My mom purchased me a few hydra facials for my birthday and I was super excited to try it out. As soon as I walked in the waiting area was super clean and the ladies at the front were super sweet and friendly. I arrived 10 minutes early and was checked in. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appt time but I didn't mind. I was then offered water, chai tea latte, or coffee which was nice offering they have while you wait. Monica was the nurse who handled my hydra facials and was super kind. She explained all the steps during the process and even let me see my "gunkie" water after the session was complete. Absolutely without a doubt a HUGE WASTE of money and a scam! I went to this placed in late January 2026. I have not had much experience with anti wrinkle treatments and wanted some information on softening some fine lines around my eyes, lips and on my cheeks. The fast talking sales person conned me into purchasing a package for Thermage treatments and Botox. She said the THERMAGE would have almost immediate results with no down time and I would see improvements within a week. She said the skin would continue to produce collagen causing it to lift and tighten so it could take up to 60 days for full effects to be visible. She also convinced me to purchase units of Botox which I WAS NOT interested in, but she promised the combination of treatments would produce "great results". I spent almost $3,000 in total and had the first treatment on 02/14/2026. On the day of the treatment, I was asked to sign an encyclopedia of paper work and consent to "God Knows What" as the technician was in the room about to start the "treatment". I told her I hadn't read any of these form which I was supposedly consenting to! She shrugged off my concerns and told me they are just "general consent forms" which all clients have to sign before any procedure! I was uncomfortable signing documents I had not read(My fault for trusting this place) but I went ahead and signed them against my better judgmen. I know so many people who have regular Botox and the results are subtle but clearly visible. I saw absolutely NO DIFFERENCE in the fine lines in areas they injected! The technician said the results will take up to 72 hrs to be visible but said I might need to purchase more units! (There's a surprise). The Thermage treatment felt like bee stings but I figured if it actually produced results, it would be worth it! It has been almost 3 months since my first Thermage treatment and there has been ABSOLUTELY ZERO difference in my skin conditions! I have asked several of family and friends who have Botox treatments regularly if they notice a difference following my Botox injections. They've all said they DON'T believe I had BOTOX injection! NO improvement, no difference at all! My own daily moisturizer is a much better treatment than this complete RIP-OFF AND SCAM! I have called 3 times to ask for a refund for the REMAINING treatments as I will NOT be going in for a second treatment of THERMAGE or any other Botox treatment at this establishment. All three times; I was told I am calling their general scheduling line but they will have the representative from Valencia call me back. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO reach out time! NO ONE even called after the treatment to ask if I was satisfied with the services! Last night(04/27/2026) I received a call from Laser Away 7:40 p.m. I thought they are FINALLY calling me back after 3 messages. I was WRONG! It was an extremely rude woman who was trying to sell me other services! When I told her I was NOT interested in any other treatments and wanted a refund for my remaining "services" She rudely dismissed my concerns and said she can't help me because she's calling from the WoodlandHills location, they were closing in 15 minutes and she had only called to see if I was interested in buying another "package" and didn't have anything to do with refunds! She said she would send a message to the Valencia location for someone to call me back! As of this review NO ONE has bothered to reach out to me! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LaserAway. I have completed 10 tattoo removal sessions, and while I did notice some fading after the first session, there has been little to no improvement since then. These tattoos are very small and should have shown significantly more progress by now. I do want to say that the 2 people that were in the front desk were super friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints towards them. During my most recent visit, Nurse Monica was very unprofessional. When I asked her to increase the laser setting, since a higher setting had been used in previous sessions, she responded by saying, "Well, that nurse can do it, not me." That response was dismissive and did not address my concerns or treatment goals. As a nurse myself I understand there's safety reasons as to why settings can't be higher than their protocol, however, with a previous nurse from Laser Away she was able to safely increase the settings significantly and leave me with better results. Additionally, I had to remind her to provide me with protective eyewear before starting the laser tattoo removal, which is a basic safety protocol. That alone was alarming. After investing time and money into 10 sessions, I expected better results and a much higher standard of professionalism and safety. I would not recommend based on my experience. read more

