What a fun concept! The place won me over the moment we walked in and they had XG playing! ALPHAZ!!! The Wall of ramen/udon was so much fun. I really didn't know what to get and was trying to avoid the ones we eat at home. I like that they have a board of spice levels. Makes it easier to find what you're craving. After we picked our ramen and toppings we got to prepare and cook it. The ramen is just like home with toppings you can put in but it's the experience. They have tons of drinks and ice cream that are viral or hard to find. It was fun to make our own drinks and try different flavors. It was a fun dinner experience and we would definitely come back if we're in the area. They have been opened less than a year and the ladies here were so nice and personable. She helped us and showed us what to do. They even have a stamp card! 2 ramen packs, 3 toppings, 4 drinks, 2 Korean dogs, 1 fried chicken ice cream with tip came out to about $66 which is not bad at all for 3 people. Korean dogs are frozen and they will fry them up for you. I was surprised it wasn't oily at all and had that cheese pull. They do have other dishes made to order such has kimchi fried rice and japchae. Definitely give Slurp and Sip a try!

I've been here three times in the last week. Friendly staff, a wide variety of ramen options available, and a very relaxing atmosphere, with K-pop blaring on the overhead speakers. In addition to ramen, there are Korean rice bowls and a variety of treats (Korean chips, peperos, dalgona). On my third visit, I had the jjajang ramen, with a side order of dalgona. Thank you, Slurp and Sip Valencia!! Many more visits to come!! 감사합니다~~

Tons of options, friendly staff, clean/colorful ambiance. We are excited to come back and try different varieties!

So excited to have a Ramen Library "near" me. And by near me I mean 40 minutes is better than over an hour . The owners were so nice to help my clueless self who came in because of TikTok but what's new because that's how we roll now. I picked what I thought wasn't a spicy mushroom ramen but it's spicy not too bad though. I chose a hard boiled egg, imitation crab, rice cakes, cilantro and lime. Possibly the dried vegetables but I don't remember. I love the gigantic cup of ramen table. Ambiance is Korean Pop music and peaceful if you go on a Monday morning. I love the pouches of drink that you can put in ice.

Really fun experience, love all the variety and options of ramen! They also have a lot of topping choices (chicken katsu was delicious). The owner was so helpful when it came to deciding what to get & using the cooking machines. Will be back soon to try other ramen & snacks

We loved this place! Kids can cook their own ramen. Owners and staff are very nice and friendly. Post its on the walls with other people's love for this place. We will definitely come again!

A fun and yummy new Korean food experience for SCV. It reminded me of our visits to Korea. Ramen: this is how they cook ramen in some of the Korean convenience stores. You pick out the ramen from the display and order the toppings at the counter. You then head to the ramen cooking station. Instructions are very clear but if you need help the staff are right there to assist. They also have various rice bowls, kim bop, Korean corn dogs and other snacks. They have various drinks and ice cream/popsicles you can also purchase. The owners are so sweet and friendly, always asking if we need help with anything. The restaurant is kept clean and spacious with a few tables towards the back. Our meal: black shin ramen with fish cakes and corn for extra toppings. One beef bowl and a mango ade pouch poured into a cup of ice (ice available in the frozen food section). Everything was delicious.

So much fun !! Dine in available Reasonable price Great customer service Very clean and well kept Many options This was a very fun experience for the whole family! Feels like you're in a Korean convent store! The customer service was outstanding !

Amazing help from the staff on selecting from the wall of ramen

Slurp and sip is a great spot to have that Korea/japan convenience store experience! They have the ramen, they have the cup of ice and pouched drinks. The owners are very nice and ready to help you select ramen and to help you use the insanely genius machines that dispense hot water and boil the water in their special bowls! You're wondering "Andrew it's just instant ramen though" it is but the charm this place has that imitates the experience overseas here in the states is amazing. I have never cooked instant ramen to perfection and drinking the delicious blue lemonade with my ramen and toppoki is crazy good, but here is a plot twist they do in fact make food here too! My second visit I had the luxury to try both their chicken fried rice and the kimchi fried rice and it was phenomenal. We also got the fried beef dumplings and my god they were delicious! They make bowls that use japchae as their base and I plan on trying more as me and wife keep visiting! It can be overwhelming but don't be afraid to ask! The owners know all the ramens they have and they have a few frozen items like kimbap and dumplings! They also have Korean ice creams and other sweet treats. I also got to try the mango shaped ice cream and it was also blowing my mind! The shop has been opened for about 5 months from this posting and let me tell you it's worth the try regardless of where in the 805 you are make the 45 minute trip to Valencia but go with an open mind and go for the experience! I love leaving with a few of the pouched drinks every time I go.

The service is amazing here. The staff always gives great suggestions on what to try and the ramen is always great. Definitely recommend coming. Came here today because I had a toothache and soup is all I can eat right now. Thankful for the friendly service

This place is really organized and clean. The staff is super helpful and patient. Love it! Can't wait to come back. The ramen I chose was so good. Love that I was able to try the Korean convenience store drinks and other cool's snacks and ice creams. Definitely check this place out.

Finally came to try slurp and sip and loved every bit of this experience. I'm always craving ramen noodles, so this is such a great idea! The owners are so sweet and kind. She walked up through the process of making our own ramen and adding toppings and making your own drink. Absolutely in love with this spot. So cute.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a beautiful friendly face who so happens to be the owner. She guided us on how to make the ramen and directed us to other selections if we didn't want ramen. The wall of ramen has a VARIETY of selections ! My husband and I had ramen and he chose to get Korean Cordova as well. He ordered a side of chicken katsu and OMG ! It was delicious!!! Literally the best chicken katsu we've ever had! I love that they had my fav rice drink and variety of Japanese deserts and drinks as well. Definitely willl be coming back and referring family to try this amazing restaurant !

