Terrible experience. This business repeatedly changed my appointment, then changed the price per unit. I spoke with a supervisor Nicolette, and the way I was treated was rude and unprofessional. How are customers supposed to trust a business that won't stick to its schedule or its pricing? The constant changes wasted my time and made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to leave an exceptional review for Nicolette and her team! Place is super clean. She was so welcoming, attentive, and professional, and made my appointment quick, easy, and seamless. The customer service was truly amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back and telling my friends about this place !!! read more

I had such a great experience at this med spa! Everything from start to finish was amazing, and the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Nicolette was especially great--she was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I'm so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great med spa! read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! False advertisement!!!!!!!! They advertised 8/unit and when I went in I SPECIFICALLY asked for 30 units (mind you, in the advertisement it states baby tox special NO WHERE did it state it had to be 40 units minimum) fast forward to treatment the the RN came in and questioned why I didn't want more and pressured me to get more. I told her no only 30 because I don't want to look frozen and so she told me she would be giving me total of 15 units for "free" the entire time they were speaking in their Armenian language and thought it was really rude! The RN stated she would leave it still for 8/units when I go back and when I check out to pay they told me because I only got 30 units I would have to pay full price 10/unit I was nice enough to not start drama but this place is a fraud and UNPROFESSIONAL STAYYYY AWAY!!!!!!! ST Med Spa - Medical Spas Near Me - Encino, California

From the start, booking an appointment was incredibly easy and the response time was very quick, which I really appreciated. Today I came in for Botox with Cynthia, NP. I had originally purchased 60 units, but Cynthia took the time to carefully assess my facial structure and muscle movement and explained that it might be better to start with fewer units until she gets more familiar with how my muscles respond. I truly appreciated her honesty and professionalism, she didn't try to push the full 60 units I had planned on getting, which made me feel like she genuinely had my best interest in mind. She was very knowledgeable, took time to educate me, and made the whole process feel comfortable and personalized. The staff at the spa were also very welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my experience. ST Med Spa has definitely gained a new patient, and I will absolutely be returning! read more

I've been coming to S.T. Med Spa for a long time now. Beautiful place, super friendly staff. Most importantly, I have the best nurse practitioner doing my botox, skinvive and PRP. CYNTHIA IS AMAZING! She's highly skilled and professional. Her attention to detail is unmatched and needless to say, she has a very light touch. No pain, no discomfort during any treatment. She makes the experience super comfortable and pleasant. Book your appointment with her and see for yourself! Thank you Cynthia and S.T. Med Spa! read more

I seriously can't rave enough about this place! From the second you walk in, you're greeted with the warmest, friendliest staff who make you feel so welcome and at ease. I've been coming to St. Med Spa for years, and every single experience has been absolutely above and beyond--they never miss! Sukhi is truly an artist! His work is flawless, and he always makes me feel so confident and cared for. I've also had the pleasure of getting an IV treatment from Cynthia, who is also amazing--professional, and kind. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire team! You guys are the best, and I'm beyond grateful for all of you! read more

Your response is disappointing and full of false accusations. I stand firmly by everything I said in my review--and I have a witness who was present and can confirm exactly what was discussed during my visit. It's extremely unfair to label my honest experience as "lies" or "defamation" simply because it doesn't paint your clinic in a perfect light. What's even more troubling is that you're accusing me of having bad intentions, when in fact I came to your clinic based on the promises and results you advertise. Unfortunately, those promises were misleading, and that's why I spoke up--so that others can make informed decisions. Instead of taking accountability or even offering respectful dialogue, you've chosen to deflect blame and personally attack me. That says far more about your business ethics than anything I wrote. I have every right to share my personal experience, "I see no benefit in continuing this conversation. This will be my final response." read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. The front desk girls are the sweetest and super helpful. Tara is amazing and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of all clients. My mom and I had such a great conversation with her and we truly enjoyed it! I had an appointment with Cynthia for lip filler and Cynthia took the time to examine my lips and noticed that there were quite a few bumps throughout. She explained to me that it would be in my best interest to have the bumps dissolved today and get filler later on, in order for my lips to be symmetrical and smooth! I value the honesty and excellent service at this place. Keep up the great work and see you soon xoxo read more

I used to love this place but I will never go back. The owner and the receptionist Sarah, are rude and not welcoming. There are plenty of med spas in the valley that are good if not better with welcoming staff and people who actually care about their clients. I believe also, their deals are good because the botox is expired or expiring. Will not be back, they definitely ruined it. I have proof of asking you all if there was expired botox via text. Also, prior to the possibly expired botox incident, two other people I referred also communicated expired potential botox from your med spa. Its hard to have a conversation with you as it felt culturally inappropriate given the way you responded and handled things. I also see why your entire front staff and office manager is no longer there. read more

