I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for years. They are always quick and reliable. I am able to get my prescriptions filled within 15-20 minutes and rarely have had to come back to pick them up. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always ready to help. I would highly recommend them. read more

The pharmacist, Lisa, is exceptional. She warned me about my out of pocket cost for a pricey medication, which I did not want to pay. She called the doctor for me to get a much more affordable substitute, and had it ready for me within the hour. I have never had a pharmacist be so thorough in her explanation of a medication, and she was pleasant and funny on top of it. read more

Very nice for a chain drugstore, I come in often when I need something in a hurry and don't want to drive far to get it. Most of the time shelves are well stocked, and they carry everything you can think of. The store always looks nice and clean and it's important for a drugstore to be clean. Lines are never long so my shopping doesn't take more than 10 minutes. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Walgreens' pharmacy! What a blessing these people are. I am a woman in her mid-20s who unfortunately suffers from chronic pain and back problems, and my insurance and medications always require a series of hoops to jump through. Fortunately, this Walgreens Pharmacy staff is always so pleasant and helpful and kind; you can tell they truly love their jobs and are in it to help others. The entire staff is great, but the two head pharmacists--Charlynn and the tall red-haired woman (I don't know her name unfortunately)--have always gone above and beyond for me. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I get emotional easily and my insurance can make my transaction difficult, but the pharmacy staff never makes me feel like I am a bother. I love coming here and will always send my RXs to this pharmacy. If they happen to see this review, thank you SO MUCH for being such a blessing to your customers. read more

There were three other parties ahead of us. The woman at the counter noticed a new face (me) and asked if I wanted to place an order. I told her I already did a phone order, but would take the ticket up to the register to pay. While waiting for our order, I heard the three women behind the counter saying a number of times "no croutons," so I really appreciated that they wanted to make sure my order was accurate and they were following my special request. At 12:11pm, we received our order and received multiple apologies for the wait time. I, personally, didn't find the wait time to be horrendous, but maybe because I was mentally prepared for it. I could appreciated the customer service though! When we got home, I unwrapped my Caesar wrap and it was perfect. No croutons (as I had asked), and the chicken was warm while the rest was cold and refreshing. It was a yummy combo. I do wish that they had used some romaine lettuce as most caesar salads have, rather than the shredded lettuce, but oh well - it was still good. Later that night, I wanted to try my partner's Cabana Club, and that sandwich made me question if I ordered the right sandwich because that was super tasty too! Every time we've visited Papa's Deli their sandwiches are always stacked. I really like how they don't skimp here. It feels like they really use high quality ingredients, and I think it's a great price for the quality and quantity of food provided. No room for lemonade, they might've charged 2 dollars for that. in inflation times, this may seem like a reasonable price for pretzels. Think again. I could get a single cheeseburger with animal style fries at In-N-Out for the same price. I was in shock. Even worse, I can feel the pure fiery hatred radiating from the guy who works here. I bet he was upset that he was charging 8 bucks for a small bag of pretzels as well. As I write this, I still burn with hatred for my cash lost on those mediocre pretzels in these trying times. Nothing at a gas station should cost 8 dollars on its own. A wetzel's pretzels, therefore, does not belong inside this establishment.

I looked at the receipt and noticed it showed 8 items sold, even though I only had 7 items total, including the bag. So where did item number 8 come from? And the worst part was what happened when I questioned it. Instead of simply correcting the charge and continuing the transaction, he told me, No, I'm just going to give you a refund, and then did not want to sell me anything at all. That made the entire interaction feel even more suspicious and uncomfortable. I came into the store to make a normal purchase. I did not cause a scene. I simply checked my receipt and questioned a charge for something I did not buy. It may have only been $1.29, but that is completely beside the point. If I had not asked for my receipt, I would have never noticed. How many customers tap their card, grab their things, and walk out without checking? I strongly recommend that anyone shopping at this location ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK EVERY SINGLE ITEM before leaving. Management seriously needs to review this incident because customers should be able to trust that they are being charged accurately without being treated differently for catching a questionable charge.

They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? I will say though besides all the common sense issues, the staff and pharmacist are all really nice. Parking lot is big, drive thru for pharmacy around back.

