hurry up and eat" lingering. By the time we ordered and received our food (which was delicious as usual) , there were still 4 other groups of customers there, and we actually left the restaurant within a minute or two after the last customers before us. Also, no one came around to ask how our food was and if we needed anything. I'm giving 3 stars because this experience didn't quite sit right with me. Yes, it was near closing, but your doors weren't closed and there was no sign saying last call/order at 2:45 or anything like that. I feel like once the kitchen approved making our lunch, customer service should have been at its peak for paying customers, who gave no attitude and tried to be as polite with the ask as possible. It was not. I still tipped 25%, because Jack (waiter 1) was polite and my 81 old mama who I was celebrating raised me that way, but I'm not sure I'll patronize them again.

The chicken stays crispy for a long time and reheats nicely as leftovers. Everything we've ordered is really good and crave-worthy. We got the lucky catsu, curry catsu, crispy shrimp, spam masubi, catsu masubi, orange chicken, crispy chicken. Top two favorites are lucky and curry catsu. Small things I'd personally wish to change is that the onion is too strong in the macaroni salad. Wish it wasn't in there period. And the rice is a little on the dryer side and it sticks to the container- so when you scrape up the last bits of rice, you could be eating the paper from the container. I like that they use compostable containers though!! But yeah the rice is on the harder side especially as leftovers. But whatever, their main items are bomb and makes me not care about anything else. Service is quick! Note: it is not a sit down restaurant. You order (ahead) and park on the street and call them to let them know you're outside. They'll bring the food out. Reception isn't great outside fyi. I've been here 3 times and never last long enough to get a photo before digging in. There are two other vegan restaurants right next to it, same concept - order and pick up. Asian fire wings was pleasantly tasty; glad it didn't set my mouth on fire. Chow mein was okay.