This place is a big scam. They had me sign up for 24 months no interest. No one warned me a bout the fine print. I was late on my first payment b/c they didn't sign me up for autopay. I made the payment as soon as I was notified but 12 months later I come to realize I've been getting charged 25% interest. They have canceled my appointment day before or day of at least 5 times and then can never get me in for another appointment when I'd like. The customer service is atrocious, they only care about your money, they don't even care about the progress you are making. I am convinced that the technicians are trained to purposely use a certain setting so your hair grows back and you have to purchase more packages. "THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE ONE STAR" I tried to book my very first appointment at this cosmetic center after moving to the area, and the experience alone was enough to make me walk away before even being seen. From the start, it felt more like a money grab than a professional medical practice. As a new client, I expected a welcoming and informative process, especially for something like Botox. Instead, I was told I had to pay an invoice upfront just to "guarantee" my appointment. There was no effort to explain their policies in a reassuring or professional way, it came across as pushy and transactional. I understand that some places require deposits, but this felt excessive and uncomfortable, especially since I had never been there before and had no prior relationship with them. Asking a brand new patient to pay in advance without even having any treatment done! What made it worse was the way of the communication. It was through text messaging and It didn't feel friendly or client-focused at all. There was no attempt to build trust or answer questions, just a focus on securing payment. For a cosmetic center, where trust, safety, and comfort are extremely important, this was a huge red flag. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was very poor. Instead of feeling confident about booking, I felt pressured and uneasy. It made me question how they would handle actual treatments if this is how they treat potential new clients. This place keeps going downhill. Used to be a patient for 3 years. Turn over with nurses and staff has become very high. They used to care about quality. Paying top dollar for laser hair removal used to mean something and you would get at least a 30 to 40 minute session. Now I think I was there less than 15 minute and the session was over. Results have been very poor lately. I have couple of sessions left and never coming here again. Management tries to help but it goes absolutely nowhere. I'm very disappointed with my experience at this office. I purchased a Thermage and Clear Brilliance package, but the services were not fully rendered. I requested a refund for the final Clear Brilliance treatment, which is more than fair considering the incomplete services and the amount I spent. If $100 is worth losing a loyal customer, then so be it. I've had Botox, fillers, and laser treatments with several other doctors, and this office has been by far the worst experience. The focus here seems to be entirely on selling, not customer satisfaction or genuine care. I expected professionalism and integrity, especially for the prices charged. I originally called to ask about pricing for Botox and lip fillers. A representative called me back and sold me a package that included Botox units for my forehead and a half-syringe of lip filler. She also suggested I apply for their financing card, and I was approved for $4,000. I made it clear that I wanted all of my services done at the Valencia location, and she confirmed my appointment. When I showed up, the nurse was very kind and performed my Botox. However, just two hours later, I received a call from the manager telling me the nurse had accidentally injected extra units and that I would need to pay an additional $180. Even though this was clearly the facility's mistake, I still agreed to pay. On top of that, I was then told that the representative who sold me the package was wrong -- Valencia only sells full syringes, not half. I was informed that if I wanted the filler, I would have to pay an additional $180 to cover the difference. Again, this error was not mine, but I was left to shoulder the cost. The staff themselves were pleasant and professional, but overall, the way the situation was handled left me feeling like I was penalized for mistakes that were not mine. I just finished my 8th session for lasering my whole body! I called last winter and purchased the package during their New Year's Eve sale. All of the ladies that work there are engaging and so lovely to speak to! They answer alll questions and will qualm all your fears about any procedure you choose to do. This location has a large parking lot! The nurses that all preformed my lasering are incredible people. They are professional, caring, and make the time fly by! We always had fun conversations, laughs, a therapy session etc. this is personalized and I enjoyed seeing them! The laser is mostly painless, theres a sting for a second at times but the cool air that's dispersed makes it go away instantly. This branch the nurse Rayah when injecting me with Botox, she caused me to have an infection. I went back and she said that I need to go to my regular doctor . That night because of the pain I went to the emergency room. She was unkind and unprofessional and the company was even worse. Please do not go to this branch.
