I came here yesterday to get masseter injections specifically for TMJ. It was my first time here and I had never gotten this treatment before. Wendy took me back to the room and was absolutely lovely. Tatian was my injector and explained everything well enough. We agreed on injecting Dysport for my TMJ. However, then she moved on to tell me that I'm an excellent candidate for a Nefertiti lift and pointed out shadowing around my chin and minor sagging. I was not here for a cosmetic procedure and it was really, really off-putting that she suggested anything. Had I been there for anything cosmetic and had asked her for recommendations, that absolutely would have been fine. After our consultation, Wendy came back in with the pricing for me and noticed that I was getting a quote for cosmetic services I did not come in for and without me saying anything, she gently assured me that it's okay to just get what I came in for. I appreciate Wendy's attention and good heart so much it's unbelievable because I almost did go for the recommendation because I was so blindsided. This was my first time getting Botox ever and I was not happy with my experience. First the lady who checked me in and was taking my photos clearly had no idea what I was coming in for and assumed I came in to get Botox for my neck. I was there to get masseter Botox and you would think the first thing they would clarify is what the patient is coming in for. Rebecca was the one who injected the Botox and the vibes were so off with her. The minute she walked into my room it seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me and everything felt so awkward. Like she was trying to act nice but it came across so fake. And she knew this was my first time getting Botox but didn't really educate me about the process and gave no post care consultation at all. The whole thing felt so rushed and it felt like she was trying to leave the room as soon as she administered the Botox so I didn't even feel comfortable asking her any questions. I had quite a bit of jaw pain afterwards so I had to Google myself what I should take when this information should have been provided to me by Rebecca. Shoutout to Elnaz Navid who speaks Spanish and was so friendly and helpful to us! This was the first time in my life ever getting anything done to my face so I was a bit nervous however, as soon as my father and I walked in, we were welcomed and made to feel so safe and comfortable. Elnaz, the young lady who helped us out, spoke Spanish Which was very helpful since my father prefers to speak in Spanish. The whole procedure was so fast, it really helped to get some facial numbing cream before hand. I got a few Xeomin Botox shots to my nasal folds for those smile lines and for my chin and forehead. I also got the PRF under eye injection for those dreaded eye bags. I could see an immediate difference in my under eyes and this past week I can tell my face is looking smoother and more youthful. Love my micro-needling sessions with Rebecca! She's amazing. I see results in 2 sessions

They offer a free consultation which I took for micro needling, as I haven't ever done that before. The PA was nice, assured me it wouldn't hurt, and gave me a quote for some of the work she recommended. They're not cheap, but I booked a session anyways just to see if it's worth it. I'm glad to say that it didn't hurt for my first time! I can't say my face visibly looks any different after on time but it did feel smoother.
