This branch the nurse Rayah when injecting me with Botox, she caused me to have an infection. I went back and she said that I need to go to my regular doctor . That night because of the pain I went to the emergency room. She was unkind and unprofessional and the company was even worse. Please do not go to this branch. Also I recommend if you are going to LaserAway make sure that nurse is a seasoned nurse because you could wind up in the emergency room just like I was. Good luck !!! read more

I suggest shop around around and go see a professional doctor before going here. I am $1000 short and still have hair on the areas I wanted removed. I told the front and RN and all they told me was I should come back for maintenance. Still with a high amount No one has reached out to me. They care more getting money from me then actually helping me with my issue form what it seems at this point. I'm sure everyone has a better experience and different hormones but in this case laser away didn't help with mine. If you want to be swindled, robbed, cheated, lied to and have your money taken away then this is your place. If I could give minus stars I would. I called and talked to Christie who I would say is worse than a used car salesman but that is insulting a used car salesman. So I'll just call her a snake oil sales woman. I called to have some hair laser removed from my back and shoulders. She gave me a price which was to include removal of the hair on my shoulders and back. This was all done over the phone without anybody ever looking or seeing what hair needed to be removed. I was told full treatment had to be paid in advance before she would make an appointment which I paid. I went in for my first treatment and when ask what I was having done, I said back and shoulders. The girl doing the treatment said she was only allowed to do the shoulder because that's what was written down by Christie. I was told if I wanted the rest of my back done it would cost more than what I paid for. I didn't get what I paid for and they were already trying to upsell after first appointment. Went in for my second appointment. This time the girl said she was only going to do a patch of hair on my upper arm because that's all I paid for. Now if I want my shoulders done it would cost more money. Again trying to upsell for service I already paid for. I ask for a refund of the remaining unused services because I was going to go get the remainder of my treatment done at a more reputable business that wasn't going to try to cheat me out of my money and services promised. They refused to give me a refund of unused services so now I'm forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I can't stress enough to stay away from Laser Away unless you want to be cheated and lied to and not get the services you paid for. I don't normally write bad reviews but felt it was necessary to warn others about this unscrupulous business. read more
