I have been coming to Lazer Lounge for the last 7 years and have had a great experience with all my treatments. I highly recommend.

I had my Botox done with Rita and I'm so happy with the results! I've had Botox before where my eyes got puffy afterward, so I was a little worried, but this time I had ZERO puffiness. Everything looks so natural and refreshed. Rita did an amazing job! read more

If you're considering laser hair removal and comparing clinics, let me save you the time and tell you that this is the place. I've been both a client and an employee at several med spas and plastic surgery practices across LA and I can confidently say this is the most welcoming and stress free laser hair removal practice in the city. Every nurse I've had with here has been amazing and the front desk associates (shoutout to Bella!) are consistently so kind and sweet to me. It actually took me a long time to finally commit to laser hair removal and I tried starting the process three separate times elsewhere, but between the affordability and the genuine comfort I feel here, this is the first place that's made it an appointment I can actually look forward to. My experience has been so exceptional that I got my sister a gift card here for one of her Christmas presents this year! True luxury without the intimidation. Once you come here, you'll be disappointed anywhere else. Xo read more

Amazing experience at Lazer Lounge with all of the nurses. Very professional and thorough.

I've been going here for years! The nurses and staff are great! I see the progress!!!

I've been meaning to write this review for months now--every time I leave Lazer Lounge, I walk out so impressed that I tell myself I'll write something right away, because the team here truly deserves it. What makes this place special is that it doesn't feel like just a business. Everyone who works here genuinely cares, and it shows in the way they treat each person who walks through the door. They take pride in every detail: who they hire, how they train, and the way they create such a seamless, private, and comfortable experience for any dermatological or health procedure. The location itself is perfect--Studio City, right at the juncture of the 134 and the 101, with easy access whether you're coming from downtown, Encino, or West Hollywood. Unlike clinics in busier neighborhoods, parking here is simple, the environment is calm, and the staff greets you with warmth. The space is breathtaking: part spa, part clinic, with beautiful stonework, elegant architecture, and masterful interior design. It feels both high-end and welcoming at the same time. What I really appreciate is that while the services are top-tier, they don't overprice themselves. At other clinics I was paying $16 per Botox unit; here, it's $11--and that generosity came at a time in my life when I really needed it. Even beyond cost, the results are better. I've noticed I need fewer units here, and they last longer. That's because the team at Lazer Lounge knows exactly how to maximize each injection without diluting the product. The touch is so delicate that the procedure is over before you realize it started. So far, I've only gone for Botox, but as my budget allows, I'm excited to begin laser treatments here as well. I trust them fully, not only because of their results, but because they always take the time to explain what they're doing in a clear and educational way. Lazer Lounge is the bestttt!!! read more

Lazer Lounge - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Studio City, California

A little about my experience. At the age of 44 I decided to start doing laser hair removal. What a great location to start this journey of mine. When you're younger you wanna be in and out of appointments. As you get older you want to be more informed and take time with appointments. My appointment was made the sweetest receptionist Taguhi, who not only assured me that I've made the right decision but also went over all necessary details about before and after care. My appointment was with Nurse Elen, she was patient and informative. She was encouraging and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Thank you ladies! See you all very soon. read more

Amazing experience every time! I've been coming to Lazer Lounge for over 6 years, and I can confidently say they're the best in the business! The entire team is professional, friendly, and always takes the time to explain every procedure in detail. Rita is absolutely amazing -- whether it's fillers, Botox, or lifts, she always delivers perfect results and makes me feel completely comfortable. Their prices are fair, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality of care is outstanding. I trust them completely with all my aesthetic needs and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend! read more

Rita was amazing, she made my first experience seamlessly and great ! I would highly recommend!