Another visit for me at ST Medspa today. . I could not believe it had been a year since I had done my lips. First time with Tony. He was very nice and professional. I told him I wanted something very natural so I usually use only half a syringe of Versa. He listened carefully and I barely felt anything when he injected the filler. I am very pleased with the results. The picture is about 15 minutes after I left. I highly recommend Tony as an injector. read more

After relocating to California from NY, I was in need of a new injector. I owned a medi-spa for 20 years in New York City. As a result, I am extremely picky about my injector and only want a natural look. Luckily, a friend recommended me Suk at S.T. Med Spa. Suk and his team are beyond amazing. Suk's eye for detail and passion for perfection make him one of the best injectors from L.A. to N.Y.C. To top off the fabulous space, amazing customer service and skillful injection techniques, The pricing is so affordable. It's seriously hard to believe I'm getting such an amazing service at such an unbelivable price! read more

EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! This review is long over due, I am not kidding when I'm saying every person that is considering cosmetic procedures, whether it's their first time or they had an experience with other clinics. This place will perform miracles to your face, body, soul, bank account, and long term goals. Let me start by saying this is not the first place I went to, I probably went to 7-10 clinics to get some fillers/Botox, but I never found a place I could trust with more expensive and complex procedures I wanted to get done, as you can see on my before picture, my face is naturally very round, chubby cheeks, and very asymmetrical, no amount of makeup contour could really help, nor fillers I've tried. My dream was always to have a defined, symmetrical face I could just be proud of and not have to use much make up on once my skin and face will look like a healthy canvas. I went to get hundreds of consultations, advising me buccal fat removal surgery, face lifts etc.. Even the non surgical procedures gave me an estimate of over 5-10k and I wasn't ready for that, especially when I didn't feel comfortable enough with the place or injectors that gave an impression they would do anything you'll ask without warning what could happen in the future as long as you pay. Once I found Tara and Suk, I had a detailed consultation, they took a very close look on my skins condition, my natural structure, and explained to me in Great detail what options I have, all while being extremely patient, NEVER pushy, and very generous with their time without me even paying a dime at this point. They built me a plan to achieve my goals, and with the warm and welcoming feeling I got from them I decided to invest with them. As you can see, this is how my face is looking after a PDO thread lift, fillers, Botox, and Morpheus 8, and as it might sound expensive, I actually saved thousands of dollars by not even getting half of the fillers and procedures other place's recommended me to get, and all that is while I'm almost selling myself and telling them what I was advised, they were actually the ones to get me off the idea while explaining me why I wouldn't need it while demonstrating and explaining what damage it could cause me with age or skin tissue, It's very uncommon to find a place that won't take money you are almost making so easy to take. I was amazed by how much money I saved, how welcome I felt, what a professional and detailed consultation I had and obviously how gorgeous they made me look, they literally made my dreams come true with zero pain or down time. Suki and Tara, and the rest of the amazing team at ST med spa, you guys changed my life, you are the best place I ever came across and I am a client for life! I will highly recommend to anyone!! It's such a hidden gem and they deserve to be known! If anyone has questions or would like to see more before or after pics they are welcome to message me! read more

It's been two weeks since my treatment and this is the BEST botox treatment I've gotten in 10 years. Everytime I get botox, no matter how much I ask to have it done in a way where my eyebrows don't drop down, no one's been able to do it. I don't know how but I got an eyebrow lift and am SOO satisfied with the job he did, there are no words! I finally don't look like Jack Nicholson from the Shining. I came in for a consultation after seeing their lovely work on social media. I was charmed by the vibe they gave off, the stunning results they post, and by the personalities of the nurses here. I was sold before coming in. Unfortunately, the vibe I got in person was totally different. The nurses were a bit standoffish and my consultation was flabbergasting. My consultation began with "you are beautiful" and before I could finish saying "thank you" she interrupted me with "but, BUT, BUUUT" and proceeded to tell me areas that she felt I could benefit from adding filler to. I had been to other consultations before this experience and was surprised and saddened by the fact that this is how clients are approached here. Especially when discussing a person's face, I think that it is important to ask the client what their goals are rather than to project beauty standards or insecurities on the client in the hopes that they will splurge on more than what they came in for. I personally was hoping for a more natural enhancement than what she recommended. I appreciate honesty and input because that is what I expect from a consultation, but she was set on trying to convince me that I needed a lot more work than I had asked for. At the end of my consultation she asked me if I had any questions so I expressed a few concerns that I had from my research about risks and anecdotal accounts that I had found online, expecting to receive some reassurance before making such a big decision. Instead of pretending to listen, she scoffed at me and said "okay first of all don't read anything. Just do it. If you read anything you're not gonna want to do it." I was astounded by this response and completely lost trust in anyone here unfortunately. I so wanted to love my experience here. The fact that she is the manager here made me lose trust in the service that I would receive. I was offered a good deal, but ended up going to another medspa instead because of how thoughtful, compassionate, and educated their team was. ** You can see just by going through others' 1 star reviews on this page that the owners refuse to take accountability and are very aggressive in their responses to poor feedback. read more

Great quality and very friendly. Foe Botox so far I see better result than other place I was going.