The one on Soledad and whites canyon is the worse pharmacy If you're sic, in pain, or looking for a little bit of customer care, run as far away from this pharmacy as possible. They are the most absolute useless and uncaring pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of using. The pharmacists don't care to them you're just a customer making them work. I have been using them for about a year and every time I need my medications they always manage to mess it up. Fernando is very rude he has no customer service skills. There is absolutely no sympathy when it comes to getting medications on time and they don't call you if there is a problem with the insurance. The last problem I had Last week I got charged doble for my deductible when I asked them they told me to call my doctor because and send them a new prescription and he did but, when I went back today the little girl pharmacist told me she didn't remember me that it wasn't her I had spoken to. When she finally remembered me she told me that no she wouldn't be able to help me with a refund because they don't do that. But she promised me she would if I contacted the doctor. I asked to speak to Stephany the one in charge and she talked to the other girl and came back telling me the same thing that there was nothing she could do. Love this Walgreens location! It is very convenient to reach from my home and frequently shop here for items that I need. The employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are good and areas well kept. I decided to use an app called Good Rx which if you don't have you should download. We saw that both of our meds were around 80% cheaper with a 90 day supply than CVS was with a 30 day. We called the pharmacy and set up our profile and switched the prescription then a few days later came in. It is not difficult to find on the left side of the store as you enter. We waited for our turn, with one person in front. I told them who we were and picked up the meds showing the code on the app. Now I don't have to hassle with that for 3 more months and when I come back I will just do the same. The staff was pretty friendly and informative.

I have a chronic illness I was born with that can be very stigmatized, and I have had some terrible experiences at pharmacies throughout my lifetime (mainly pharmacists treating me rudely/like a criminal/as if I'm lying about my condition because I "look healthy" and look really young). I just moved to the area and initially when my doctor called in my scripts to Ralph's pharmacy the pharmacist was unsure if they could take my insurance, but my doctor's office had closed already and I needed my pain meds for the weekend. So, I told her I would pay out of pocket since I couldn't have my doctor send the script to another pharmacy on a Friday night (controlled meds can't be transferred easily, and paying out of pocket for pain meds is better than going a weekend without them and potentially ending up in the hospital). When I arrived, the pharmacist was very kind and told me she called around to other Ralph's and figured out that they did actually take my insurance! A lot of pharmacists would've just left it at "we don't take that insurance" without even checking for my unusual insurance. Since she had originally thought I was paying out of pocket, she had also found me some sort of discount code to apply to the prescription. This also was happening about an hour before they closed. So within an hour of the script being called in, I had my medication in my hand, and for cheaper than I normally would pay (because I still got to use the code even though my insurance was covering most of it). It was filled super quickly too, even though the pharmacist said they were backed up with perscriptions. I've filled multiple medications there since, and they are always filled within 2-3 hours. They also are nice when my boyfriend picks my meds up for me and don't give him a hard time (also something we've experienced). It's really nice having kind, trustworthy pharmacists who don't make me feel bad about my condition. I don't normally write yelp reviews but this is a really, really good pharmacy and I want anyone else with chronic conditions that have had similar experiences as me to know that you won't be disappointed by this pharmacy. I wish I knew the name of the nice pharmacist I'm referencing in this review. She is friendly, has long black hair, wears glasses, and is Asian. Thank you Ralph's pharmacy!!

Some businesses don't know this yet as it's newer but they are a "public accommodation" business. They BY LAW must have accommodations in place for disabilities same as if I was in a wheel chair. She embarrassed me in front of other patrons by reading my medical card outloud. I can't get mad at her for ignorance but I can get mad for her prejudice and judgment. I don't buy a lot there so it makes no difference, I am not going to make them lose money. But it's pretty frustrating being treated that way. Maybe I could have just held my breath as our the mayor of Los Angeles says since he doesn't wear a mask at all. Done with Sally's since they discriminate against medical disabilities. They have broken the law by not educating their employees on this. It's not like everyone can have a physician hand these out! I have not been forced to wear a mask at any business in Santa Clarita for months. Junk.

I like that I can get some items in bulk without having to get big portions of everything. Prices are reasonable and there are usually good sales too. The produce is hit or miss. Sometimes it kind a little iffy. But I'm usually able to get the basics with no issues. This is also a good place to get paper goods and things like that.
