For parking, there's about 20 or so spots and metered parking on Ventura and adjacent streets. --- Treatments--- Some treatments/services include lip and facial treatments, chemical peels, body treatments, wrinkle and anti-aging treatments, hand, acne, eye, and more; there's a full list on the website of treatments and such so definitely take a look. There's some great serums (Vitamin C serum, eye serum, etc) that various family members have used as well as myself and the results are fantastic. I felt the need to write this review to warn any new potential customers about the bruising that I have had for over two months from PCO threading that was done by Shala Sina on Dec 23, 2019 and the unprofessionalism that I encountered from trying to contact her about the extreme bruising that occured and did not go away after two months (so far) Upon going in to the Tarzana office for two PDO threads to lift under the eyes and letting Shala know I was going home to family in two days for the holiday and was concerned with bruising, she assured me that this procedure would not have bruising and I have the before pic taken at her Tarzana clinic below. She recommended adding smaller PDO threads under the eyes as well as the longer ones and I expressed concern for any bruising which she said would not occur. She added in the PDO's to the right side and I saw some discoloration happen and she quickly said, "that is just a tiny bruise that will go away in days." and then added a small bottle of oil that she said would help it go away in a few days". The bruising actually swelled up the following day and got a lot worse. For Christmas with family the idea of looking "refreshed" as was my reason for spending $1000 for her services actually backfired, as the new phrase to me was, "what happened to you" I texted her the images of my right eye and her response was, "You look like a tough guy" with no offer or help or advice about this bruising. After a month I still had bruising on my eye and texted her and called to see what was going on and I received no response. I tried a third time after two months and got no response so I then texted her that I hadn't heard back from her after now two months with a bruise that I still had on my right eye. Her response was, "I told you there might be some bruising" and I wrote back that I was very concerned because it was over two months now and after not hearing from her I learned of Bromelain supplements(500 mg) which I was now taking and acupuncture which might help the bruising go away." that I learned from other sources since I wasn't getting any assistance or recommendations from Shala for this blotched up eye that she left me with. She said she would then credit me for the service the following day. I checked in with her the following day and she completely changed course texting, "I have done nothing wrong. I will have my attorney take care of it." This was so discerning as I would never treat a client in this manner to leave them blotched up and then not at the very least try to remedy the situation by either finding a way to fix the brusing or credit back the money for the disasterous results I have had to show in my face for over the last two months as people see my face. I really believe that either was Dysport applied instead of Botox or the ratio of Botox dilution could cause the reduction of effectiveness!
