I will give them one star if I could, they're scammers, treatment did not work, they just want to upsell more sessions and that is why they put their machines at a very low level. Ineffective treatment and no customer service. Beware!!! What Jennifer is saying does not mean anything, I had very small amount of hair, first they told me that in 3-4 sessions will be enough, when I was in my 5th session they told me that i need at least 10???? I came here for my Botox treatment, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by such a warm and friendly staff. I was a little nervous since it was my first time at this location, but I was pleasantly surprised everyone made me feel so comfortable right away. The space itself is super clean and welcoming, and I loved that I was able to get my procedure done the same day without a long wait. Another big plus is that they're open on weekends, which made it really convenient for my schedule. The doctor who treated me was incredibly sweet and professional .I really appreciated how she took the time to suggest what would work best for me, rather than just rushing through it. Seen ads on IG and decided to call. Employee answering was professional and answered my questions. Based on the customer service I received on the phone I decided to book. Immediately received a text with my appt info and received another within an hour of my appt.. Off the 118 freeway, Tampa exit on the corner in a shopping center. Easy to locate and plenty of parking. Immediately upon entering was greeted and checked-in. Couple forms to fill out was texted to me but was called within a minute into a exam room. Spoke with employee and we discussed what service I wanted and the look I wanted to achieve. Filled out the form online and spoke to the NP on a zoom conference to clear me for the procedure. Price discussed prior to service. Received lip filler and I was pleased. Unfortunately, I forgot everyone's name because I was having issues with my care credit and getting the proper assistance with them however the staff here despite issues on my end were extremely patient. I was extremely grateful for this. Every encounter with each employee was professional and polite. Excellent customer service provided with each staff member. I highly recommend and will return. read more

Best experience! I was looking to get Botox to fix a small issue I was having on my face and after calling a few places, On The Glow was the only place that understood what I needed and welcomed me in. After having a few bad experiences at other salons, I was a little nervous but my nurse Helen helped ease my way. I loved the ambiance and how clean everything is. I purchased a package of 3 of the Morpheus 8 RF micro-needling and PRP. The pricing was excellent. On day of procedure, I was extremely nervous after I read horror stories on the internet about how painful it was. And two women I know concurred that the procedure was very very painful and they would never do it again However, I am happy to say that was not my experience. Nurse Helen Tran explained that On-the-Glow uses a very strong formulation of numbing cream-tetracaine and lidocaine . She expertly applied it and left on for an hour before the procedure. It really helped. Yes it was uncomfortable but certainly not the unbearable, hot searing pain that was described by others. It just felt like sharp jabs , but very tolerable. I only felt it over the bones, not on my lips or eyes. I was so thrilled, we were able to go through entire procedure with no breaks Helen also injected PRP in the tear troughs and injected some Botox. Her technique is unbelievable , hardly felt it. It's been a couple of hours and the redness is gone and 90% of the bruising resolved, too. Everyone at this location is so nice and professional. I couldn't be happier .I will update with results read more

If you want laser hair removal I recommend coming here! This establishment is better than all of the viral laser hair removal companies out there. There is one girl who does the hair removal and her name is Emily. She is one of the sweetest people in the whole world. She also is super quick when doing your session. Emily also administers the skinny shot if you're interested and she makes it so it doesn't hurt at all. I trust her (haha i have been going to her since September) I also recommend their facials! the aesthetician who does the facials is kind and does an absolutely amazing job with them. It is definitely worth your money. I have heard amazing things about them (great little gift to yourself for the holidays) On the glow offers a variety of things and I can definitely say, all of the staff here are amazing. They truly want you to feel great about yourself and they can bundle your desired items/purchases to give you a discount. Also when you check in a certain amount of times you do get some free stuff. I will never stop coming here because it's so amazing. They are moving to Amecie Pizza towards the end of the month so it will be MUCH easier to park because right now parking in the lot they are located in is a nuisance at times. read more

After about five minutes, I was finally acknowledged--though the assistant appeared visibly annoyed. My appointment was scheduled for noon. I had arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, yet ended up waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor. During that time, I observed the staff and found that not all of them conducted themselves professionally. When I brought this up to the doctor, he reacted defensively and told me it wasn't my place to comment on his staff's professionalism. He briefly examined my skin and said one spot needed to be removed, scheduling me for a procedure three weeks later. At that appointment, he performed a shave biopsy, which came back positive--as I had already suspected, since I am very familiar with my own body. I then had to return again for a follow-up procedure to remove it completely. During that visit, I asked the assistant whether subcutaneous stitches would be used, and she didn't even know what that meant. I later learned that the doctor does not perform this type of stitching. To make matters worse, I was told that my insurance did not qualify me to request certain treatment options. I am well-educated, continue to educate myself daily, and come from a family of professionals including lawyers, educators, politicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and doctors. While this physician may hold a medical degree, he clearly lacks both the communication skills and the level of care I would expect from a truly excellent dermatologist. I do not recommend this office at all--especially if you are a MEDICAL patient. You may be treated as though you are not valued.

During the appointment, she immediately diagnosed me with Seborrheic dermatitis. I told her my face reacts when I eat certain foods, but she assured me it had nothing to do with food. She was very confident in her diagnosis, and she only gave me literally 1 minute of her time before she rushed to leave the room. She prescribed a steroid cream, an anti fungal cream, and some medicated shampoo for my scalp claiming I have flaky scalp which is part of seborrheic dermatitis. (I've always had dry skin and the flaky often comes and go) and had she asked some questions, she would know that was normal for me. I went home and googled the use of castor oil on your face with SD and it said not to use castor oil as it would make SD worse. Mind you, castor oil had been the only thing that helped my skin calm down when inflammation hit so immediately I knew her diagnosis was wrong. I continued to monitor symptoms and internal/external things that caused a reaction and over two weeks I was able to figure out the issue and heal myself (I hadn't used any of the creams or shampoo she had prescribed). After a $200 visit and $85 on creams/shampoo, I was so upset and angry at her lack of care and misdiagnoses. Maybe had she spend more time with me asking questions, she would have come to a more accurate diagnosis. That's what upsets me the most. They are overly confident in their "knowledge" and dismiss your comments and questions because they think they know better than you. What's worse is, she didn't even ask any questions to ensure she was in fact diagnosing correctly. You can't just collect people's hard earned money at a time of desperate need (my face was very bad) and not give them enough time and attention to actually help them! As a side note, they ask for a credit card on file in case you cancel appointments late, and they send me an email saying my card would be charged to cover the visit fee when I a) hadn't authorized it and b) never received a bill. Save yourself some money and wrong diagnosis headaches, and go somewhere else. Terrible experience! I should be entitled to a refund!
