At other clinics I was paying $16 per Botox unit; here, it's $11--and that generosity came at a time in my life when I really needed it. Even beyond cost, the results are better. I've noticed I need fewer units here, and they last longer. That's because the team at Lazer Lounge knows exactly how to maximize each injection without diluting the product. I feel this review is important for others to read. I normally don't write reviews often but I feel this one is necessary to save others from wasting their time. I had an 11:15am appointment scheduled today, and they called to reschedule me at 10:10am. That was after I had already driven for an hour because I had left at 9am. I always plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to avoid any inconvenience because I live almost two hours away. Instead, I drove almost 4 hours round trip, wasted gas money, had other activities canceled, and for what? An appointment they didn't bother to honor. Their excuse was that the nurse had an "emergency." I understand emergencies can happen, but any legitimate professional business will have some sort of backup system. Looking at other reviews, I realized I'm not the only one who has experienced last minute cancellations here. That tells me this is more of a recurring issue than an isolated mistake. If you live close by and don't mind the risk of being canceled on at the last minute, maybe this place works for you. But if you value your time and reliability, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I've had thousands of dollars of lasering done at multiple locations (some of which are now out of business), but you cannot beat Lazer Lounge for price. In my experience, the staff are kind and efficient, they let you book via texting if you're one of those people who hate the phone, they have their prices transparently on their website, and they're flexible if you need to reschedule. Rima is my usual technician she's super friendly and really not afraid to get in there to make sure you get full coverage/don't miss a single spot (which is exactly what you want in a laser tech). I've had great results, too (not all lasers are equal, believe me). I've also been very happy with the injections I've had here, which are also reasonably priced. Rita has been my injector and she is great. She listens to what you want, is gentle, and never seems to bruise me. read more

Nurse practitioner Rita is absolutely amazing. She transforms your lips and you don't ever have to worry about anything in regards to shape. Unfortunately, my filler has not lasted as well as I thought it would and I just got it right before New Year's on the 25th or something like that. I was going to give a four out of five because I did reach out and I wasn't accommodated as a I pleased but to be honest I called again and I discussed with the front desk and they recommended I set up an appointment and gave me appointment for Saturday as a follow up so Rita can see what's going on and adjust accordingly. But afterthought I don't think it's fair to give 4 to 5, because truly nurse practitioner. Rita's work is amazing and regardless of the accommodation or not, I highly recommend. I normally don't write these kinds of reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I was extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled today. I drove nearly two hours in traffic to show up on time, only to be told that the provider I was scheduled with wasn't in--and apparently doesn't even work on Wednesdays. How was I supposed to know that? No one called, texted, or emailed to cancel or reschedule. I was just expected to show up for an appointment that should never have been booked in the first place. While the front desk staff apologized multiple times, and I do appreciate that, it doesn't change the fact that my time and energy were completely disrespected. Mistakes happen, but this was a breakdown in basic professionalism. Clients deserve clear communication and accountability--not to be left rearranging their schedules and wasting hours because someone didn't double-check a calendar. I'm sharing this so the business is aware of how these kinds of issues impact clients--and hopefully, they can improve their booking process so this doesn't happen to others. read more

The Nurse Practitioner is nice but not much caring about your concerns so much.. she does her job and wants you out. if u stay there asking or looking at the mirror more than 4 minutes to make sure ur satisfied with results she still ask her assistant to bring next client in while ur still there.. I walked out got into my car and looked in the mirror seen a nostril a little higher than the other so I wanted to ask if its normal went back in and the receptionist said she had no time if I wanted I can go back at the end of her day.
