This Ulta is consistently terrible. A list of reasons why:…read more - There is zero customer service, most employees just don't seem to care at all & some are rude - The employees never know anything or how to do their job, including ringing people up or handling returns - The lines are always super long, yet there are always employees around the store doing nothing - The employees walking around are not very helpful & most don't even offer help in the first place - The store just doesn't seem well-kept, there's been a wooden panel on the entrance door for at least a year! It doesn't take that long to get a door fixed, janky!! - The perfume section is always a mess & there are so many testers missing smh Unfortunately, this is the closest Ulta to me so I deal with it if I need to buy something quickly or want to see the products in-pe. Otherwise, I always prefer buying online & getting it shipped.

I stated u get short of breath and cannot wear one. The problem is being shamed for my disability as she said that doesn't matter to her and that I have to wear a mask. 1. We know masks do not help at all unless n95 and up. 2. There were others in the store without masks on (under chin). 3. I showed my medical exemption disability card. Some businesses don't know this yet as it's newer but they are a "public accommodation" business. They BY LAW must have accommodations in place for disabilities same as if I was in a wheel chair. She embarrassed me in front of other patrons by reading my medical card outloud. I can't get mad at her for ignorance but I can get mad for her prejudice and judgment. I don't buy a lot there so it makes no difference, I am not going to make them lose money. But it's pretty frustrating being treated that way. Maybe I could have just held my breath as our the mayor of Los Angeles says since he doesn't wear a mask at all. Done with Sally's since they discriminate against medical disabilities. They have broken the law by not educating their employees on this. It's not like everyone can have a physician hand these out! I have not been forced to wear a mask at any business in Santa Clarita for months. Junk.

They always seem to have products I want right on launch day. So, I was able to get the brand new Westman Atelier foundation yesterday, when it premiered. How great is that! I have always had a short bob with color and hi-lights. Something went terribly wrong at the last salon I went to! Way too much bleach was put in my hair! It caused my hair to break off and the ends were burnt! I was in tears and afraid to leave the house! Since I was very social, this was a nightmare from Hell! Nina gave me hope when all hope was gone! I was so lucky to find her! Slowly but surely she got my hair back to its original state.
