I was actually excited to try this place since it's less than 5 mins away. I moved to Chatsworth 2 1/2 years ago and have been driving back to Studio City/ Sherman Oaks for all my appts.. laser, facials, micro-needling etc. I was hoping to find my new go to. Avoid this place at all cost.. all they care about is charging you. I was fighting an infection and made my appt days after the second round of antibiotics. The night before when the nurse called me, I explained my entire medical situation to her and let her know that I just started the third round of antibiotics minutes before she called as my body wasn't reacting to the antibiotics I had been taking. The next morning of my appt I wasn't well, very nauseas. I called to let them know I'll have to reschedule after my antibiotics were done. All she said is... well you spoke to the nurse right and she cleared you regarding the antibiotics? I said yes.. she said so we'll have to charge you... hope it was worth the $50! Response to Mary after my original message... Thank you for the response, Mary. However, it misses the point entirely. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, they are typically designed to prevent 'no-shows' or casual cancellations, not to penalize a client experiencing a sudden medical crisis. I was proactive and transparent with your nurse the night before. Unfortunately, health situations--especially those requiring multiple rounds of intensive antibiotics--can escalate unexpectedly overnight. Expecting a patient to 'predict' they will be too ill to leave the house 24 hours in advance during a medical emergency is unreasonable. Offering to have me come in 'later that day' when I had already explained I was unwell and under strict medical care shows a complete lack of empathy and basic listening. To charge a $50 penalty under these specific, documented circumstances is a choice that prioritizes a small fee over human compassion and long-term client relationships. It is a disappointing introduction to a local business, and I will certainly be taking my business back to facilities that value their clients' well-being over a cancellation fee read more

I've been coming here since Nov 2025 and this review is long overdue! I first came here to get the PDGF microneedling and the PDGF injection under eye for dark circles. Rita took the time to explain about the benefits of PDGF injections and microneedling. She's amazing! She made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. It was a no brainer for me, I became a VIP member and took advantage of the discounts for each service and the free facial on my birthday month! I paid for a package of two rounds and had my last treatment was in Jan 2026 for the PDGF microneedling. I also got the laser removal package for underarms and upper lip, chin. Amazing experience so far! At the end of January, I decided to get lip filler for the first time with Rita. Despite it being a bit painful, she made sure to take her time. I'm so happy with my results. She's amazing! I also received a Skin Glass Tri-Infusion Facial (Vitamin A, Exosomes & Liposomes) facial right before my birthday trip with Katie. She was lovely, took her time applying the products, and giving me a dewy, glowy look! I already booked my next appointment for April once I'm back. This experience was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. I went in for PRFM under-eye injections hoping to improve my under eye hollowness, but I left feeling unhappy with the results. Right after the nurse finished the treatment, I noticed that the filler appeared to be placed too low instead of directly under the eye. I was told it was just swelling and that it would settle within two weeks. It has now been two weeks, and the placement has not improved. Instead of filling the under eye area, it actually makes the hollowness look worse. I am very unhappy with how it looks. I'm also disappointed that no one from the office ever followed up with me after the procedure. I paid nearly $900 for this treatment and Botox and feel let down by both the outcome and the lack of care afterward. (The Botox wasn't great either) Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. read more

I would not recommend doing PDGF micro-needling here, I spent $800 and I was not shown the vial or the box which made me think I wasn't actually getting the formula or the amounts I paid for, this treatment also doesn't touch your under eyes at all, there was was practically not numbed on the upper face and the pain was severe. To your reply: I was absolutely not shown the vial of PDGF vial nor did she mix it in front of me, the box was not even in the room, I tried looking everywhere in the room and it was nowhere to be found. If you have a camera please have a look? Also I could feel every needle on my upper face as it was not numbed for long enough, she specifically left the numbing cream on for 20 minutes, if you have audio on camera that is also heard. As you said it was supposed to be numbed 35 minutes which she didn't do. I was 15min early. read more

I was so excited to find a new medical spa in my area! It has been several years since I have personally gone to do laser. As a guy, I have always hesitated in going to get my back lasered and the experience I had with Skin Eleve from beginning to end has surpassed any other establishment I have ever visited in the past. I don't know where to begin! This new med spa is Absolutely gorgeous and super clean! I called to book an appointment for laser hair removal. The receptionist was very professional and patient with all my questions. She booked me for the following day! I used to see Rita at her previous place and loved her work but she was fully booked so they scheduled me with Marissa. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the check in was smooth , I waited no longer than 2 minutes to be called in to the treatment room. I told Marissa my past history with laser hair removal and she explained to me thoroughly how their laser machine works and how different it is from all the older machines. She treated my under arms, elbows, fingers, bikini and half thighs. WOW I am not exaggerating it took less than 30 mins ( I also have lasered in the past I don't have much hair ) and I barely felt anything and no numbing cream was used! I was shocked! There was no nasty smell of burnt hair ether! I promise you if you've felt any pain with laser hair removal from the past you will not feel any with their machine. When I went to check out I thought I'd be paying an arm and a leg for all that I did but I paid a little over $200, I can't remember exactly how much but I thought it would have been double the price. The owner walked out to greet me and make sure I was happy with my service! I loved that, shows she cares about her business and customer service!
