Just had my first laser tattoo removal today. The staff are very helpful, patient, and fair. An all around positive experience, with excellent pricing. read more

I left a one star review on July 29. Laseraway responded on July 30 that they were "acting immediately" and would "reach out within the next business day" as they were dedicated to "making this right". It's all lip service. It's now August 5 and I haven't heard anything. They just post that for appearances. read more

I love coming here for my LHR and Jessica is the absolute best!!!!! She makes me feel super welcomed and comfortable the entire time!

Good deals, but always an hour wait to be seen. Yes with an appointment. The first time I walked in I was here for about 2 hours as they sold me a package deal. Should have seen that as the rule not the exception. read more

This place is an absolute scam. They say they don't post their packages because they're "custom" but you buy them over the phone without a consultation. I asked beforehand what happens if the 6-8 treatments in the package don't work and the sales person on the phone said by treatment 6, the hair will be completely gone, but if for some reason it doesn't work, they would compensate a few more treatments or a refund. Well, the treatments didn't work, and management came at me with "Well, we're not the ones who told you that." And "You signed a contract saying results aren't guaranteed." Then I was ghosted by Lizette after I threatened to get a lawyer. I did sign up with a class action lawsuit, so we'll see what happens. Over $2k for a failed treatment after being lied to that 6 treatments would do the trick, when it costs WAY less at other places who are up front about everything. read more

I always look forward to my appointments at LazerAway Porter Ranch! The team here are patient, informative, and has such a warm personality. Nika is AMAZING -- walks me through every step and checks in constantly to make sure I'm comfortable with the Lazer treatment of my choosing. The entire location is clean and modern, and the team is super welcoming. They give the information, breakdown, and financial information (if you ask to). They did not pressure me in sales. If you're thinking about starting lazer treatments give them a jingle-- you'll be glad you did! read more

Called in for a quick consult and Nikka arranged everything fast and efficiently for me to get my questions answered! Amazing customer service. read more

Love the service and love Dakota. All the staff is doing amazing but this message is for the higher management. The location is very understaffed. Today I had to wait for my appointment for an HOUR! Don't cut corners, you will be losing business. Hire more nurses. I was patient but not every client will be. Another client stormed out very angry due to the long wait time. It's not acceptable, guys. Help your staff. They are doing the best they can but you make their job very hard for no reason. You have the resources. Don't shoot yourself in the foot. Please don't come to the staff and rain hell on them, they are amazing and doing the best they can. They just need the management to help during very busy days. read more

The approach do not prioritizes the customer's needs and preferences, +++ making them not feel valued and understood. Aggressive sales tactics as manipulative and untrustworthy, leading to negative perceptions of the salesperson and the company when they're too focused to swipe your Card before knowing if you have any micropigmentation or tattoo. Be careful Love read more

I truly look forward to my Laseraway appointments. Finding time for self-care is so important and can be stressful. Alex and her team at Laseraway make this seamless. Alex is exceptionally informative and truly has their customers best interest. The clinical team, especially Aza is amazing. I will be a longtime customer. read more

Beware of sales pitches - very nice staff and manager but almost (but didn't) spent over $2k during random visit just to check out the place. She offered a free sample of the service, had giveaways but asked to complete questionnaire - good thing I didn't provide my credit card info for even though I mentioned I am just window Shopping, once they get your cell number they will text and call you almost ten times a day. I was reluctant for I got schemed by a similar approach by a different company at the mall years before so I stood my ground and told them I will think about it. Unfortunately, I gave them my cell number but luckily NOT my credit card number . I read reviews online when I got home and also better business reviews and mixed reviews but leaning towards aggressive sales. I got worried about the negative reviews so I told them via text to stop contacting me And that I will not purchase. I wish I didn't give my cell number though so lesson learned. read more

After the Santa Clarita location cancelled my appointment (just a few hours before it was scheduled to start) the Porter Ranch location was able to quickly squeeze me in despite being late in the day. The customer service is top-notch because not only did they make every attempt to find availability at a closer location to me, but they did so with a friendly, and eager, willingness to help. Thank you, Melissa, for ensuring that my treatments commenced on schedule and for going out of your way to clean up a mess that you didn't make. Thank you! (And 5 stars for my clinician, Aida, for having such a gentle hand and understanding the "look" I wanted) read more

