This review is for all those unaware and innocent people walking in the mall who want to give this place a try. Please Beware. This business is really pushy, all they want is sell their products and take one pay check of yours every time you go there. Don't get into it. It's a waste. I was being treated with anti aging ingredient for acne concern. There was not a single acne dealing ingredient in the products I was given. Every time I was there for the facial treatment they were asking for money. I spent hundreds of dollars starting from 1 product. I had an year plan that I had to stop in middle because of money being demanded every time I go there. They signed paperwork for 8 refills which they did not give as promised , I did not ask for refund but my refills only. They can be sued for personal injury for this. You can't run a business with just being nice and smiling you need to know what you are doing thats what brings customers to you. All the negative reviews are true. Oh gosh ! I read them so late though. This place is not even honest about what they say. Please don't waste your hard earned money here , prevent yourself from being disappointed. I would give them negative stars if I could!! I hate to admit it but I was suckered into their pitch after having had walked by (avoided) this place so many times. It started with me accepting the free facial that came with the product I purchased. Once they had me in there and started telling me everything they would do for my face, etc, and I purchased the annual facial package. What a huge mistake! My first appointment, and each one thereafter, was late or pushed back. They were never on time! On my 4th appointment they showed me a new type of "freezing" machine or something and originally led me to believe that it was part of the treatment only to find out that it was "additional" and by a HUGE amount. It was totally ridiculous what they wanted me to pay. When I said no they just kept on going. When I started getting upset they finally stopped pushing and of course the facial was suddenly over very quickly. On my next appointment it was the same thing. They were trying to sell me on an another product and did again led me to believe initially it was part of the service only to find out that this was "additional" also. Again I said no and again he kept going. The price dropped like 3 times along with what they were willing to offer me along with it. He then must have seen I was getting upset and asked me "how are you feeling"? Well I was brutally honest and told him that I just wanted to enjoy my facial and hated that each time I'm constantly being sold a product that I don't want and that I wasn't happy at all with this. AGAIN he came back with another offer!!! Are you kidding me?? When it was over they didn't offer to make my next appointment as they always had in the past and I mentioned it he said sure let make it and I had finally had enough and thought this really is not worth it any longer. I said "don't bother" and proceeded to tell him exactly what I thought of their business and how they treat customers and that I wouldn't be coming back. I'll chalk this up to an expensive lesson learned an walk away as I really could not think about having to go back there again. The worst experience I've ever had!! I do have to say that Tony talked me into spending more than I had originally wanted but he was right. He was very knowledgeable about skin care. Total scam! My husband made the mistake of going in there on Christmas eve. He bought gifts for myself my mother-in-law and our daughter. The way they make a sale is a total scam, they didn't give him a total amount instead they took his credit card and made multiple purchases with it. Neither myself or my mother in law wanted any of the product. He went back to return it and they have a NO REFUND policy. $2500 later I'm stuck with a bunch of crap I don't want! Included in his purchase was a free facial, when I went into get it I could barely get out of there they were trying to sell me $3000 more of product! It felt like a used car parking lot, she kept repeating "this is the best deal I can give you a quote, I told her I didn't intend to buy anything. But she kept repeating herself over and over! II had bought The original receipts and I was so flustered trying to get out of there they kept my receipt and they refuse to give it back when I called them for it. read more

Mina is fantastic! She's passionate about skin care and very knowledgeable about all of the Orogold products, what they do and how to use them. I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my complexion in just a couple of months. I've tried many other products that are less expensive but worthless since they didn't do anything. Super pushy Sales people and pretty rude actually. Service is terrible. There is no refund policy. They try to tell you they're giving you a "special" price and if you leave they "don't know if I can give you this special price again when you come back." I didn't buy anything but my aunt did another time. I tried their products from her. Over time we both agree there's actually nothing in their Ingredients that help the skin. No results or improvement of any kind. If you're looking for better skin results, check out some korean or Asian skin care lines. We found this out after and have noticed an incredible difference. I was passing by yesterday and was handed a sample and it was open so I went back to get a new one when I was asked if I wanted try orogold....so I did sit for the spchiel and was a little doubtful. So after the introduction I bought a few things and asked about the refund policies. I'm comfortable enough to say I'm still doubtful about the product so we will wait and see in a few weeks. Customer service was good and was not pressured to buy anything. I was greeted polite and the product was explained. I asked about the refund policy and that was explained. So I'll check back in a few weeks to post a review on the product. The prices a bit high but they seem to last a year.....I hope that everything that was said is a realistic result. read more

