My new favorite med spa! The staff here is so friendly, parking is always available in front, and you can't beat their specials. I actually followed Vahe here from another med spa and haven't looked back, lol. If you are looking for a great med spa with easy scheduling and amazing deals, you definitely want to check this place out.

She numbed my face prior to the procedure and it did not hurt at all. She educated me well on the post-treatment instructions, and I didn't have any issues at all. I'm already getting compliments about how good my skin looks and that I look younger. I ended up buying two more treatments and will request Suzanna for my next two visits as well! As a nurse I am very careful where I go for procedures that have a possibility of causing damage if they're not performed properly. I really trust this clinic for my skincare, as I've had several facial treatments here and they have all been effective and the staff are all very skilled and professional!

Unfortunately, another disappointing experience at Skin Agency, and this was the third time I've…read moreleft feeling frustrated by how this business handles its customers. My technician was accommodating, but the issue for me is much bigger than the technician. I went in for their Monday/Friday special and was steered toward a different neurotoxin than the one I originally booked. What wasn't clearly explained to me were the parameters of the special. I ended up paying more than expected and didn't realize I hadn't received the promotional price until I got home and actually looked at the numbers. I also had a $50 credit from a previous consultation. During that visit, I wasn't medically cleared by the person handling the consultation, but since I was already there, I was offered a very quick technician appointment for $50. I was told that amount would be credited toward a future service. What I wasn't told was that I had to use the credit within one month. Had I known that, I wouldn't have agreed to the appointment. Unfortunately, they refused to apply the $50 because it was past the one-month window. And this isn't the first time I've tried to find a reasonable solution with them. Another time, I purchased one of their packages but ended up having to go out of town for work, so I wasn't able to use the package within the promotional timeframe. I completely understood that the original deal had an expiration date and wasn't asking them to honor the expired promotion. I reached out afterward and simply asked if I could use the face-value amount I had already paid toward another service instead. I was more than willing to forgo the original deal and just apply what I had already spent as a credit. They wouldn't budge -- not even a little. What really bothers me is the lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution. I'm not expecting a business to ignore its policies, but there should be some level of customer service and discretion when a customer is trying to work with you in good faith. After realizing I'd also overpaid for my most recent service, I called to explain my frustration and was again told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to send an email. I'm still waiting for a return call from corporate, so I'm hoping someone there will actually take the time to listen and address what happened. At this point, I've lost hundreds of dollars here between credits, packages, and pricing issues, and I don't feel like there's anyone actually advocating for the customer. I understand businesses have policies, but good customer service is also about communication, transparency, and trying to make things right when something wasn't clearly explained. After multiple experiences where I've tried to be reasonable and meet them halfway, only to be met with a hard "no," I've reached my limit. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Helen helped us sort it all out with so much patience and a smile. My husband joked that we were like two children who needed a lot of assistance, and she took it all in stride. Thank you, New Look, for helping us get rid of unwanted hair, and thank you, Helen, for being so gracious and helpful!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Glendale location, and I will never be returning…read more The nurse, Susanna, was extremely rude, judgmental, and completely unprofessional. She made unsolicited comments about my decision to start laser hair removal in my late twenties, which was completely inappropriate and frankly none of her business. I came in for a service that I chose for myself--not to be lectured or made to feel bad about when I decided to do it. She was also clearly in a rush to get through my appointment. I have an extremely low pain tolerance, and while I understand that isn't her responsibility, she seemed visibly frustrated that I couldn't tolerate even the lowest setting of the laser. Instead of showing any patience or understanding, she told me, "Definitely next time get a numbing cream." The entire interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. On top of that, there were a few areas that I genuinely could not shave properly because they were difficult to reach. She told me she would laser them this time, but that next time I needed to be "more thorough" because otherwise the laser wouldn't be effective. I understand that clients are expected to shave beforehand, but there is a huge difference between giving someone a simple reminder and making them feel embarrassed or inadequate over something they genuinely could not reach. And what makes this even more frustrating is that I had a completely different experience at the Encino location. My sister had encountered the same issue there, and the technician simply had a single-use razor available and took care of the area. No attitude. No judgment. No embarrassing comments. Just basic professionalism and common sense. A beauty treatment should not leave a client feeling judged, rushed, or embarrassed. People make sacrifices to take time out of their day for themselves. You have no idea what someone has going on in their life, how long they've been saving for a treatment, or how much it may have taken for them to finally make that appointment. The absolute bare minimum should be making them feel comfortable and respected. I am beyond disappointed with the Glendale location. It is unfortunately the closest location to me, but I would rather drive farther than ever deal with this kind of treatment again. Management seriously needs to address the way clients are being treated at this location.

I'm a little concerned about my tattoo removal and I understand that it will take some time but after getting a session of clear & brilliant done by one of the nurses, she basically told me that I'm paying for it to be done a certain way & one of the nurses failed to do it that way during my 1st session. Im now beginning to wonder if I will ever see results, especially if one nurse does it correctly and another doesn't... Due to all of this I decided to switch locations. Hoping for better results.