I got my lips and some other filler done here and it was a great process! This location is clean, and just good vibes all around. The nurse injector was great and left me with perfect results. Definitely will always choose this location! read more

I've had acne scars for years and nothing has worked to get rid of them. I decided to do a phone consultation, and Hannah helped me. She was great, answered all my questions and even did a photo assessment of my skin so the nurses could recommend which treatment and how many treatments would be best for me. She sent me before and afters as well so I could see real results. The phone consultation was so easy and saved me a trip to the clinic. I can't wait to get started! read more

Been coming here for a good year now, and out of all the workers who have treatmented me; I have to say that Jessica is amazing! Not that the others are bad, quite the opposite. But Jessica goes above and beyond! It's always a joy when I get her. And love her hair! Give her a raise read more

I had Botox done at LaserAway about a month ago. They injected 50 units into my face, forehead, and around my eyes. Unfortunately, after two weeks, I didn't see any results at all. I went back to them for a follow-up, hoping they would either give me a credit or do another injection. They told me they couldn't inject more than 50 units. When I asked for a credit, they refused. I called them again today to explain that the Botox still hadn't worked on my face, and so far, they haven't given me any credit. read more

They are amazing here. Top knotch customer service and very knowledge technicians. Everything is always well explained. I have done 2 sessions of the clear and brilliant and so far I am absolutely thrilled with my results. My last visit they were able to fit me in after another person had booked me in Sacramento for my appointment. read more

I had a the best phone consultation with Hannah. She was so thorough and answered every question I had about tattoo removal. She even did a photo assessment of my tattoo and had the nurses take a look to see how many sessions I needed. The phone consultation was so easy, & I didn't feel pressured being face to face. It even saved me a trip to the clinic because now my first time at the clinic will be for my appointment. read more

Laserway is super clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff are all extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer. You can tell they really know what they're doing and care about your experience. I would definitely recommend Laserway to anyone looking for quality care and results! read more

This is my second tattoo removal session. Service has been great from the beginning. Very kind and friendly, professional.

Today was the grand opening at the Porter Ranch location. It was my first time getting laser so I was definitely nervous, but the staff made me feel so confident and safe about my treatment. Everyone was very welcoming and it was very clean and organized. I was greeted and treated by Chelsea who was extremely friendly and helpful. She explained everything that was going to happen and what I was going to feel. Basically, the feeling is like small pinches but followed by a cool sensation so the pain is VERY minimal. From someone who got waxed for years I can vouch and say laser is less painful. I recommend Laser Away 100% and will be back soon (hopefully not too soon) read more

Customer service refuses to reply after almost a year of emails. They refuse a refund for violating hippa and scamming.

I went in for a consultation many months ago to the Woodland Hills, CA location. I was told by the company representative manager that IPL (laser) would help get rid of my alleged sun damage. I paid for a pack of 6 services. I then went in for the IPL and the Laser Away nurse said that IPL would do more harm and it was not approved for my skin. She said the heat would cause more melasma. Long story short I would NEVER go to any Laser Away facilities. I've told all of my family, friends and clients to NEVER go there too. Multiple times since July Laser Away has promised me a refund check over 900$. I have not received the money. I keep getting the run around which is very dismissive and patronizing. Furthermore there is no consistency on service recommendations. The manager said I was a candidate for IPL and the other staff said no. Lastly Amanda in the corporate office responded to one email that my money would be refunded via check. She has not responded to several calls and emails as I've been following up. I've told all of the people around me to NEVER go to this company. Horrible experience that has left me feeling insignificant and in despair. read more