I came to Lazer Lounge after I was referred by a friend and I can only say amazing things about this place! The aesthetic of the office is beautiful and the staff is very kind. I saw nurse Rita for my Botox and she took the time to listen to my needs and we came up with a game plan for my future appointments. She is more on the conservative/natural side which is exactly what I was looking for. Lastly their prices are very reasonable and they don't try to pressure you into doing more than what you want. Definitely check out all their services! read more

I feel this review is important for others to read. I normally don't write reviews often but I feel this one is necessary to save others from wasting their time. I had an 11:15am appointment scheduled today, and they called to reschedule me at 10:10am. That was after I had already driven for an hour because I had left at 9am. I always plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to avoid any inconvenience because I live almost two hours away. Instead, I drove almost 4 hours round trip, wasted gas money, had other activities canceled, and for what? An appointment they didn't bother to honor. Their excuse was that the nurse had an "emergency." I understand emergencies can happen, but any legitimate professional business will have some sort of backup system. Looking at other reviews, I realized I'm not the only one who has experienced last minute cancellations here. That tells me this is more of a recurring issue than an isolated mistake. If you live close by and don't mind the risk of being canceled on at the last minute, maybe this place works for you. But if you value your time and reliability, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I've had thousands of dollars of lasering done at multiple locations (some of which are now out of business), but you cannot beat Lazer Lounge for price. In my experience, the staff are kind and efficient, they let you book via texting if you're one of those people who hate the phone, they have their prices transparently on their website, and they're flexible if you need to reschedule. Rima is my usual technician she's super friendly and really not afraid to get in there to make sure you get full coverage/don't miss a single spot (which is exactly what you want in a laser tech). I've had great results, too (not all lasers are equal, believe me). I've also been very happy with the injections I've had here, which are also reasonably priced. Rita has been my injector and she is great. She listens to what you want, is gentle, and never seems to bruise me. read more

I've been coming to LazerLounge in Studio City and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The place is spotless, modern, and has such a great atmosphere. I've been coming here for years and I'm happy with it. All the staff is so nice and knowledgeable.

Nurse practitioner Rita is absolutely amazing. She transforms your lips and you don't ever have to worry about anything in regards to shape. Unfortunately, my filler has not lasted as well as I thought it would and I just got it right before New Year's on the 25th or something like that. I was going to give a four out of five because I did reach out and I wasn't accommodated as a I pleased but to be honest I called again and I discussed with the front desk and they recommended I set up an appointment and gave me appointment for Saturday as a follow up so Rita can see what's going on and adjust accordingly. But afterthought I don't think it's fair to give 4 to 5, because truly nurse practitioner. Rita's work is amazing and regardless of the accommodation or not, I highly recommend. Again, this is for lip filler. I have not tried any other service there..yet ! read more

Amazing Staff! Doesn't push anything! Very clean and up to date environment! Would recommend over and over

Great they moved now closer I'm gonna be here more often ! They are great and the prices are so amazing and affordable!

The Nurse Practitioner is nice but not much caring about your concerns so much.. she does her job and wants you out. if u stay there asking or looking at the mirror more than 4 minutes to make sure ur satisfied with results she still ask her assistant to bring next client in while ur still there.. I walked out got into my car and looked in the mirror seen a nostril a little higher than the other so I wanted to ask if its normal went back in and the receptionist said she had no time if I wanted I can go back at the end of her day. Seems she cares more about the quantity than the quality. read more

I normally don't write these kinds of reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. I was extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled today. I drove nearly two hours in traffic to show up on time, only to be told that the provider I was scheduled with wasn't in--and apparently doesn't even work on Wednesdays. How was I supposed to know that? No one called, texted, or emailed to cancel or reschedule. I was just expected to show up for an appointment that should never have been booked in the first place. While the front desk staff apologized multiple times, and I do appreciate that, it doesn't change the fact that my time and energy were completely disrespected. Mistakes happen, but this was a breakdown in basic professionalism. Clients deserve clear communication and accountability--not to be left rearranging their schedules and wasting hours because someone didn't double-check a calendar. I'm sharing this so the business is aware of how these kinds of issues impact clients--and hopefully, they can improve their booking process so this doesn't happen to others. read more
