I found Susanna in late 2015 via Groupon when she was still in her other location. I have never taken care of my skin and have decided to finally "maintain" it. I had little expectation when I went to her. Soon after I had my second facial with her, she informed me that she was moving to the Newhall location which is closer to me. That was when she introduced me to Organic Sweat Shack in which her business is located (great partnership)which is another review on its own. Fast forward 2019, and I have become a loyal client. Susanna is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. She has made my skin feel baby soft (and I am in my 50s) compared to how it was before. Also, she has given me confidence in going out without make up. I have received compliments but the best one was when someone commented how she loves my skin even without make up and asked how I maintain it. My response- you have to go to Susanna! I now have a renewed commitment and have now been a strong believer of taking care of my skin. I wished I started earlier but not too late for anyone. In fact, I have started emphasizing to my children (19 and 12 y.o.) the importance of skin care. I highly recommend her. It will be the best decision you made in taking care of your skin. read more

Amazing!! One of the best facials I've ever had! I was 34 weeks pregnant when I had my facial with Susanna and it could not have been better. She made sure I was always comfortable, we talked about the best options for my skin type and pregnancy, and it was all just serene and my skin looked amazing! I definitely recommend and will be back post pregnancy! read more

Great experience today for my teenage twin sons. They had the Teenage Facial for the 1st time. They were seeing a dermatologist but I felt the acne medicine was just too harsh and the dermabrasion facials were too invasive. With all the positive comments on Yelp we decided to try Susanna's Organics. My boys seemed to really like it & their faces looked hydrated, clean & fresh. Not irritated, swollen & red like at derm. This is also a very cool space in downtown Newhall. read more

Susanna is truly amazing! Her facials have really helped me with my hormonal acne, even during my pregnancy. She is gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable (super important when pregnant). I love her facials!! read more

I've been seeing Susanna for a year and a 1/2 (monthly for the most part) and my skin has completely transformed. I used to suffer from severe acne (at least that's how I felt when I looked in the mirror) but if you look at my skin today, you'd never know it. I started off with just a couple microdermabrasion facials and now get the acne facial. It's important to realize that as long as I do my job (washing my face 2x a day, not wearing makeup to bed, drinking water) she can do hers. You won't get results if you don't maintain your skin in between treatments. Susanna makes every appointment feel as if it's my first. She begins with asking how my skin has been since the last appointment and then takes a few minutes to analyze my skin and make sure she's attending to its needs. She's not going to perform services that aren't necessary just to make a little extra cash or risk damaging your skin. She's genuine, gentle, and gets the job done, point blank period!! So long as I have a job and I live within 30 minutes of SCV, I'm stickin' with her! read more

This is the second facial i've ever had but it was amazing! I had the teen facial and Susanna carefully and professionally analyzed my skin type before recommending me certain treatments. I have normal skin but my t zone is oily and acne prone. I tried a pumpkin enzyme, micro brasion, and a UV light thing. It has been a couple months since and my skin has cleared SO much. especially my cheeks! The price was only $120 ish but i feel like i got way more than what i paid for! will come again when my skin needs it. she was also very professional and knew exactly what she was doing! read more

I had a great experience, thanks you yelpers. Susanna was so warm & professional. I just moved to SCV from Texas & my skin has been so extra dry & irritated. The microdermabrasion facial with enzymes really helped remove all the dead skin cells. I was really concerned at first coz after my facial my face felt so sensitive but a few days later my skin is so much better than before. The products Susanna recommended are awesome. Will definitely be back. read more

I love coming here for my facials and don't want to go anywhere else! I've gotten a few facials at various locations before and they never seemed to help my acne issues in the slightest, and the people are usually rude and abrasive. Susanna is SO nice and tailors her facials to my needs, which change each time. The ambiance is so relaxing, and her voice is so soothing. I would rather come to Susanna than get a massage! The more I (consistently) come here, the more my skin reacts positively. Her prices are also cheaper than at other more corporate locations. read more