I hate to leave reviews like this but I wanted to make sure others were aware before visiting this spa. If I could leave a review for Tony alone it would be 5 stars: excellent beside manner, super gentle touch, knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable during my appointment. I'd love to be able to continue seeing him for my treatments. The thing that lost me was the woman (I'm assuming the owner) who checked me out after my appointment did not allow me to use my alle points towards my appointment. I was referred here by a friend who was told she could use her points when they match a Groupon and I used to work at a high ranking Allergan Med Spa, have visited other spas prior to that and I have never heard of an office having a policy that excludes patients from using points they have earned. Because I came in during their March special, my "total was not high enough to use all of my points" and when I called to follow up I was told "when patients have a lot of points we don't use them all. It's our policy" I'll be calling Allergan to follow up on if offices are allowed to do this, but if you're looking for a spa to use your points you've earned from spending money your better off finding somewhere else that doesn't have different rules for every patient. read more

I recently tried S T and I must say, the customer service was excellent (got an amazing deal online - for first time customers). The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff was very friendly, but I'm not sure I would go back. I've been getting injections for almost four years now (including fillers) and I found this recent experience to be the most painful. There are usually a few pricks that sting a bit, but I left there in a good amount of pain. My forehead ached for at least an hour afterwards, which has never happened before. Thankfully, I had only one tiny bruise the next morning. Also, this place is very expensive!! Much more expensive than some of the other med spa's I've visited (I got a filler for $400 at another place in sherman oaks, S T charges $700 for the same service). Hence the 3 star review, I subtracted a star for the unusual pain and another because in my opinion, they're a little over priced (however, their prices are comparable to some other establishments). read more

Where to begin? Well, I was searching for 6 yrs for someone I could trust with lip filler. I found S.T. Med Spa on IG. I read reviews good and no so flattering. I watched reel after reel. Picture after picture, I finally made an appointment to have 1/2 syringe of Versa Lips. Came in 10 mins before my appt, the gorgeous Shuki, if I'm not mistaken, started my paper work, numbed my lips, and was just as beautiful inside as out. Then Tony, my injector came to get me, we chatted it up, he told me what to expect and he was supportive and helpful. He was AMAZING! If you are having any doubts about getting filler, go to S.T. Med Spa, they got you covered. Tony also told me I was going to want another half, I think he's right. But,for now , I'm super happy with my results. I will update in a couple weeks. read more

I can only speak for my own experience... after looking through many injectors and med spas I came across st med spa and read tons of positive reviews about their male injector... I got a good vibe and decided to book an appointment. I wasn't sure I would be getting the male nurse as my injector but I was sure hoping so.... I'm terrible with names but It's the same nurse every review raves about... P.S. my reviews aren't fake and my profile is 100% legit. This review is so long overdue, I have been coming to this place for the least several years. I don't think there are any words to describe these amazing people and the work they do. If you are looking for a great place for your cosmetic needs then don't think twice, you won't regret it. Once again thank you for the amazing customer service and amazing results. read more

**This is not a sponsored review** My personal honest opinion based on multiple experiences ST Medspa. For some context, I am someone who is a bit of a skeptic which gives me a more critical lens so you can take my word for it. Initially I came to ST Medspa for their deals and very competitive prices but chose to stay because of, not only the quality of work they deliver but for the amazing staff and ambience. Shirin the office manager is always so friendly and welcoming. In my previous treatments I worked with Tony, who is so funny that the botox feels like feathers not needles because he makes you laugh so much. Today I had my first morpheous 8 treatment with Cynthia, who made me feel so reassured, comforted and safe in her hands. I was apprehensive about the procedure but she made me feel okay and that if I had any questions to reach out whenever. So of course, I am home now and a long list of silly questions pop in my head and she patiently answered them all and even said "no question is w silly question". I really appreciated that in itself and I thought it was time I share my experiences from ST Medspa here on yelp. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to make you even more beautiful go here!! Thanks for reading. read more