Mom saw free samples, so we checked it out. First product I've ever seen with immediate results. They used the eye serum and cream on my 66 y/o mother and the crows feet didn't dissappear, but they weren't as deep as before. Products do come with a large price tag, but they last for a year... This is a wonderful store with amazing products! Shon encouraged me to go in to test a few products, and I was pleasantly surprised. I have been dealing with bad acne for a few years, and nothing was working. To make matters even worse, I was getting bad advice from salespeople who only wanted to sell me a product and make a quick buck. However, Shon didn't do this at all! Shon is a great, wonderful person who really cares about results. When he saw my face, he immediately told me problem areas, and told me how to correctly tackle the acne. I ended up buying the deep peel, vitamin cream, and cleanser. They have been working ever since, and I'm really happy with the results. My skin is glows days after each deep peeling treatment, and my acne has largely cleared! While I have only worked with Shon, everyone else who works at this store has been friendly to me, and did not try to force a sale down my throat. And if you don't feel like purchasing anything, at least let one of the sales people tell you why your skin isn't looking the way you want it to. Please stop harassing passersby with your non-English speaking representatives. Your employees need training in customer service. Sexist remarks in hopes for sales are unacceptable, especially in a mall setting -- for example, "Where have you been all my life?" is one I received just today AFTER responding "No thank you" to a sample. This has been going on for too long. I always have to avoid walking this direction every time I come to the mall. Dozens and dozens of times I have been harassed by Orogold employees. I would be more likely to enter this business and make a purchase if desperate salespeople had never been there in the first place. Stop offering your samples and your annoying comments. The people who work here are extremely rude. They chase you down and stalk you until you take their packet. I have heard a rumor that they hire people from other countries with the promise of a visa and do not actually pay their employees and the only reason they are so aggressive with people is because they only make money off of commissions. I have had one of two situations occur. Once, a man who worked here was at first trying to flirt with me and telling me how cute I was and then when I kept refusing to buy his stupid product (after he rubbed it all over my hand) he told me that I had very bad skin and acne and I needed it. He offered to mark down the price and I am very glad I didn't fall for it. The other situation is they give you dirty looks as you walk by if you don't look rich/hot to them. Like excuse me??? Don't insult me or give me dirty looks. Since I work at the mall, I'm always there and I avoid walking past... I took my child today for a nice walk at the mall and I was stop by one of the associates at Orogold. Normally I get the Anew from Avon or spurge and get Chanel. I started off with a nice looking guys and then a young lady took over. She was showing me some creams for my wrinkles ( what an insult I'm still young) and applied some on my face. It started off with feeling tight on my skin on which she said it was working and making my skin tight. She then added all these creams that I so called needed. I nicely said no thank you. She thought I couldn't afford them. Oh I can trust me I can afford all those creams but I choose not to buy them. I will stick with my Channel face creams. When I was heading home my face got super dry and did not like the feeling. For now I will skip these creams and continue using what I like. To all the ladies go to the Chanel counter and try their creams you will love them. read more

Ok so yes their sales tactics are a bit aggressive. Would I have gone into the store if they hadn't been so aggressive? I probably wouldn't have. However, I did get pulled in at a weak moment and wasn't too thrilled with some of their initial comments on my skin. With that said, I am glad that I stuck it out and am now using their products daily, nightly, and weekly and have really seen the difference in my skin. Yes the cost of their products is not cheap to say the least, but there are a lot of other skin products out there that are also not cheap. I'm glad this one is working on my skin personally. It was time I did something for myself, and at my age of 63 I was ready to delve into getting my skin in better condition. I have definitely seen a difference in my skin the past two months. It's a lot smoother, brighter and the wrinkles are diminishing around my eyes and my jowls and neck are looking a little better also. I know it's early in the game to expect miracles but I'm willing to continue with this regimen. I also met a very sweet, intelligent and caring person, Mina, who does the facials. She is fantastic and really knows all about the skin and the body! She has such a good heart and really cares about people. I feel so lucky to have met such a special lady who I am getting to know and making a new friend. She makes me feel good every time I go in and get a facial. MINA You Are Amazing! Thank You for your help! Nothing but compliments! Ever since I began using OROGOLD skin care products I have been told countless times how amazing my face and skin look. I started getting compliments immediately. The best compliments by far are when I'm required to show my driver's license/photo ID and they are shocked I look younger now then I did almost 10 year ago when the picture was taken (I look good in the photo, but even better now in person). These are high quality luxury products. Mina is my skin care specialist, and she does an amazing job. She is very knowable and attentive, and always answers my questions. I have all the products, every facial product has a specific purpose and I love the results. The gold mask is one of my favorites, I use it after using one of the other masks (Teramica, Collagen, Nano, etc.), Inside Tip: I put the gold mask in the refrigerator afterwards so I can use it a couple of times. I love how smooth the Nano makes my skin feel (inside tip: A little goes a long ways, I put a drop/dab with day or night moisturizer, and vitamin C booster, mix it and apply, it's amazing!). Monthly I have the Cleopatra facial, where they apply 24k gold leaf directly to my skin with the Nano serum so it will be absorbed, Wonderful! Pure luxury! Amazing experience! read more

Let me start off with, I do like the product however could do without the staff. I had bought some product from Ben he was very personable but felt forced to buy it. I was then scheduled for a facial a couple of weeks out. The day before my facial i didn't receive a confirmation call and i should have known better and not waste my time driving down from lancaster. But i went anyways, my app't was for 11:00am on a saturday and when i got there at 10:30 the store wasn't even open. I came back at 11 and was greeted with confusion and I have to call my manager and was told to come back in 15 mins. I came back 20 mins later and was told that Ben was sick and we needed to reschedule. I found all of this very unprofessional there were 3 people there who could have done the facial but they didn't really care. Needless to say i did not reschedule and will not ever go back.