Where to begin. They oversold their treatment plan - saying it would cost 219$ for 10 treatments which would be 2190$ but their loan servicer charged 5000$+. Conmen. Their treatments didn't work bc they wouldn't increase the laser intensity in time to make you come back for more treatments. Did Brazilian and was promised the same nurse, but they gave a new nurse each time which is humiliating. My last session the burned my face which made me stop going to them. My facial hair was the same as when I first started getting treatments. Now I'm stuck paying $2000+ for a terrible service while I go get my face lasered at ProLase (where I'm already seeing results). LaserAway is a group of savages. read more

Just got started on my long journey of tattoo removal with Laser Away... and I can say after my first appointment I am very pleased with my experience. The girls at the front desk were super friendly and nice. My nurse was running a little behind but the front desk ladies (Lisette and I want to say Jaya but I might be wrong!) kept me updated and they were attentive. The spoke with professionalism and even offered a beverage to me for the wait. The nurse I had was Jessica, she was professional, informative, and we bonded over us being RNs. She was honest and kept me up to date throughout the laser process. This was my first time getting laser hair removal and Jessica was gracious throughout my appointment. Overall, the laser part wasn't bad. For anyone that doesn't know, it feels like a little rubber band snapping at you at sporadic moments. I also have a slightly higher pain tolerance but let me tell you this was NOTHING compared to waxing. If you get waxed invest in laser. Trust me - wasn't terrible. It might change as my sessions go on but honestly nothing can be worse than waxing lol. This establishment is brand new, the location has tons of parking, you might just have to walk a little bit depending on the time of day as it is next to a Whole Foods, but overall not terrible parking. The staff was friendly and again professional, and they all seem to love their jobs! I can't wait to continue my treatments! They also offer other services like Botox and fillers so there's that for others too. read more

Elizabeth was the one who got me signed up and made me feel great with my decisions! I totally forgot the other girls name but she was amazing too! Would give Laser Away Porter Ranch 10 stars if I could!!! The best med spa! I came in for the first time about 6 weeks ago. The two ladies at the front, Nicole and Lisette, were so sweet! It was my first time getting injectables but their kindness and extensive knowledge made me feel incredibly calm and at ease. They were super nice and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The nurse, Jess, is very professional - I recommend her for any treatments. She was also really nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Absolutely IN LOVE with my results today! Going back for the hydrafacial and I already can't wait. Will 100% return for any of my treatments in the future! read more

I've been going to laser away for a little over a year now and this is my first time going to the Porto Ranch location and I wish I would have been able to sooner! A little late on my review. Had my first appointment for laser/Botox last week on Thursday. The girls at the front desk were so accommodating from making my appointments and answering questions that I had. Unfortunately I don't remember their name. I loved my Botox procedure. Cassi (I do remember) was awesome, She was very friendly and sweet. I wasn't afraid at all. I love their new location at the Vineyard in Porter Ranch. I will be coming for more. read more

How lucky do I feel to have this place so close to my house!!! The last time I did Laser was 20 years ago, and I've been nervous about trying it again on areas of my body that I hadn't yet tackled. When I saw the signs go up that Laser Away was opening right by my new house I was thrilled to try it. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed! There are so many reasons... 1. When I first called to learn about the company and the program, I was able to sign up for a package deal which included free financing, which I loved. I felt the pricing was fair and I got a lot of bang for my buck. 2. When I went in for my first appointment, I was greeted by two lovely receptionist, who were so sweet and accommodating, Lisette and Jaya. They were able to answer all my questions, and even helped me select some additional treatments, and take advantage of all the promos in the best way possible. 3. Jessica was the nurse that did my treatments and she was so lovely, so knowledgeable, and made me feel 100% at ease. It was clear that she was very experienced and really explained what to expect during and after each treatment. To be honest, I was concerned with a new location, I was going to get an inexperienced technician however, that was far from the case as Jessica has been with Laser Away for years at their other locations. That was a huge relief and made me feel so comfortable. 4. The place itself is so neat and clean. 5. I had initially gone in for just a laser treatment and ended up being able to book my clear and brilliant facial the same day. I realize that this is a function of them being new so they had that flexibility, but I loved it. Thank you to everyone at Laser Away for such a great first experience. Looking forward to many more! read more