Great experience at Bullpen BBQ and Tap House!…read more We arrived just as they opened and quickly greeted. After looking over their extensive menu, we ordered at the counter -- Signature BBQ Taco Trio for me and Bullpen's One Pound Burrito for the husband. After we ordered, we were told that they didn't have the rice for the burrito, so they offered to put extra tri-tip and beans instead which the husband happily accepted. The space is large with several tables in different sections. We chose to sit by the big screen TV to watch the basketball game. My tacos came out first and they were LOADED! The burrito took a bit longer because it was made incorrectly the first time, but our server was so nice to let us know right away. She also then packed up the first burrito for us to take home. All the meats we tried today were moist, tender and flavorful. You can taste the quality and care in the food prep. Service was EXCELLENT! Parking is easy in the large parking lot. There's so much more to try from their menu -- we'll be back!

We came in just before closing, and the staff was still very accommodating, which I appreciated. The only miss was that we didn't get any BBQ sauce with our order to go, which is kind of a big deal since the sauce is just as important as the meat. Overall, I feel like I didn't get the full experience because of that. I'll definitely come back to dine in next time and give it another shot.

While I was in line, an elderly woman ahead of me was struggling to find her Amazon Prime number to receive her discount, holding up a long line in the process. The cashier, Opal, was extraordinarily patient. She didn't rush her, didn't sigh, and didn't treat her like an inconvenience. Instead, she calmly walked her through how to locate the number on her phone, ensured she received the savings she was entitled to, and graciously answered multiple questions afterward. It was genuine kindness -- not performative, not transactional -- just respectful and thoughtful service. What made it even more special was that the manager on duty, Gina, came over to bag groceries at our line. As Opal was ringing up my order, I asked Gina if she was Opal's manager. You could see a split-second look cross her face, as though she were bracing for a complaint. But I quickly told her that Opal had delivered exemplary customer service to the woman ahead of me. Gina was visibly relieved and appreciative when she realized it was praise. And Opal heard the whole exchange! It was such a sweet moment. In a world where people are quick to criticize and slow to compliment, this interaction truly stood out. Opal treated that customer with dignity and patience, and Gina clearly fosters a culture where that kind of service is encouraged. Whole Foods should be proud to have both of them.

I ordered the Charm Fried Rice (medium spice level) but had a hard time choosing between that or the Khao Soo Chicken. The atmosphere was nice - it was darkly lit and you can watch a TV or stare into the kitchen to look at the massive woks. My food came in less than 10 minutes and it smelled so good. The pork skin is crispy as advertised. It was perfectly friends and bubbly. The pork meat itself was a bit dry, but I think the trade off is worth it for the skin. The portion size, including the amount of meat, was good and the spice level was comfortable. After this I ordered a fried banana with ice cream. I chose a vanilla ice cream. It was good but nothing special. I like how the banana isn't too sweet. Overall I was very happy with my meal here and still think about that crispy pork skin from time to time.

Loved the flavor and consistency of the curry, both the panang and the green, though green had a bit more fish sauce to it. Noodles were excellent, with just enough noodle to veggie ratio. I asked for mild and it was actually mild enough for kiddo to try everything - but he did say "noooo" to the panang, haha. The teriyaki chicken was also really tasty and exactly what I expected. Yes please! This has…read morebeen a place I have been wanting to try. On paper, it has things I'm rooting for on paper... 1. It seems like a small place starting up. 2. It's a local business I can support. 3. it's soulfood in a primarily white area so it's a scarcity which can cause it too shine(by my estimate). 4.it appears to be artisanal food, cooked from scratch, which is always preferable to something reheated like in many current restaurants and is actually becoming increasingly common. All that being said, the prices should seem fair by my estimation. I decided to place an order and called to get a recommendation from the establishment. I called up, and it was the chef! I asked if she could recommend something, and she couldn't really answer specifically, and I honestly think she took my statement wrong because her tone changed as if I asked "what will I like," and sort of defensively stood on "I'm the chef so I am partial to everything" which was a fair answer, but I would never place that form of expectation on someone, but rather would pay more for dishes emphatically pointed out. Call out something they think they shine, so to speak. This was a missed sale. That being said I decided to place a "safe bet" on your food, and go with soulfood staples, and stay under $50. Fried Chicken, Collard Greens, Mac N Cheese, and sweet yams with cornbread on the side. The food was fantastic. Hands down. Good for the place, the city, hell, the region. I hope this woman finds success, her business thrives, and food, money, and smiles multiply exponentially. The chicken was fried perfectly with a gently seasoned batter, and honestly, the chicken breast was my favorite piece!!!! When is the breast the best? This might be a first. Kudos to MGF breaking the code on the chicken with just some hot sauce. The chicken tasted clean and like it had a clean quality flavor. I know that sounds a bit strange, but it's true. The Mac N Cheese was incredible. Disclaimer: REAL MAC AND CHEESE. Not dietetic in the slightest. Worth every bite however. Cheddary, buttery, a bit of black pepper, and tons of love. The collard greens were delicious, and succulent with every bite. They were a bit salty, but that's the way they are supposed to taste, and I would recommend them if you like Greens. They taste like they're rendered in drippings. So good. Yams were ultra sweet, and may put some people off, but not me. I'll order extra next time. Super sweet. No complaints here. Solid side dish extraordinaire. The cornbread was simple and had a "sweet corn flavored cake" sort of vibe. Sugary and pleasant and coupled well with the other flavors. Definitely go here. I will definitely be back. Next time, the catfish I secretly wanted recommended will be on the list. I will follow up with that review. Order here to indulge. 10/10
