This Ulta is consistently terrible. A list of reasons why:…read more - There is zero customer service, most employees just don't seem to care at all & some are rude - The employees never know anything or how to do their job, including ringing people up or handling returns - The lines are always super long, yet there are always employees around the store doing nothing - The employees walking around are not very helpful & most don't even offer help in the first place - The store just doesn't seem well-kept, there's been a wooden panel on the entrance door for at least a year! It doesn't take that long to get a door fixed, janky!! - The perfume section is always a mess & there are so many testers missing smh Unfortunately, this is the closest Ulta to me so I deal with it if I need to buy something quickly or want to see the products in-pe. Otherwise, I always prefer buying online & getting it shipped.

Because it is small, what they did to the space is amazing- high high ceilings, high shelving, lots of sunlight. There is still a good amount of walking room and there are tables that showcase featured items. Every time I come in, I find EVERYTHING that I need because it is organized so well. Staff is friendly, especially to my five year old niece. They were sweet to speaking to her and treating her like she is a paying customer and she felt special in that store. Needless to say, I bought her first Lush items. Thanks for the amazing energy, Valencia Lush!

It is clean and well organized and there is so much to look at and sample that it can occupy an hour before even heading to the cash register. I love that one can have makeup done. And, best of all, they deliver locally. When I order in the morning, I have my product, beautifully packaged, by early afternoon, carefully placed at the bench outside my door. They always seem to have products I want right on launch day. So, I was able to get the brand new Westman Atelier foundation yesterday, when it premiered. How great is that! Add to that the fact that this Sephora is set amid the lovely upscale stores of the Valencia Town Center Patios and you have the added bonus of delightful surroundings in a shaded area of the complex, with convenient adjacent parking. Before I even think of purchasing cosmetics anywhere else, I start with our Town Center Sephora.

Injectables can be a very nerve wracking thing, but the nurse who helped me, Raquel was so kind and sweet. She made an assessment based on what I told her I needed the most help with and helped to make me feel more confident in my skin. Raquel was so gentle with her injectables, it didn't feel like anything! The place is really well kept and clean, which is definitely something you'd want to see when going to a medspa. After we were done, the staff asked me how everything was to ensure that I had a good experience (in which in fact I did). They're located in a plaza where parking is pretty easy too, which makes it a a plus! A few weeks later and I'm loving my results so far. I'm super excited to continue getting my treatments here in the future!

Susanna is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. She has made my skin feel baby soft (and I am in my 50s) compared to how it was before. Also, she has given me confidence in going out without make up. I have received compliments but the best one was when someone commented how she loves my skin even without make up and asked how I maintain it. My response- you have to go to Susanna! I now have a renewed commitment and have now been a strong believer of taking care of my skin. I wished I started earlier but not too late for anyone. In fact, I have started emphasizing to my children (19 and 12 y.o.) the importance of skin care. I highly recommend her. It will be the best decision you made in taking care of your skin.