My face is super sensitive when it comes to cleaning it & it usually hurts when I try to do anything close to touching it, however, when Susanna had treated me, it felt like the most relaxing thing in the world & although the extractions were a bit tough, the facial was amazing and worth the price. I would recommend Susanna's Organics to anyone who would like to clean their face while having the best time of their lives. read more

This review has been due for many many months. I had an excellent experience with Susanna, for an enzyme peel, micorderm, extractions and facial. She was gentle, yet very thorough, used great products, had a reasonable charge, and the results were visible immediately. I actually noticed that my skin tone truly evened out, and felt better each day. The reason I came back today to write a review urgently, was that sometimes one does not realize what a good job someone did unless one experiences the absolute opposite. read more

I got a facial and lash tint from Susanna and it was wonderful! She definitely knows what she's doing and answered all my skin questions. The facial was very tailored to my skin issues and the organic products she uses feel great and smell amazing. The lash tint was very gentle and looks great. I will definitely be going back regularly - Santa Clarita area is lucky to have Susanna! read more

Susanna has been tinting my eyelashes for a few years now and has done a couple of facials for me, and I'm very pleased with her work. She makes me feel comfortable during the process and really cares that I'm happy with the result. She's very thorough, gentle, and careful, which is especially important when dealing with one's face and for those of us with sensitive skin. Also, her location works for me - it's clean and peaceful, and parking's right out front. I wouldn't hesitate to go to her for any service she offers. She's good at what she does. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case i had to make an exception. In addition to using fabulous products, I love the fact I got pampered and never felt pressured to purchase upgrades and products until I am ready. She does have great products though to help make your face look and feel great. read more

I ABSOLUTELY love Susanna! I have incredibly sensitive skin. I can't use a lot of products on my face because it is easily irritated but the products Susanna used on me didn't bother me at all. I really appreciated her having me fill out a questionnaire and asking me about my skin. I also love that she asked what I want her to focus on, the places I had been to prior didn't seem to care. I felt so relaxed and at ease, one of the greatest hours I have ever spent. The whole time I kept thinking how nice it was but that I knew there wouldn't be a noticeable improvement. I was WRONG. It has been four weeks since my facial and I started to notice results after the first week. I have honestly never seen my skin look and feel so amazing. Can't wait to see her again, I've been wanting to go back the moment I left! read more

Susanna is the best!! I've been going to her regularly for over four years, and she is by far the best esthetician I've ever been to. Professional, knowledgeable, honest. I highly recommend her as your new facialist! read more

Susanna is AMAZING! This woman KNOWS skin, techniques, products and applications. She has the most wonderfully calming demeanor, is easy to talk to, and does a Wonderful job. With one microdermabrasion session my skin looked and felt like it's never felt before. I'm Hispanic and have very thick skin that has hyperpigmentation spots and is sensitive to new products. Susanna's products were great - no effects on my skin; and the micro treatment immediately made my skin brighter, more even and diminished my pores immensely. The day after my first treatment people were telling me how great my skin looked, and I never told anyone I was going to see her. This woman is passionate about what she does, she is highly educated in her craft and is a pleasure to work with. Go see Susanna and enjoy! read more

Susanna is amazing! She makes each appointment comfortable and customizes every appointment to what she knows my skin needs. I currently suffer from acne and acne scars. Susanna listens to what my desired outcome will ideally be and I can see that she sincerely cares about getting results. I appreciate that she explains what she uses on my skin and why, while still making each session relaxing. I also love the aroma therapy, massage, and her holistic approach. Her professionalism and experience truly shine through. I will definitely be a client for years to come. read more

Let me just say I am so glad I found Susanna, she is amazing. I have been seeing her for a few years now. She's thorough, very friendly, and the price is reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. She is a skin expert and truly gifted at what she does. I can't wait to go back and treat myself again and again. Susanna is AMAZING! I go to her every 5 weeks and I'm always looking forward to my appointments with her. Whenever I go in she asks me how my skin is feeling. Depending on my answer, she will tweak the facial to help with my concerns. I have seen a huge improvement in my skin. She is very knowledgable about products and what different ingredients in other product do to my type of skin. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to get a facial. I usually do the microdermabrasion (which works wonders), a mask and she does extractions. I LOVE IT!!!! read more
